Name Description

Jeffery Yabuki

Mr. Jeffery W. Yabuki is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. Yabuki has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Before joining Fiserv, Mr. Yabuki served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for H&R Block, Inc., a financial services firm, from 2002 to 2005. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President of H&R Block and from 1999 to 2001, he served as the President of H&R Block International. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Yabuki held various executive positions with American Express Company, a financial services firm, including President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc.

Robert Hau

Mr. Robert W. Hau is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurerof the company. Mr. Hau has served as Chief Financial Officer since March 2016. Before joining Fiserv, Mr. Hau served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at TE Connectivity Ltd., a global technology company that designs and manufactures highly engineered connectivity and sensor products, from 2012 to 2016. From 2009 to 2012, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Lennox International Inc., a provider of products and services in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets; and from 2006 to 2009, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for the aerospace business group of Honeywell International, Inc., a technology and manufacturing company. Mr. Hau joined Honeywell (initially AlliedSignal) in 1987 and served in a variety of senior financial leadership positions, including vice president and chief financial officer for the company’s aerospace electronic systems unit and for its specialty materials business group.

Kevin Gregoire

Mr. Kevin P. Gregoire is Group President-Financial Institutions Group of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Gregoire has served as Group President, Financial Institutions Group since 2014. Mr. Gregoire joined Fiserv in 2002 as part of its acquisition of EDS Consumer Network Services, which he joined in 1996. Mr. Gregoire has served in a number of leadership roles at Fiserv including as chief operating officer and then president of our Card Services business from 2010 to 2014. His background includes a number of diverse leadership roles in product development and management, sales and account management, settlement operations, risk management, and security and compliance.

Devin McGranahan

Mr. Devin McGranahan Group President, Billing and Payments Group of the Company. Mr. McGranahan has served as Group President, Billing and Payments Group since November 2016. Before joining Fiserv, Mr. McGranahan served as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, from 2006 to 2016. Most recently, he also held a variety of senior management roles at the firm, including leader of the global insurance practice from 2013 to 2016 and co-chair of the global senior partner election committee from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Mr. McGranahan served as co-leader of the North America financial services practice from 2009 to 2016. He joined McKinsey in 1992 and served in a variety of other leadership positions prior to 2009, including leader of the North American property and casualty practice and managing partner of the Pittsburgh office.

Cheryl Nash

Ms. Cheryl Nash is President - Investment Services of the Company. During her more than 30 years in wealth management, Nash has educated and encouraged thousands of professionals. She is a highly sought-after subject matter expert on topics, including customer experience, technological innovation, digital enablement, understanding investor segments and diversity in wealth. As an Envestnet Institute on Campus (EIOC) board member, Nash leads the Women in Wealth Management initiative designed to attract college-aged women to wealth management careers and increase gender diversity in financial services.

Kevin Schultz

Mr. Kevin J. Schultz is Group President- Digital Banking Group of the Company. Mr. Schultz has served as Group President, Digital Banking Group since 2014. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Schultz served as president of global financial services at First Data Corporation, a global payment processing company, from 2009 to 2011, and as global head of processing services at Visa Inc. from 2007 to 2009. He has more than 30 years of experience in the payments and financial services industry, including a variety of other senior leadership roles at Visa Inc. and Global Payments Inc., an electronic transaction processing service provider.

Steven Tait

Mr. Steven Tait is Group President - International Group of the Company. Mr. Tait assumed the role of Chief Sales Officer on January 1, 2017 and continues to serve as Group President, International Group, a position he has held since 2012. He joined Fiserv in 2009 as an executive vice president and served as Group President, Depository Institution Services Group from 2010 to 2011. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Tait served as president of RSM McGladrey, a subsidiary of H&R Block Inc., from 2003 to 2009, and executive vice president, sales and client operations of Gartner, Inc. from 2001 to 2003.

Byron Vielehr

Mr. Byron C. Vielehr serves as Group President - Depository Institution Services of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Vielehr has served as Group President, Depository Institution Services Group since 2013. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Vielehr served in a succession of senior executive positions with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, a provider of commercial information and business insight solutions, from 2005 to 2013, most recently as president of international and global operations, and as president and chief operating officer of Northstar Systems International, Inc., a developer of wealth management software and now part of SEI Investments Company, from 2004 to 2005.

Mark Ernst

Mr. Mark A. Ernst is Chief Operating Officer of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Ernst has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2011. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served as deputy commissioner for operations support for the Internal Revenue Service from 2009 to 2010, where he was responsible for technology, operations, shared services, human resources and the chief financial office. From 2008 to 2009, he was chief executive officer of Bellevue Capital LLC, a private investment firm; from 2001 to 2007, he served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of H&R Block, Inc., a financial services firm; and from 1998 to 2000, he served as its chief operating officer. His experience, which includes executive positions with the American Express Company, a financial services firm, spans more than 25 years in the financial services industry.

Mark Paulek

Mr. Mark Paulek has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company, effective September 18, 2017. Paulek joins Fiserv after having served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer at The Chamberlain Group, Inc. Prior to that, he held several senior human resource leadership positions at Honeywell International, Inc., which he joined in 2002. In his last role at Honeywell, Paulek served as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for its $16 billion Automation and Control Solutions business. With 25 years of human resources experience, Paulek's background also includes roles at Andersen Consulting, CNH Industrial and General Electric.

Kenneth Best

Mr. Kenneth F. Best is Principal Accounting Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in 2010 as vice president, corporate controller. In 2014, he was promoted to senior vice president, corporate controller and, on March 1, 2016, he became chief accounting officer of the Company.

Lynn McCreary

Ms. Lynn S. McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Fiserv, Inc. Ms. McCreary has served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 2013. Ms. McCreary joined Fiserv in 2010 as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Fiserv, Ms. McCreary was an attorney with the law firm of Bryan Cave LLP from 1996 to 2010, including serving as managing partner of its San Francisco, California office from its opening in 2008 to 2010. Ms. McCreary began her career in financial services with positions at Citicorp Person-to-Person and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s mortgage subsidiary, Metmor Financial, Inc.

Alison Davis

Ms. Alison Davis is an Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Davis is an advisor to Fifth Era, a firm that invests in and incubates early stage technology companies, and previously served as its Managing Partner from 2011 to 2015. Prior to Fifth Era, she was the Managing Partner of Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm serving the financial services sector, from 2004 to 2010. Prior to joining Belvedere, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Global Investors, an institutional asset manager that is now part of BlackRock, Inc., from 2000 to 2003, a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, Inc., a leading global management consulting firm, from 1993 to 2000, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, another leading global management consulting firm, from 1984 to 1993.

John Kim

Mr. John Y. Kim is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Kim has served as President of New York Life Insurance Company, a mutual life insurance company, since 2015. Since 2008, Mr. Kim served in various other positions at New York Life, including as its Chief Investment Officer from 2011 to 2015; President of the Investments Group from 2012 to 2015; and Chief Executive Officer and President of New York Life Investments from 2008 to 2012. Prior to joining New York Life in 2008, Mr. Kim was President of Prudential Retirement, a provider of retirement plan solutions, and its predecessor organization, CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services, from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Kim also served as Chief Executive Officer of Bondbook, an electronic bond trading company, from 2001 to 2002; President and CEO of Aeltus Investment Management Inc., now known as ING Investment Management Company, from 1994 to 2000; and Managing Director of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management, Inc., now part of UBS Global Asset Management, from 1993 to 1994.

Dennis Lynch

Mr. Dennis F. Lynch is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Lynch is Chairman of Cardtronics plc, a publicly traded company and the largest owner and operator of retail ATMs worldwide. He was appointed Chairman in 2010 and has served as a director of Cardtronics since 2008. Mr. Lynch was also the founding Chairman and, from 2009 to 2015, a board member of the Secure Remote Payments Council, a cross-industry organization dedicated to accelerating the growth, development and market adoption of more secure e-commerce and mobile payments. He previously served as: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RightPath Payments, Inc. from 2005 to 2008; a director of Open Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2007; President and Chief Executive Officer of NYCE Corporation from 1996 to 2004; and Chairman of Yankee 24 ATM Network from 1988 to 1990.

Denis O'Leary

Mr. Denis J. O'Leary is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. O’Leary is a private investor, and from 2009 to 2015, he served as Managing Partner of Encore Financial Partners, Inc., a company focused on the acquisition and management of banking organizations in the United States. From 2006 to 2009, he was a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group with respect to the enterprise technology, financial services and consumer payments industries. Through early 2003, he spent 25 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company and its predecessors in various capacities, including Director of Finance, Chief Information Officer, Head of Retail Branch Banking, Managing Executive of Lab Morgan, and, from 1994 to 2003, Executive Vice President.

Glenn Renwick

Mr. Glenn M. Renwick is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Renwick is Executive Chairman of The Progressive Corporation, a publicly traded property and casualty insurance company, and also served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2016. Before being named Chief Executive Officer in 2001, Mr. Renwick served as Chief Executive Officer – Insurance Operations and Business Technology Process Leader from 1998 through 2000. Prior to that, he led Progressive’s consumer marketing group and served as president of various divisions within Progressive. Mr. Renwick joined Progressive in 1986 as Auto Product Manager for Florida.

Kim Robak

Ms. Kim M. Robak is an Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Robak has been a partner at Mueller Robak, LLC, a government relations firm, since 2004. Prior to that, Ms. Robak was Vice President for External Affairs and Corporation Secretary at the University of Nebraska from 1999 to 2004. Ms. Robak served as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Nebraska from 1993 to 1999, as Chief of Staff from 1992 to 1993, and as Legal Counsel from 1991 to 1992. Prior to 1991, Ms. Robak was a partner at the law firm Rembolt Ludtke Milligan and Berger. During her tenure in state government, she chaired the Governor’s Information Resources Cabinet and led the Information Technology Commission of Nebraska.

J. Donald Sherman

Mr. J. Donald Sherman is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Sherman has served as Chief Operating Officer of HubSpot, Inc., a publicly traded provider of marketing software, since 2012 and as its President since 2014. Prior to joining HubSpot, Mr. Sherman was Chief Financial Officer of Akamai Technologies, Inc., a provider of content delivery network services, from 2005 to 2012. From 1990 to 2005, Mr. Sherman served in various positions at International Business Machines Corporation, an information technology company.

Doyle Simons

Mr. Doyle R. Simons is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Simons is President and Chief Executive Officer of Weyerhaeuser Company, a publicly traded company focused on timberlands and forest products. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser in 2013, Mr. Simons served in a variety of roles for Temple-Inland, Inc., a formerly publicly traded manufacturing company focused on corrugated packaging and building products which was acquired in 2012. From 2007 to early 2012, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; from 2005 to 2007, he was Executive Vice President; from 2003 to 2005, he served as its Chief Administrative Officer; from 2000 to 2003, he was Vice President – Administration; and from 1994 to 2000, he served as Director of Investor Relations.
