Name Description

Badrinarayanan Kothandaraman

Mr. Badrinarayanan Kothandaraman is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He was Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Kothandaraman, who brings strong technical, operational, strategy and management experience gained over his 21-year career at Cypress Semiconductor. An engineer by training, Kothandaraman received his B.Tech degree from IIT Madras and an M.S. degree in materials science from U.C. Berkeley.

Eric Branderiz

Mr. Eric Branderiz is the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial, Vice President of the Company. Mr. Branderiz brings to Enphase more than 20 years of energy management, solar technology and semiconductor industry experience. Prior to joining Enphase, Branderiz served as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Tesla, Inc. where he was responsible for global financial accounting, external reporting and finance operations. Branderiz also served as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at SunPower Corporation with various corporate tax, financial planning and analysis and operations duties. Prior to that, he served as vice president, corporate controller, and head of subsidy operations for the Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC), where he was responsible of all accounting, external reporting, internal controls, and treasury activities. Branderiz also served in various leadership executive positions at Spansion, Inc., including as senior vice president, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis and corporate controller, tax and treasury. Early in his career, he held various positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Ernst & Young, LLP. Branderiz received his undergraduate degree in business commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Alberta, Canada. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California

Mandy Yang

Ms. Mandy Yang is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Head of Corporate Tax of the Company. She served as senior director and group controller at Tesla, Inc. from February 2017 to September 2018. Before Tesla, Ms. Yang held various positions at SunPower Corporation from August 2011 to February 2017, most recently serving as senior director and division controller of the Global Distributed Generation Division at SunPower and concurrently as the chief accounting officer and corporate controller of 8point3 Energy Partners. Before joining SunPower in August 2011, Ms. Yang held a variety of senior key finance positions at Spansion, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, including leading the SEC financial reporting group and corporate treasury function as well as the corporate R&D financial planning and analysis role. Prior to 2006, Ms. Yang was an internal auditor at Synnex Corporation, and an auditor with Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Yang is a California Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. She earned her master’s degree in business administration with a dual major in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

David Ranhoff

Mr. David A. Ranhoff is the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Company. He was president and CEO of the Solar Materials group at CGL, and served in a similar capacity at SunEdison from July 2013 until the acquisition of that business by CGL in 2017. He previously served as a senior vice president of sales and marketing for both the solar materials and semiconductor divisions at SunEdison, after its July 2010 acquisition of Solaicx, where he was president and CEO for four years. Prior to Solaicx, Mr. Ranhoff spent 20 years at Credence Systems, a public semiconductor capital equipment company, serving as its president and CEO for the last two of those years. Mr. Ranhoff received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and attended the Stanford Executive Program.

Steven Gomo

Mr. Steven J. Gomo is the Lead Independent Director of Enphase Energy Inc., since March 2011. From August 2002 until October 2004, Mr. Gomo served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and from October 2004 until December 2011, as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, of NetApp, Inc., a computer storage and data management company. From November 2000 to April 2002, Mr. Gomo served as Chief Financial Officer of Gemplus International S.A., a smart card provider, and from February 1998 until August 2000, Mr. Gomo served as Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Graphics, Inc., a high-performance computer and computer graphics company. Prior to February 1998, Mr. Gomo held various finance, financial management, manufacturing, and general management positions at Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Gomo holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Oregon State University and a master of business administration degree from Santa Clara University. Mr. Gomo currently serves on the board of SanDisk Corporation and NetSuite Inc. Mr. Gomo brings to our Board valuable financial and business expertise through his years of experience as a chief financial officer with publicly traded companies. Mr. Gomo provides an important role in leading the Board’s activities on financial and auditing matters, as well as collaborating with our independent registered public accounting firm and management team in these areas.

Benjamin Kortlang

Mr. Benjamin Kortlang is an Independent Director of Enphase Energy Inc., since May 2010. Since February 2008, Mr. Kortlang has been a Partner with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm. From July 2000 to January 2008, Mr. Kortlang worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co., most recently co-heading Goldman’s Alternative Energy Investing business. From June 2005 to February 2008, Mr. Kortlang was a Vice President within Goldman’s Special Situations Group, before which he was a Vice President in Goldman’s investment banking group focusing on Industrials and Natural Resources. From January 1996 to August 1998, Mr. Kortlang was an Associate with A.T. Kearney, Inc. where he focused on strategic and operations consulting in the energy, manufacturing, packaging, transportation and communications industries. From February 1993 to July 1994, Mr. Kortlang was a Business Analyst at National Australia Bank in strategic planning and macroeconomic forecasting. Mr. Kortlang holds a bachelor of business degree in economics and finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a bachelor of commerce and an honors degree in econometrics from University of Melbourne and a master of business administration degree from the University of Michigan. As a venture capitalist, Mr. Kortlang’s focus on growth-stage investing in alternative energy technologies provides a valuable industry perspective to our Board. Mr. Kortlang’s investing and business experience also provide our Board with a valuable perspective on building alternative energy businesses.

Richard Mora

Mr. Richard Mora is an an Independent Director of Enphase Energy Inc since February 2014. Since January 2014, Mr. Mora has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Landis+Gyr, an energy management company. From August 2011 to January 2014, Mr. Mora served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Landis+Gyr Americas where he had responsibilities for operations in both North and South America. From August 2008 to August 2011 Mr. Mora served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Landis+Gyr North America. Mr. Mora holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Stanford University. Mr. Mora brings to our Board his expertise in process and productivity improvements at the corporate, regional and country level.

Thurman Rodgers

Dr. Thurman John Rodgers Ph.D., is an Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Rodgers has served as a member of our Board since January 2017. Mr. Rodgers founded Cypress Semiconductor Corporation in 1982 and served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors until April 2017. From May 2002 to May 2011 Mr. Rodgers served as a member of the board of directors of SunPower Corporation, an energy company. Mr. Rodgers is presently a member of the board of directors of several privately-held companies. From June 2004 through December 2012 Mr. Rodgers was a member of the board of trustees of Dartmouth College, his alma mater, and holds bachelor’s degrees in physics and chemistry from Dartmouth and a master’s degree and Ph. D in electrical engineering from Stanford University. At Stanford, Mr. Rodgers invented, developed and patented VMOS technology. Mr. Rodger’s brings 35 years of public company CEO experience to our board.
