Name Description

Sunil Sabharwal

Mr. Sunil Sabharwal is Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr Sabharwal has most recently served as the US Alternative Executive Director to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He was confirmed by the United States Senate in February 2016 for a period of 2 years, which he served out in its entirety across two US administrations. In his capacity as the sole Senate-confirmed US Board Member to the IMF, Mr Sabharwal has been responsible for casting the US vote on all decisions of the IMF including those on lending, surveillance reviews, policy issues and key budget and personnel matters. Mr Sabharwal also served on the IMF's Budget and Liaison committees, where he maintained Board-level relationship with the World Bank, UN and other international organisations. He was also member of the Board's gender-equality working group. Mr Sabharwal graduated from the London Business School with a Master of Science in Management, and from the Ohio State University (OSU) with a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration. He was OSU's NCAA All-American fencer, recipient of its Jack Stephenson Scholar-Athlete award, and more recently the Global Business Excellence Award presented annually to a single distinguished alumni member. Mr Sabharwal has been involved with numerous International and US Olympic related entities, to include the IOC's Sport and Sustainability and Legacy Commission (Member since 2000), the International Fair Play Committee, and the LA 2024 Olympic Games Bid Committee. He was the Chief of Mission for US Olympic fencing team to Beijing 2008.

Daniel Marovitz

Mr. Daniel Marovitz has been appointed as President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, June 3 2016. Prior to joining Earthport, Daniel had a diverse background as a technologist, software entrepreneur and senior executive. He served as Head of Product Management for Deutsche Bank's Global Transaction Bank from 2007-2011 and as a member of the board of this multi-billion dollar division. During his eleven year tenure at Deutsche Bank, Daniel served a number of roles, including Chief Information Officer of the investment bank. Daniel was a founding member of SWIFT's Innotribe group and is a frequent speaker on technology and banking subjects globally.

Amanda Mesler

Ms. Amanda J. Mesler has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company effect from 1 st July 2018. Amanda has over 25 years of experience at senior management and board level for large international companies as well as smaller, high growth enterprises. Currently, Amanda is General Manager at Microsoft, where she recently managed the Enterprise Business in Central and Eastern Europe across thirty-three countries. Amanda will be stepping down from this role in June 2018. Prior to this, Amanda was the Chief Operating Officer of Misys, a private equity backed financial services software company with operations in over 120 countries. From 2007 to 2012 Amanda was on the Executive Committee and Operating Board of Logica plc, a FTSE 250 business with £4 billion revenues. From 2010 to 2012 she served as Logica's CEO of Global Business Consulting, managing 4,000 employees and a $750m P&L with the remit of growing business led technology services. From 2007 to 2012 she served as Logica's CEO of North America, successfully transforming an unprofitable software business into a high margin solutions business. Clients at Logica included some of the largest enterprises in the world within the Financial Services, Telecommunications and other industries. Prior to this Amanda worked at Electronic Data Services where she led a $1 billion global business. Amanda also has extensive experience in compliance, having worked at KPMG from 1994 to 1999 where, in 2000, she created the Oil and Gas practice which become the fastest growing practice within KPMG. Amanda's board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Audit and Risk, Remuneration, and Nominations Committees at Pace plc, a former FTSE 250 provider of technology solutions to the PayTV and Broadband industries. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ensygnia Limited, a UK based technology company, as well as a Non-Executive director at National Grid plc, a FTSE 100 company.

Michael Steinharter

Mr. Michael Steinharter is the Chief Commercial Officer of the Company. Mike brings a great range of experience to Earthport, building, managing and growing successful sales organisations at some of the largest and most respected technology service companies. Among his many roles, Mike spent over 20 years selling to the financial services sector at IBM with significant management responsibility in New York, London, and Sydney. Mike has also served as president of Reuters America and built a significant financial services practice at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

Dr. Caroline Anne Brown is Non-Executive Director of the company. She is an experienced finance executive and Board member of listed companies. She currently chairs the audit committee of Luceco plc, an industrial technology business, which was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in October 2016. She has also chaired the audit committees of WSP Group plc, Bridge Energy ASA and Intelligent Energy Holdings plc. She has held senior finance roles including at a division of a FTSE 100 company and more recently, AIM listed KBC Advanced Technologies plc. Dr Brown is a qualified accountant and has also worked in corporate finance at Merrill Lynch, UBS and HSBC. Dr Brown holds a First Class degree and PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Masters of Business Administration from the Cass Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Jorge Moran

Mr. Jorge Moran serves as the Non-Executive Director of the company. Mr. Moran has brought his considerable insight into the global financial industry to benefit Earthport’s growth strategy since May 2014. Most recently, Jorge was CEO and President of Sovereign Bank and Santander’s US country head; Jorge also spent time as CEO of Santander’s insurance and asset management business. Prior to that Jorge was COO and a Board Director at Abbey in the UK. Before Santander Group, Jorge was partner of AB Asesores, a leading brokerage firm in the Spanish market which was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 1999. Following that acquisition, he served as CEO of Morgan Stanley for Spain and Portugal. Jorge was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Commercial Science by Bentley University and holds a BA in Economics and Business from the University of ICADE in Madrid.

Vinode Ramgopal

Mr. Vinode Bhesham Ramgopal serves as the Non-Executive Director of Earthport plc with effect from April 30, 2010. Vinode is the CEO and Chairman of Marco Polo Group Limited, a financial services firm focused on Global Emerging Markets. The Marco Polo Group has several companies including Marco Polo Network Inc. an electronic platform for trading securities listed on the exchanges of over 70 countries; and Marco Polo Securities, a FINRA registered broker dealer, offering agency execution services in over 70 countries. Marco Polo was founded in 2001 with Headquarters in New York and representative offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil and South Africa. Vinode was formerly Head of the Global Privatisation Group at Lehman Brothers and former Head of Lehman Brothers M&A practice for Asia (ex-Japan), Latin America and Eastern Europe. In the course of a 14 year career at Lehman, Vinode led teams that completed over $30 billion of cross-border M&A transactions. Vinode was educated at the London School of Economics and Merton College, Oxford.

Terence Williams

Mr. Terence Williams (Terry) serves as the Non-Executive Director of Earthport plc, with effect from 18 November 2010. Mr. Terry is a technology pioneer. He started off in programming in the late 1960s when he joined National Cash Registers (NCR) and quickly realised that, as someone who understood technology, he could make a freelance career selling his programming skills. At the time, computing was a brave new world. After NCR Terry built up Wilco and established it as a global leader in creating bespoke stock control and order processing systems in industries as diverse as wine merchants, building and distribution. Wilco produced EPOS systems for Unwins and a system to manage Euro bond settlements for financial services company Cresvale which, as the de facto standard for these settlements, he then productised as ‘Gloss’ and marketed to companies including Goldman Sachs.
