Name Description

Konrad Graber

Mr. Konrad Graber has been Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board at Emmi Ltd. since May 20, 2009. Prior to that, he served as Non-Executive Director of the Company from May 24, 2006. He is Member of the Audit Committee, Market Committee, and Chairman of the Personnel and Compensation Committee and Agricultural Council at the Company. After completing his studies in business administration and economics, he joined KPMG in 1983, where he worked in the auditing department for both Swiss and international companies prior to becoming Partner and Director. He was President of the examination committee for fiduciaries for eight years. Since 1999, the certified auditor has been a Partner at BDO AG, Lucerne, where he was also member of the Swiss Executive Board from 2005 to 2009. In this capacity he was responsible for management consultancy and IT. He was also a longstanding councillor for the canton of Lucerne, and from 1997 to 2001 he served as Chairman of the CVP (Christian Democratic People’s Party), also in the canton of Lucerne. From 2000 to 2012, he was Chairman of the Board of Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG (the Lucerne Transport Corporation) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the health insurer CSS Versicherungen, Lucerne, since 2002 and of BDO AG, Lucerne, since 2009. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Council of States and therefore a member of the National Parliament. He graduated in diploma from the School of Economics and Business Administration (Hochschule fuer Wirtschaft HWV, Bern) in 1983 and he is Certified Auditor.

Fritz Wyss

Mr. Fritz Wyss has been Honorary Chairman of the Board of Emmi Ltd. since 2010. He resigned from the position of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emmi Schweiz AG with effect from May 20, 2009. He also served as Chairman of the Committee for Personnel Matters, the Market Committee and the Agricultural Council, as well as Member of the Controlling Committee at the Company. He joined Alfa Laval after graduating with a degree in Food Science in 1970, where he subsequently served as Director of Alfa Laval Switzerland until 1981. In 1980, he completed the International Institute for Management Development programme in Lausanne and from 1981 to 1991, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Chocolat Frey AG in Buchs.

Urs Riedener

Mr. Urs Riedener has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Management Board at Emmi Ltd. since March 8, 2008. He began his career at Kraft Jacobs Suchard, where he held various positions. Between 1995 and 2000, he held various management positions at the Lindt & Sprüngli Group, both in Switzerland and abroad, the most recent of which were National Sales Manager and member of the Board of Management for Switzerland. Until 2008, he was Head of Marketing and member of the Executive Board of the Migros Cooperative (MGB) in Zurich. He became CEO of Emmi in 2008. He has served on the Institute of Marketing at the University of St. Gallen as Member of the Executive Committee, at SMG (Swiss Management Gesellschaft) as Member of the Executive Committee, at Conzzeta AG as Member of the Board, at Promarca (Swiss branded goods association) as Member of the Executive Committee and at GfM (Swiss marketing association) as Member of the Executive Committee. He has a degree in Business Economics from Universitaet St. Gallen and completed Stanford Executive Program.

Marc Heim

Mr. Marc Heim has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President Switzerland, Member of the Management Board of Emmi Ltd. effective January 1, 2017. He was Executive Vice President Europe, Member of the Management Board at the Company from December 31, 2013 to December 31, 2016. Previously he served as Member of the Management Board and Head of Sales at Emmi AG, since September 1, 2009 till December 31, 2013. From 2004 until 2009, he worked for Halter Bonbons AG as Managing Director. From 1999 until 2004, He worked for Kambly SA as Head of Sales and Marketing and a Member of the Executive Board and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. From 1992 until 1999, he worked for Effems AG, (now Mars Schweiz AG), where Mr. Heim was Senior Product Manager Snackfood (Balisto) in 1999, Product Manager Snackfood (1997 - 1998), Key Account Manager (1996 - 1997), Product Manager Petfood (1994 - 1995), Marketing Trainee in United Kingdom (1993 - 1994) and Sales Trainee in France (1992 - 1993). He graduated in Economics with a major in Marketing at Universitaet St. Gallen. In 1990, he worked at Unilever as a Graduate Trainee in the United States (Good Humor Corp.) and in 1986, he worked at Unilever as a Graduate Trainee in Ireland (HB/Birds Eye).

Thomas Oehen-Buehlmann

Mr. Thomas Oehen-Buehlmann has been Non-Executive Independent Vice Chairman of the Board at Emmi Ltd. since May 3, 2012. Previously he was Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Emmi AG from May 20, 2009 till May 3, 2012. He is Member of Audit Committee, Personnel and Compensation Committee and Agricultural Council at the Company. For many years he served as a technical expert for proficiency exams and master farmer exams and was also Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of agricultural training centers in the canton of Lucerne. He was head of a local branch of the CVP (Christian Democratic People’s Party) for a number of years, a municipal councilor from 1996 to 2008 and Mayor of Hohenrain from 2008 to August 2012. He has been a member of the Board of the Central Switzerland Milk Producers Cooperative (ZMP) in Lucerne since 2009 and Chairman since 2012. He is also a member of the Board of Swiss Milk Producers (SMP) in Berne. He is certified Master Farmer.

Joerg Riboni

Mr. Joerg Riboni resigned as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Emmi Ltd. effective as of April 2019, a position he has held since January 1, 2013. He worked as an auditor at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co and Deloitte & Touche from 1985 to 1991, and from 1991 to 1995 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at the Lacoray Group (Cosa Liebermann). He was then Chief Financial Officer at Jelmoli, and held the same position at the Sarna Group between 1997 and 2005 and at the Forbo Group from 2005 to 2012. He obtained a degree in BusinessEconomics from Universitaet St. Gallen (HSG).

Natalie Rueedi

Ms. Natalie Rueedi has been Chief Human Resource Officer and Member of the Management Board at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2014. She was Member of the Management Board, Head of Human Resources at the Company from January 1, 2011. From 2009 to 2013 she served at Emmi Group as Head of Human Resources, Member of extended Group Management until 2010 and from 2004 to 2009 she was with Emmi Group, responsible for developing and heading up staff development. From 2000 until 2004 she worked for Emmi Group as Human Resources Specialist and from 1992 to 2000 she was a teacher and headmistress at a primary school. She holds an Executive MBA from Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts (Hochschule Luzern).

Robin Barraclough

Mr. Robin Barraclough has been Executive Vice President Europe and Member of the Management Board at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2017. He was Chief Marketing Officer, Member of the Management Board at the Company since January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2017. Previously he served as Member of the Management Board and Head of Marketing at Emmi AG since June 1, 2009 till December 31, 2013. From 2008 until 2009, he worked for Kraft Foods as Director of the Coffee Division for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Kraft Foods Europe, Glattbrugg, Switzerland. From 1991 until 2007, he worked for Mars Incorporated, where he held various positions, including European Marketing Director - Masterfoods Europe (2005 - 2007), Director/Business Unit Head Petcare and Member of the Executive Board - Masterfoods Zug (2000 - 2005), Marketing Manager Dogcare - Pedigree Masterfoods (1999 - 2000), Senior Marketing Manager Snackfoods - Mars LLC (1997 - 1998), various brand management functions in food and snack foods - Masterfoods Zug (1993 - 1997) and Graduate Trainee (General Management) - Masterfoods Zug (1991 - 1993). Matthias Kunz

Mr. Matthias Kunz has been Executive Vice President Americas, Member of the Management Board at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2014. Previously he served as Member of the Management Board and Head of International Cheese Division at Emmi AG from October 2002 till December 31, 2013. He was Head of the department responsible for exports and economic affairs at Central Switzerland Milk Producers (now Swiss Milk Producers / SMP) from 1988 to 1992. In 1992, he was the proprietor and Managing Director of Tucano, Inc. Carmel, California. He completed a Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing in 1994/95, then joined the Western Orient Trading Company, which exports agricultural products to Asia. After returning to Switzerland in 1997, he took over as Managing Director of the newly founded Toni International AG. In 1999, following the merger between Toni and Saentis to form Swiss Dairy Food, he was appointed Head of the Cheese Division and a Member of Group Management. In 2002, he became Managing Director of Top Cheese Switzerland AG (TCS) and likewise in 2002, following the integration of TCS into the Emmi Group, he took over as Head of the International Cheese Division. In this capacity, and as Head of the new International Market Division since February 1, 2009, he has been Member of Group Management. He obtained a degree in Agricultural Economics from Eidgenoessische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology), He also holds an MBA degree and completed Stanford Executive Program.

Thomas Morf

Mr. Thomas Morf has been Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Management Board of Emmi Ltd. since June 19, 2017. From 2012 to 2017 he served at Danone Johannesburg, latterly as Managing Director of the Mayo Dairy business unit and from 2010 to 2012 at Danone Paris as Global Marketing Director Innovations. From 2007 until 2010 he was with Danone Munich, where he held various executive marketing roles and from 2000 to 2007 with Procter & Gamble, Belgium, where he also held various executive marketing roles. He has a degree in Economics from HSG (Universitaet St. Gallen).

Othmar Dubach

Mr. Othmar Dubach has been Head of Cheese and Dairy Products Switzerland, Member of the Executive Board Switzerland and of Extended Group Management at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2014. Previously he served as Member of the Management Board and Head of Cheese Division Switzerland at Emmi AG since 1993 till December 31, 2013. After graduating in 1981 with a degree in Food Science (specializing in dairy science and technology), Mr. Dubach worked as assistant to Professor Bachmann at the Institute of Dairy Technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. In 1983, he moved to the Central Switzerland Milk Association in Lucerne as Head of Dairy Controlling and Advisory Services, where Mr. Dubach also took on additional tasks in the areas of consulting for cooperatives and cheese factory structures. From 1989 to 1991, he completed a part-time Master of Business Administration degree at the Universitaet St. Gallen. He holds a degree in Nutritional Science from Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule Zurich.

Kai Koenecke

Mr. Kai Koenecke has been Chief Supply Chain Officer and Member of the Management Board at Emmi Ltd. since April 1, 2017. From 2012 to 2016 he served at Unilever Germany-Austria-Switzerland as Managing Director Supply Chain and from 2011 to 2012 at Amazon as General Manager, Fulfillment Center Rheinberg (Germany). Moreover, from 2006 to 2011 he worked for Mars (Effems) Germany as Plant Director of the facility in Viersen (Germany) and from 1993 until 2006 at Mars (Effems) Germany, where he held various roles in Supply Chain, including Head of Logistics Germany and Head of Development of Supply Chain Management Europe. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universitaet Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig.

Max Peter

Mr. Max Peter has been Head of Retail & Supply Chain Management Switzerland, Member of the Executive Board Switzerland and of Extended Group Management at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2014. Previously he was Member of the Management Board and Head of Trade and Supply Chain Management at Emmi AG since 2002 till December 31, 2013. He worked as a consultant for the company Zoller and subsequently, from 1980 to 1996, as a Project Manager for Nestle Switzerland in Vevey after graduating with a degree in engineering. This was followed by several years in a consulting and project management capacity at Nestec in Vevey and Suter+ Suter AG in Basel. In 1988, he moved to Coop Schweiz, initially as Head of Technical Planning and later as Head of Merchandising. In 1999, he was appointed Chief Information Officer and a Member of the Management Board of Bon Appetit Group AG in Volketswil. He joined the Emmi Group in 2002 as Head of Corporate Development. Mr. Peter is Member of the Board of Directors of GS 1 Switzerland and has served at VIAC AG as Member of the Board and at Swiss Sport Aid foundation as President.

Markus Willimann

Dr. Markus Willimann has been Head of Industrial Business Switzerland, Member of the Executive Board Switzerland and of Extended Group Management at Emmi Ltd. since January 1, 2004. Previously he was Member of the Management Board, Head of Dairy Products Division from 1998. He worked from 1982 to 1987 as Technical Assistant at the Swiss Breweries Testing Station. He obtained his Doctorate from Eidgenoessische Technische Hochschule (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in 1987. From 1987 to 1990, he worked as a Research and Development Project Manager at Jacobs-Suchard SA. From 1990 to 1998, he served as business unit head and Member of the Executive Board of UFAG AG in Sursee. He has served at Advisory Committee for Agriculture and the Agriculture Research Council of the Swiss Confederation as Member, at Swiss Milk Sector Organisation (BOM) as Member of the Board, at Agriculture Research Council as Member, at Swiss Dairy Industry Association (VMI) as Chairman, at Federation of Swiss Food Industries (fial) as Member and at Swiss Butter Sector Organisation (BOB) as Member.

Christian Arnold-Fassler

Mr. Christian Arnold-Fassler has been Non-Executive Director at Emmi Ltd. since May 3, 2012. He is Member of the Agricultural Council at the Company. He works as an independent farmer on his dairy farm. He is also Member of the Board of the Central Switzerland Milk Producers Cooperative (ZMP). Since 2012 he has served at the Uri Cantonal Parliament as Member and was in President from 2015 to 2016 Uri Cantonal Parliament. Since 2012 he has also served at Swiss Milk Producers (SMP) as Member of the Board. From 2006 to 2013 he was a Deputy Major of Seedorf.

Monique Bourquin

Ms. Monique Bourquin has been Non-Executive Director of Emmi Ltd. since 2013. She is Member of the Audit Committee and Market Committee at the Company. She joined management consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990. From 1994 to 1997, she worked as Product Manager at Knorr Nährmittel AG, Thayngen; from 1997 to 1999 as National Account Manager at Rivella AG, Rothrist; and from 1999 to 2002 at Mövenpick Foods Switzerland, Cham, latterly as Director Switzerland for the Food division. She then held the position of Customer Development Director for six years at Unilever Switzerland. From 2008 to 2012 she was in charge of Swiss business and was a member of the Executive Management Board of Unilever Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). From 2012 to 2016 she served at Unilever Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) as Chief Financial Officer. She has also served at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich as Lecturer in Change Management, at Promarca (Swiss branded goods association) as President, at Kambly AG as Member of the Board of Directors, at Straumann Group as Member of the Board of Directors and at Swiss Marketing Association GfM as Member of the Board of Directors. She graduated in Business Economics from Universitaet St. Gallen (HSG).

Christina Johansson

Ms. Christina Johansson has been Non-Executive Director of Emmi Ltd. since April 12, 2018. She has more than 20 years of international experience as a manager in the finance departments of listed companies - in the industrial, service, audit and consultancy sectors. In addition, she has experience in the merger and acquisition of companies.

Niklaus Meier

Mr. Niklaus Meier has been Non-Executive Director at Emmi Ltd. since May 3, 2012. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. Between 1976 and 1992, he held various positions at the MIBA Milchverband der Nordwestschweiz ( Association of milk producers of northwestern Switzerland) in Basel, latterly Head of Finance and Administration. From 1993 to 1995, he was Head of Finance and HR at ToniLait AG in Berne, and from 1995 to 2009, he worked at Ciba AG in Basel, where he was latterly Chief Financial Officer. After Ciba was acquired by BASF, he worked at BASF Schweiz AG in Basel until 2011, where he supported the integration of the financial organisation of BASF. From 2011 to 2017 he was Chief Financial Officer at MEGlobal International FZE, Dubai, which is active in the plastics sector. He has served at the Association CO13 (association supporting individuals in their professional integration) as President, at the Swiss Controlling Standards working group of the Swiss Association of Accounting and Controlling (VEB) as Member and at the Examination committee for finance and accounting specialists/Swiss certified experts for controlling and accounting as Member. He is Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling.

Alexandra Post Quillet

Ms. Alexandra Post Quillet has been Non-Executive Director of Emmi Ltd. since April 12, 2018. She has international management experience across various different industries, which included more than a decade working at the consumer goods company Unilever. Her area of responsibility comprised various marketing and sales management functions in Vietnam and Poland. For the past 13 years, she has been a managing partner of the consulting company she co-founded.

Franz Steiger

Mr. Franz Steiger has been Non-Executive Director of Emmi Ltd. since April 22, 2015. He is Member of the Agricultural Council at the Company. He works as an independent farmer and training instructor on his dairy and pig-breeding farm; since 2010 he has run this in the form of a joint business with a partner. He has been a member of the Board of the Central Switzerland Milk Producers Cooperative (ZMP) since 2000, and was its Vice President from 2006 until April 2015. He was also a member of ZMP’s Human Resources Committee as well as of the Board of Directors of ZMP Invest AG. In addition, he has been a delegate of the Swiss Farmers’ Union since 2006 and a member of the Board of the Emmentaler milk producers’ organisation since 2009. Franz Steiger is also Treasurer of the Schlierbach-Krumbach dairy cooperative and has been Mayor of Schlierbach since 2008. He is Certified Master Farmer.

Diana Strebel

Ms. Diana Strebel has been Non-Executive Director at Emmi Ltd. since May 3, 2012. She is Member of the Market Committee at the Company. She worked at various advertising agencies between 1981 and 2003, including four years as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Publicis Group and a temporary assignment as CEO and member of the Board of Directors at Wunderman AG. Between 2003 and 2005, she completed studies in marketing and held two Board of Director mandates. From 2005 to 2009, she was Chief Operating Officer at Interbrand Europe and Managing Director at Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux, Zurich. Since 2009, she has been Managing Director of Strebel-Birt AG in Maennedorf, a consultancy firm for branding, communications and agency management, which she co-founded. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Ricola AG in Laufen since 2009 and of Globalance Bank AG in Zurich since 2011.
