Name Description

Robert Zolade

Mr. Robert Zolade has served as Honorary Chairman of ELIOR GROUP S.A since June 11, 2014. He is the co-founder of the Elior group, which he co-chaired and then chaired since it was formed in 1991, until 2014. Previously, he held various executive positions within the Accor group, including Chairman and CEO of Société Générale de Restauration in 1990, and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits et de Tourisme from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Zolade graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and also holds a degree in law and a post-graduate degree in economics.

Gilles Cojan

Mr. Gilles Cojan serves as Non- Executive Chairman of the Board of ELIOR GROUP S.A. since November 1, 2017. He graduated from ESSEC business school in 1977. He began his career in 1978 as Treasurer at the pharmaceuticals group, Servier, before joining Banque Transatlantique to take up the position of CEO of its subsidiary, GTI Finance. In 1990, he was appointed head of the Financing and Treasury department at Valeo. He joined Elior in 1992 as Chief Financial Officer before going on to become CEO of Elior International and Group Chief Strategy Officer. Acting alongside Elior’s founders – Robert Zolade and Francis Markus – he ensured the success of the MBO organized in 1992 and completed in 1996. Then in 1997, again with the founders, he organized two successive LBOs for the contract catering and concession catering businesses, which resulted in the creation of the Elior Group. As from that date he was directly responsible for implementing the Group’s internationalization strategy, which led to it successively entering the UK, Spanish and Italian markets. He was the driving force behind a number of the major partnerships that have stepped up the pace of the Group’s growth, including the partnership set up in 2001 with the Spain-based company Areas, which helped the Group strengthen its leadership position in concession catering, and then the alliance forged in 2013 with the founder of THS, which underpinned Elior’s rapid development strategy in the United States. In 2000, he oversaw Elior’s IPO and then in 2006, with Robert Zolade, he organized the Company’s voluntary stock market de-listing followed by a new LBO carried out with the aim of accelerating the Group’s development. In 2010, he had the idea of creating a “services” business which has now become an integral part of the Group. Since 2007, he has also been the CEO of BIM, Elior Group’s principal shareholder.

Philippe Guillemot

Mr. Philippe Guillemot serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of ELIOR GROUP S.A. since December 5, 2017. Between 2013 and 2016, Mr. Guillemot was Chief Operating Officer at Alcatel-Lucent, a global company with exposure to the US market and at the heart of the digital revolution. He was brought into the company to draw up a business recovery and transformation plan and subsequently oversaw Alcatel-Lucent's integration into Nokia. From 2010 through 2012, he was CEO and a Board member of Europcar, where he modernized the company’s brand image and offerings to make them more appealing and more suited to customer expectations. During his time with Europcar he also launched a large-scale plan to improve operating efficiency in very challenging market conditions. From 2004 through 2010, he served as Chairman and CEO of Areva Transmission and Distribution (T&D), which subsequently became a division of Alstom, and was a member of Areva’s Executive Committee. In this role he implemented two strategic plans to turn around the business and significantly boost its profitability. During the six years he was with Areva T&D, the entity enlarged its international footprint, doubled its revenue and increased its value fourfold. Before joining Areva T&D, Mr. Guillemot was a member of the Executive Committees at the automotive suppliers Faurecia (2001-2003) and Valeo (1998-2000). At both of these companies he oversaw the global expansion of divisions with revenue of several billion euros. Prior to that he held executive posts at Michelin (1993-1998 and 1983-1989), where he was appointed to his first Executive Committee position at the age of thirty-six. He was the architect behind the product line-based organization structure that enabled Michelin to pursue a profitable growth trajectory and whose fundamentals are still in place today. He holds MBA degree from Harvard University and is graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Nancy.

Pedro Fontana

Mr. Pedro Fontana serves as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer and CEO of Concession Catering Worldwide of ELIOR GROUP S.A. since July 26, 2017. He has been CEO of Concession Catering Worldwide for Elior Group since August 2015. He is an MBA graduate from Harvard University. He began his career in the banking sector, where he successively held the posts of Regional Director of Banco del Comercio from 1978 to 1983 and Chief Executive Officer of Banca Mas Sarda from 1983 to 1989. In 1990, he was appointed Director General of the Barcelona Olympics Organizing Committee and in 1993 he became the CEO of Barcelona’s Tourist Office. In 1994, he returned to the banking sector where he served as Chairman of Banca Catalana until 1999 and then CEO Cataluna for Banco Bilbao Vizcaya until 2009. Alongside his professional career, Pedro Fontana also held the positions of President of the Círculo de Economia (1996-1999), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Barcelona University (1994-2004) and President of the Board of Trustees of the ESADE Foundation (2009-2013). He was appointed member of the Boards of Directors of Fira Barcelona, the Indukern Group and Banco Sabadell, a member of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Board of Ramon Llull University. He joined Areas in 1998 as a member of the Board of Directors before being appointed Vice-Chairman in 2001 and Executive Chairman in 2012.

Esther Gaide

Ms. Esther Gaide has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Elior Group SA since March 15, 2018. She graduated from ESSEC (Paris) and is a chartered accountant. She began her career in 1983 working in the external audit departments of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Paris and London, then with Deloitte in Paris and the USA. In 1994, she joined Bollore Group where she was appointed Group Internal Audit Director, set up the Internal Audit Department and participated both in the reorganization of the maritime department and the takeover of the Rivaud Group. Between 1996 and 2006, she successively held the posts of CFO of the Logistics Division, CFO of the Bollore Africa Logistics division and ultimately Group Controller, in charge of all Group accounting. In 2006, she moved to Havas to take up the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources. In 2011, Esther Gaide went on to join Technicolor (ex-Thomson) as Group Controller. In 2012, she was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer before becoming CFO and member of the Executive Committee in 2015. In addition, Esther is a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Eutelsat Group.

Bernard Duverneuil

Mr. Bernard Duverneuil serves as Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Information and Digital Officer. A graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech. He has 25 years’ experience in information systems, digital transformation and innovation. He began his career in the services industry (Generale de Service Informatique), then moved to management and strategy consulting firms (Coopers & Lybrand, A.T. Kearney). Next, he founded and managed an e-commerce start-up before joining the Lagardere group where he was Chief Information Officer for 8 years. Additionally, between 2006 and 2008, he created and led the innovation hub, a transversal initiative to boost the development of innovative media offers linked to digital technology. In 2009, Bernard Duverneuil joined Essilor International as Group Chief Information Officer, also becoming a member of the Executive Committee. Managing the company’s information technology projects led him to define and implement the IT strategy that supported its digital transformation. Bernard Duverneuil has been President of Cigref (a society bringing together the CIOs of over 140 key French companies and administrations) since 2016. One of his missions there is to develop companies’ ability to implement and master digital technology.

Pascal Lefebvre

Mr. Pascal Lefebvre has been Chief Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Elior Group SA since October 1, 2018. He is graduate of Essec business school and also holds a masters degree in accounting. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1984 as an accounting auditor. In 1988, he joined Metrologie International where he served as Credit Manager before becoming Financial Director of indirect sales. In 1993, he moved to Elior Group to take up the position of Director of Consolidation, Taxation and Accounts. In this post, he was involved in acquisition, merger and disposal operations for the Group and oversaw the consolidation and implementation of homogenous accounting standards with the deployment of a new consolidation tool, in preparation for the Group's market flotation. In 2000, he became Group Financial Director for international operations where he was involved in the Group's development outside of France, as well as ensuring the smooth, swift integration of acquisitions and, as of 2006, overseeing the contract catering division of Elior France. Between 2010 and 2018, he served as the Financial Control Director of Elior Group. As of 2014, following the Group's second market flotation, he implemented an internal-control and risk-management process at all of the Group's subsidiaries. Until 2015, he was in charge of acquisitions and disposals.

Ludovic Oster

Mr. Ludovic Oster serves as Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Human Resources Officer of Elior Group SA. A graduate of Skema Business School (formerly ESC Lille). He began his career in 1993 with the automotive supplier Delphi, where he held various HR posts (both at operations and corporate level) in France and the United States. He then joined the Valeo group in 1999, where he helped with the integration of a major acquisition, including by rolling out and optimizing employee engagement processes, particularly in the United States, Spain and Germany. Mr. Oster subsequently took on an operations HR role at division level, based in Spain and France, helping to boost business performance in a fiercely competitive international environment. In 2008, he joined the Norbert Dentressangle group as Chief Human Resources Officer and became a member of its Management Board in 2014. His main role was to help drive the group’s strong international growth by strengthening and structuring the human resources function, notably through management support initiatives and human resources development. Following Norbert Dentressangle’s acquisition by XPO Logistics in 2015, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer – Europe for the merged outfit where he implemented organizational change management processes in line with the group’s objectives.

Benoit Cornu

Mr. Benoit Corny serves as Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Communication Officer of Elior Group SA. A graduate of ESC Dijon. Mr. Cornu began his career as a marketing researcher at the Prosop Institut and then at Chronopost. In 1998 he joined Match supermarkets (Cora group) where he was in charge of brand development projects. In 2000, he was appointed Marketing and Coordination Director of Opera, the central procurement unit of the Casino and Cora-Match groups. In 2002, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of EMC Distribution (the central procurement unit of the Casino group), then in 2003 Vice President, Communications and External Relations, for the Casino group. In 2007 he was appointed Chief Communications Officer of the PMU group. Over the past ten years, He has worked on PMU’s project to completely transform its business, brand and image, against a backdrop of increasing globalization, the digital revolution, and the French gambling industry being opened up to competition. In 2016 he was named Communications Person of the Year by France’s largest corporate communications trade association, Communication & Entreprise.

Ruxandra Ispas

Ms. Ruxandra Ispas is Member of the Executive Committe and Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer of Elior Group SA. She holds a master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Universitatea din Bucuresti. She started her career with Placoplatre, as pan-European project director, then joined Deloitte & Touche Consulting in France as senior manager, responsible for the Carrefour key account. In 2001 she joined Danone Group, where she held various leadership roles in procurement, supply chain, and organization over 11 years. Ms. Ispas led global ingredients procurement for the dairy division, developed agricultural sourcing across the world, built strategic supplier partnerships and enrolled suppliers on a collaborative R&D platform to accelerate innovation. She also led a major Group transformation program to increase organizational flexibility, improve efficiency and create conditions for growth. In 2011 she joined Diageo, the world's largest producer of spirits, as Group Senior Vice President for packaging procurement and procurement innovation. In this role she implemented best-in-class practices and excellence standards, led a major supplier investment to support growth and developed the process of collaborative innovation. Between September 2015 and December 2017 she served as Group Chief Procurement Officer for SIG plc, a British BtoB distributor specialized in building materials. In this capacity she started the process of structuring and modernizing the function, and improving the performance across Europe.

Yves Lacheret

Mr. Yves Lacheret is Member of Executive Committee, CEO of Areas France at Elior Group SA. He is a graduate of Reims Business School and Universite Paris IX Dauphine with degree in Marketing and Distribution. He started his career at L'Oreal Group as Product Manager in New Zealand before becoming Group Product Manager in France then Marketing Director in Australia and finally National Sales Director of Kerastase in France. In 1995, he took up the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing at Concorde Hotels Group before joining The Hertz Corporation in 1996 as Vice President Marketing France. From 1998, he pursued his career within the Carrefour Group for 9 years, first as CEO of Service Auto France, then as Director of the Finance and Insurances network in France, and finally as International Commercial Services Director. In 2007, he joined AccorHotels as CEO of Novotel France, where he managed 124 hotels with 3,000 employees. In 2010, he became Senior VP Marketing and Distribution France, then Senior VP Commercial Europe in 2013. The next year, he took up the challenge of developing Open Innovation within the AccorHotels group as Senior VP Entrepreneurship Advocacy. Finally, in 2016, he was appointed Senior VP New Business Integration, integrating new businesses such as concierge services, serviced private homes rental, and luxury catering.

Brian Poplin

Mr. Brian Poplin has served as President and CEO Elior North America of ELIOR GROUP S.A. from April 2015. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996, a Master of Science in Business Management in 1998 and a Doctorate in Health Administration and policy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010. He started his career in 1990 in the United States Air Force. He joined ServiceMaster in 1994 and became a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician. After ServiceMaster was acquired by Aramark in 2001, he moved into a series of corporate roles and became the leader in 2009 and the President of Aramark’s Healthcare Technologies business in 2011. In 2013, Brian Poplin joined Medical Staffing Network as President and CEO. In April 2015, Brian was appointed President and CEO of TrustHouse Services Group, the American contract catering subsidiary of the Group which became Elior North America in May 2016.

Giles Rafin

Mr. Giles Rafin is Member of the Executive Committee and President of Elior Services at Elior Group SA. A graduate from a business school, he has close to 40 years’ experience in services, including cleaning. After becoming Sales Director at ISS France in 1983, he founded Hopital Service the next year, a company specialized in cleaning and hospitality services for healthcare establishments. He was its Chief Executive Officer and then its President, working with successive shareholders such as ISS, Otor and Generale de Sante, a subsidiary of Generale des Eaux which supported the company for 14 years. Hopital Service was a French leader in specialized cleaning and hospitality services for healthcare establishments when it became part of the Elior group in 2004. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Rafin headed Elior France’s healthcare business unit. After the acquisition of Sin&Stes in 2010, he became President of Elior Services. He is also President of Genim (French trade syndicate for multiregional cleaning companies) and Secretary of the French Federation of cleaning companies.

Oscar Vela

Mr. Oscar Vela has been Member of the Executive Committee and Areas Worldwide CEO at Elior Group SA since June 25, 2018. He holds a degree in Business and Market Techniques and Research. He began his professional career in 1990 at Nutrexpa, a leading group in the Spanish food industry, where he held several positions with duties linked to the Board of Directors and the Planning and Control department. In 1997, he took on a new challenge with Italian snacking firm Unichips where he held the position of International Director of Operations in Milan for four years. Maintaining his connection with the world of nutrition, in 2001 he acquired the Lizarran tapas and appetizers restaurant chain, through private equity firm Nazca. Over the next eight years, he fulfilled his goal of converting the small local chain into the world's tapas leader, with a presence in countries such as the USA, Mexico, Germany, Italy and Portugal. Oscar Vela joined Areas in 2009 to hold the position of CEO Spain & Portugal and Latin America, which includes all the food & beverage and travel retail business in the airports, motorway service plazas and railway stations markets in Spain, Portugal, Chile, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Colombia.

Pierre von Essen

Mr. Pierre von Essen serves as Member of the Executive Committee and CEO Elior France at Elior Group SA. He holds master’s degree in Law from Institut d'etudes politiques de Paris. He began his career with the Jacques Borel group, where he successively served as Human Resources Director, Marketing Director, and Business Development Director of the corporate catering market before being appointed to head up the Greater Paris Area division in 1990 and subsequently the France division in 1997. Pierre von Essen accompanied the Group's external growth in France via numerous acquisitions (such as LRP, L’Alsacienne de Restauration, Ansamble) and was the driving force behind setting up a system of key accounts, developing fast-food solutions and launching the first franchises in the corporate catering market. In 2002, he was appointed Managing Director – Business & Industry – France, and Vending Machines, at Elior.

Celia Cornu

Ms. Celia Cornu has been Director - representative of Sofibim of ELIOR GROUP S.A. since October 31, 2017. She serves also as Director at Sofibim SA. Ms. Cornu served as Chairwoman of Supervisory Boards at Elior Participations SCA and Bercy Presidence as well as Chairwoman of the Board at Octant Partenaires and Director of Sophia Publications. She began her career in the marketing departments of the Printemps and Galeries Lafayette groups before moving into financial investment at Pragma Capital and Advent International.

Sophie Javary

Ms. Sophie Javary has been Non- Executive Director - representative of Servinvest of ELIOR GROUP S.A., since March 11, 2016. She has been heading up the EMEA Corporate Finance department at BNP Paribas since 2014. She began her career with Bank of America before moving to Indosuez. In 1994, she was appointed Managing Director and Managing Partner at Rothschild. She co-managed the ABN-AMRO Rothschild joint venture between 2000 and 2007 and then in 2011, she joined BNP Paribas as Managing Director of the Investment Banking Europe division. In 2013, she became a Knight of the French Legion of Honor. She is graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales and graduated International Management Program at Fundacao Getulio Vargas de Sao Paulo and NY University.

Laurence Batlle

Ms. Laurence Batlle has been Non- Executive Independent Director of ELIOR GROUP S.A, since June 11, 2014. She is Chairman of the Executive Board of RATP Dev since January 1, 2017. She was previously a member of the Executive Board and Executive Vice-President Africa America of RATP Dev, which she joined in 2007 as CFO following two years spent with Atos Origin. She worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers from 1993 to 2005, where she became a partner. Laurence Batlle is a qualified Chartered Accountant in France and holds a Masters in Finance and Accounting from Institut Commercial de Nancy. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Anne Busquet

Ms. Anne Busquet has been Non- Executive Independent Director of ELIOR GROUP S.A since March 11, 2016. She was appointed principal at AMB Advisors LLC in New York in 2006. She began her career in 1973 at Hilton International before joining the American Express group in 1978, where she held several high executive positions. She served as President of AMB Advisors from 2001 to 2003, when she joined InterActiveCorp as President of Travel Services and was subsequently appointed CEO of Local and Media Services.

Emilio Cuatrecasas

Mr. Emilio Cuatrecasas has been Non-Executive Independent Director - representative of Emesa of ELIOR GROUP S.A, since March 11, 2016. He is Director of Corporacion Empresarial Emesa and served as Director at Areas SA. He began his career in 1977 as a lawyer at the Cuatrecasas law firm, where he successively held the posts of Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer and President until 2014. In 2005 he was awarded the Cross of Honor of the Civil Order of San Raimundo de Penafort. He is currently the Honorary President of the non-profit association, Barcelona Global, and Asociacion para el Progreso de la Direccion.

Elisabeth Van Damme

Ms. Elisabeth Van Damme has been Non- Executive Independent Director - representative of CDPQ of ELIOR GROUP S.A since March 2, 2016. She is currently Financial Advisor for Bureau Van Dijk, a Moody's Analytics Company, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Bureau Van Dijk until 2008.Prior to that, she worked at Coca-Cola and was an auditor at KPMG (BBKS/Peat Marwick). Ms. Van Damme was appointed Independent Director of Bourbon Offshore and held position of Permanent Representative of Charterhouse Poppy II on the Board of Elior Group. She holds a degree in Economics from Universite catholique de Louvain.
