Anders Carlberg

Mr. Anders G. Carlberg has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Granges AB since 2014. He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Lund University (Lunds Universitet). He also serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Herenco AB, member of the boards of directors of Erik Penser AB, Investmentbolaget Latour AB, Sweco AB, AxFast AB, Recipharm AB and Beijer Alma AB. Previously, he was Chairman of the boards of directors of Hoganas Aktiebolag and AxIndustries AB, CEO and member of the board of directors of Axel Johnson International Aktiebolag, member of the boards of directors of Mekonomen Aktiebolag, Sapa AB, Latour Forvaltning AB, Orkla Industriinvesteringar AB, Axel Johnson Aktiebolag, SakI AB, Martin & Servera Aktiebolag, Emballator AB and Sapa (2002-2013) and partner of FAIRWAY HANDELSBOLAG. He also served as CEO of J.S. Saba, CEO of Nobel Industrier and Deputy CEO of SSAB and other companies.

Johan Menckel

Mr. Johan Menckel has served as Chief Executive Officer of Granges AB since 2013. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskola – KTH). He also serves as member of the board of directors of Svenska Postkodforeningen AB and Nederman Holding. Previously, he was Chairman of the board of directors of Remi Claeys Aluminium NV, Sapa Heat Transfer Tubes GmbH, Sapa Profiles India Pvt. Ltd. and Sapa Profiles (Jiangyin) Co. Ltd. He also served as Member of the board of directors of Monterrey Extrusions S DER.L.DE.C.V., Sapa Asia Limited Management company, Sapa Ben Thanh Aluminum Profiles Co. Ltd., Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products (Chongqing) Co. Ltd., Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and Sapa (Shanghai) Management Co. Ltd. He also served as Consultant at Accenture (1996-2004) and held management positions at Sapa Heat Transfer (2004-2006). He was Managing Director of Sapa Heat Transfer Shanghai (2007-2010), Business Area President of Sapa Profiles Asia (2011-2012), CEO of Sapa Heat Transfer (2012-2013).

Oskar Hellstrom

Mr. Oskar Hellstrom has served as Chief Financial Officer of Granges AB since 2013 and he has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of January 1, 2017. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Linkoping Institute of Technology (at Linkopings universitet) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stockholm University (Stockholms universitet). Previously, he was CEO of Granges Sweden AB, Member of the board of directors of Remi Claeys Aluminium NV, Deputy Member of the board of directors of Orkla Industriinvesteringar AB. Torbjorn Sternsjo

Mr. Torbjorn Sternsjo has been appointed Senior Vice President Technology & Business Development at Granges AB effective as of January 1, 2017. He has worked at Granges since May 2015 in the role of Director of Business Development. He has held various senior positions within Granges and Sapa since 1994. During 1999-2007, he was Managing Director of Granges Shanghai. During 2007-2010 he was President of Sapa Profiles in Asia and 2011-2015 he was President of the joint venture Sapa Chalco Aluminium Products Chongqing in China. He holds a M.Sc. Industrial Engineering and Management.

Magnus Carlstrom

Mr. Magnus Carlstrom has been Senior Vice President Human Resources at Granges AB since 2017. He holds LL.M., Executive MBA, Behavioral Sciences (3.5 Y). He was previously Director HR & Communications of Granges AB and Granges Europe 2012–2016, VP HR at Strabag Scandinavia 2009–2012, Head of Strategic Leadership & Training at Peab Group 2006–2009 and Head of HR at Peab Sverige 2000–2006.

Pernilla Grennfelt

Ms. Pernilla Grennfelt has served as Senior Vice President Communications and Investor Relations of Granges AB since 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Goteborgs Universitet. She previously was IR Manager at ICA Gruppen (2013-2014), Head of Investor Relations at Hakon Invest (2005-2013). Paul Neutjens

Mr. Paul Neutjens has served as Senior Vice President Process Engineering & Operational Development at Granges AB since 2017. He was CTO at the Company from 2013 till 2017. He has worked for the Company since 2011. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering, Metallurgy and Applied Material Science from Catholic University of Louvain (Universite catholique de Louvain). Previously, he was Member of the boards of directors of Granges Sweden AB and Remi Claeys Aluminium NV. Kent Scholin

Mr. Kent Scholin has been appointed Senior Vice President, Research and Innovation of Granges AB, effective as of May 1, 2017. He no longer serves as President Europe at the Company, effective as of May 1, 2017. He has held this position since 2013. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering, Material Science from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskola – KTH). Previously, he was CEO of Gunnebo Gateway AB (2005-2012), Member of the board of directors of Gateway Loss Prevention SLU, Gateway Portugal, Gateway Varesikring AS and PRODIMO Aktiebolag. He also served as Research Engineer at Granges Technology (1989-1994), held several management positions at Sapa Heat Transfer (1994-2004) and was President of Sapa Heat Transfer Finspang (2012-2013).

Mr. Niclas Nelson has served as General Counsel of Granges AB since 2014. He holds a Master of Legal Letters degree from Lunds Universitet. He has experience as Production Manager Sapa Heat Transfer, CEO Rosengrens Produktions AB, CEO Sapa Profilbearbetning AB, Sapa Profilbockning AB and Sapa Komponenter AB, Head of Sapa Profiler Finspang and Production Director Granges Sweden AB. He has ADP, London Business School.

Patrick Lawlor

Mr. Patrick Lawlor has been appointed President Americas at Granges AB, effective as of August 22, 2016. Patrick Lawlor has extensive experience from the aluminum industry, most recently at Sapa Group, where he was President Americas for Sapa Extrusions from 2010 to 2015. He successfully managed the integration of Sapa’s acquisition of the US Indalex Group during 2009-2010, while being a CFO of Sapa Extrusions North America. Before joining the Sapa Group, Patrick Lawlor was CFO of Indalex from 2007-2009 and held several managerial positions within Norsk Hydro from 1997-2007. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Colin Xu

Mr. Colin Xu has served as President Asia at Granges AB since 2013. He holds MBA degree from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), and a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Shanghai Science and Engineering University. Previously, he was MD for Sapa Heat Transfer Shanghai (2011-2013), and was at Sapa Heat Transfer Shanghai (2001-2010).

Mr. Oystein Larsen has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Granges AB since 2010. He is IT Architect and has been with Granges since 1979. He is a representative of Unionen.

Konny Svensson

Mr. Konny Svensson has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Granges AB since 2013. He has been with Granges since 2008. He is a representative of IF Metall. He is also Chairman of blue collar union IF Metall. He completed upper secondary school education.

Carina Andersson

Ms. Carina Andersson has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Granges AB since 2014. Peter Carlsson

Mr. Peter Carlsson has been Independent Director at Granges AB since April 28, 2016. He holds Bachelor of Science (Economics) (Lulea University of Technology). He is also CEO and President of Northvolt as well as Board member of Metso, Orbital Systems and Ketra Lightning. He has previously been Vice President Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at Tesla Motors, Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at NXP Semiconductors, Head of Sourcing at Sony Ericsson.

Katarina Lindstrom

Ms. Katarina Lindstrom has been Independent Director of Granges AB since April 28, 2016. She holds Master of Science degree (Material Science) (KTH Royal Institute of Technology). She is also Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Volvo Group Trucks Operation. She has been elected member of the Swedish Royal Engineering Academy. She held various management positions at Volvo since 1988; led the Maintenance Department in the Skovde Engine plant, Program Manager for the engines at Volvo Powertrain, Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing of Volvo Powertrain and other.

Hans Porat

Mr. Hans Porat has been Independent Director of Granges AB since April 28, 2016. He holds Master of Science in Engineering (Material Science) (KTH Royal Institute of Technology). He is Board member of Cloetta, Ecolean, Diab, Lindab International and Chairman of the Board of Autoropa AB. He held various executive positions at ABB, Vice President of Trelleborg AB, President of Gadelius Japan, President and CEO of Nolato AB.

Ragnhild Wiborg

Ms. Ragnhild Marta Wiborg has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Granges AB since 2014. She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshogskolan i Stockholm). She also serves as member of the board of directors of Kistefos AS, REC Silicon ASA, Borregaard ASA, IM Skaugen ASA and EAM Solar ASA. Previously, she was Member of the board of directors of REC ASA. She also was responsible for fund management operations at Odin Fonder and at Wiborg Kapitalforvaltning.
