Ronnie Leten

Mr. Ronnie Leten has been Chairman of the Board at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2017. He is also Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Audit and Repurchase Committees of the Company. He was Board Member in Atlas Copco 2009-2017. He is also Chairman and Member of the board of directors of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, member of the board of directors of Aktiebolaget SKF, IPCO AB and SW PRO c.v. He was previously President, CEO and Director of Atlas Copco, Chairman of Aktiebolaget Electrolux. He has also been Member of Ideella Foreningen Teknikforetagen i Sverige. He holds M.Sc. in Applied Economics from University of Hasselt, Belgium.

Per Lindberg

Mr. Per Lindberg has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2018. He is also Member of the Boards of Gace Holding AB and Peymar Holding AB. Anders Linden

Mr. Anders Linden has been Senior Vice President Controlling and Finance (Chief Financial Officer) at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2017. Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.

Helena Hedblom

Ms. Helena Hedblom has been Senior Executive Vice President Mining and Infrastructure at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2017. She began her Atlas Copco career in 2000 and has since then had different roles including head of research and development and General Manager for the product company Secoroc. Before she became President of the Mining and Rock Excavation business area in 2017, she was President of the Rock Drilling Tools division, based in Sweden. She is Member of the Board of Directors of IPCO AB and Foreningen for gruvor, mineral- och metallproducenter i Sverige (SveMin). Previously, she has been Managing Director and Member of the Board of Epiroc and Member of the Board of Tillvaxtgruppen i Norra Vastmanland Ekonomisk forening. She holds M.Sc. in Material Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.

Jorgen Ekelow

Mr. Jorgen Ekelow has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2017. He first began his Atlas Copco career in 1987. Since then he has held various in-house legal positions both in Atlas Copco and in the listed international groups Skanska and Autoliv. Before his current position he was General Counsel M&A and Global Projects at Atlas Copco. He was previously Managing Director and Board Member of Epiroc and Deputy Board Member of Industria Forsakringsaktiebolag. He holds Master of law from Lund University, Sweden.

Mattias Olsson

Mr. Mattias Olsson has been Senior Vice President Corporate Communications at Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2018. He started his career at Atlas Copco Secoroc, Sweden, as Market Communications Manager for rock drilling tools in 1997. Between 2000 and 2007 he was Investor Relations Manager for Atlas Copco. From 2007-2008, he was equity analyst at Standard & Poor’s before returning to Atlas Copco, first as Business Controller/Financial Manager in Switzerland and later as Investor Relations Manager. He was Vice President Investor Relations at Atlas Copco 2011-2016 and before his current position he was Head of Investor Relations at ASSA ABLOY. He holds M. Sc. Business Administration, Linkoping University, Sweden.

Johan Forssell

Mr. Johan Forssell has been Director of Epiroc Aktiebolag since 2017. He has been Director of Atlas Copco since 2003. He is also President, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Investor Aktiebolag, as well as Board Member of its subsidiaries, including Patricia Industries AB.
