Roberto Scaramella

Eng. Roberto Scaramella serves as Chairman of the Board of ENAV S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. He started his career at Procter & Gable, where he has been involved in various research and development and engineering fields from 1991 to 2001. From 2001 to 2010 he was partner and vice president of Bain & Company Italia, with responsibilities in the field of air transport practices in EMEA countries and in international practices related to industrial goods and services, health and organization. From 2010 to 2014 he was the director of Aga Khan's Economic Development Aviation Industry (AKFED), as well as being a member of the board of directors of Meridiana Holding, Geasar, Meridianafly, Air Italy, Air Uganda, Air Mali, Air Burkina and Air Cote d'Ivoire. In 2014 he founded EsseK, a management and private equity consulting company, of which he is Chief Executive Officer. Since 2015, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Logistics for Aerospace (ALA) as a Board Member of the subsidiary companies (Aerolyusa Inc., Westbury Inc., Aerel Spa, Stag Ltd, Spectech Ltd, Spectech SAS). Since 2007, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Altranapoli Onlus. He holds degree in Chemical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Roberta Neri

Dr. Roberta Neri serves as Chief Executive Officer at ENAV S.p.A. since June 30, 2015. She started her career in 1989 in Italsiel where she oversaw the analysis, design and implementation of projects for the information management of company procedures. Later, she continued her career in ACEA S.p.A. holding the position of Chief Financial Officer dealing with funding, budget, management control and strategic planning. On behalf of ACEA S.p.A. She has served as a director of Tirreno Power, Acea Ato 2 S.p.A., of Pubbliacqua S.p.A., of Aceaelectrabel S.p.A., of Aceaelectrabel Production S.p.A. and Aceaelectrabel Trading. Raffaella Romagnoli

Ms. Raffaella Romagnoli serves as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at ENAV S.p.A. since March 2014. She graduated in Law at the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. She holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences of London. She began her career in 1997, consulting activity in the field of international law by leading international institutions, including the ILO - International Labour Organization. From 1999 she devoted himself to the legal profession in the field of Civil Law, Administrative and Navigation.

Massimo Bellizzi

Mr. Massimo Bellizzi serves as Director General at ENAV S.p.A. He obtained a scientific baccalaureate. He began his career in the Air Force in 1980. Mr. Umberto Musetti serves as Director of Human Resources at ENAV S.p.A. since May 2002. After a period of legal training, he began his career in 1979 at the ENI Group - Lanerossi S.p.A. where, until 1982, it operates under the direction of the Group's staff with the task, since 1981, of the Training and Development Manager Paintings. Mr. Luca Colman serves as Administration, Finance and Control Officer at ENAV S.p.A. He graduated in Business Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. After a period of university activity as assistant professor of Industrial and Commercial Technique at the University La Sapienza of Rome, he began his career in 1995 at a company operating in the field of consultancy to public institutions specialized in management control, definition of the plants organic and workload. Mr. Mauro Iannucci serves as Head of Commercial Development of ENAV S.p.A. He was Chief Executive Officer of ENAV Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. at ENAV S.p.A. He began his career in the Air Force in 1991 where he held the Air Traffic Control activities. In 1994 he joined ENAV. where, until 2002, operates as an Air Traffic Controller at the facilities of the Airport Center Linate and Malpensa. In 2002 he was appointed Head of the Airport Center Linate and in 2004 Head of the Centre Malpensa Airport. Since March 2010, Head of Business Development function, with the task of identifying the potential for expansion in the outreach market, and to monitor the business activities of the company, at Group level, relating to the sale of the Non-Regulated Activities ENAV and those distributed by Techno Sky subsidiary, overseeing the sales process in all its phases.

Mr. Nicola Maione serves as Non-Executive Independent Director at ENAV S.p.A. since September 19, 2014. Stefano Siragusa
