Rafael Miranda Robredo

Mr. Rafael Miranda Robredo serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. since February 18, 2014. He is also a member of the Board of Saica S.A., Parkia S.A., Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (Canada), and member of various Advisory Committees such as AT Kearney and Banco Sabadell Urquijo. For the last 22 years, Rafael Miranda has been the first executive of Endesa, since February 1997 until July 2009 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and previously from 1987 to 1997 as Managing Director (Director General). At the beginning of his professional career in 1973, he started to work in Tudor, S.A. where he worked for eleven years having held several different executive positions. Subsequently, he worked at Campofrio, S.A. as Vice-President of its Industrial Division. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI - ICADE and a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods from Escuela de Organizacion Industrial.

Benjamin Barnett

Mr. Benjamin D. Barnett has been Director at Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios SOCIMI, SA since April 2017. He is a propriety director and has been an analyst with SFM UK Management LLP (Soros Fund Management) since 2014, based in London. Previously, Mr. Barnett was managing partner of San Vicente Capital and a managing director of BECM. Ms. Maria Concepcion Osacar Garaicoechea serves as Non-Executive Director of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. since February 18, 2014. She had over 25 years’ experience in the Spanish financial and real estate sectors, holding positions which included Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Santander Central Hispano Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A. SGIIC, Chairman of BANIF Gestión, S.A. SGIIC (Grupo Central Hispano), Chairman of the Board and the Ethics Committee of Inverco, General Manager for Spain of Group Pelloux (Societe Civile de Placement Inmobilier), Director of Neinver and Director of Caja Navarra. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and Doctorate in Philosophy degree from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE).

Joaquin Ayuso Garcia

Mr. Joaquin Ayuso Garcia serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. since February 18, 2014. Currently, he is also a member of the Board of Bankia and of the National Express Group, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of the Instituto Universitario de Investigacion en Estudios Norteamericanos Benjamin Franklin. In addition, he served as a member of the Board of Holcim España, S.A. He is the former CEO of Ferrovial and was the Vice-Chairman of Cintra from 2002 to 2009. He joined Ferrovial in 1982 and was subsequently promoted before, in 1992, he was appointed General Manager of Construction, and later, in 1999, appointed CEO of Ferrovial Agroman. He holds a degree in Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (1980).

Luis Alberto Manas Anton

Mr. Luis Alberto Manas Anton serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. since February 18, 2014. Since 2006, he has managed various companies of the Arbitrage Group, a financial and energy sector consulting and advising firm, with clients such as Tecnicas Reunidas, Enagas Omega Capital, Advent International, Renta4, Accenture and Deloitte. He also advised the Mexican government (SHCP) and Pemex in the oil sector reform since 2007. He is an independent director and member of the Executive Committee of Tecnicas Reunidas, a member of the Board of MAB Arbitrage Capital SICAV and ARCA Select SICAV, independent director of the insurance company Aviva Spain, chairing the Risk and Investment Committee and is a board member of the Spanish subsidiaries of the PEMEX group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Master's degree in Economics from University of Chicago (1983) and Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Economics from University of Chicago (1986).

Jose Pedro Perez-Llorca y Rodrigo

Mr. Jose Pedro Perez-Llorca y Rodrigo serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. since February 18, 2014. He was Member of Parliament and President of the Parliamentary group of the Centrist party in Congress and he was one of the seven draftsmen of the Spanish Constitution. Through selective state exams, he became a member of the Diplomatic Service and of the Cuerpo de Letrados de las Cortes Generales. He was Minister of Presidency and Parliamentary Relations (Ministro de la Presidencia de Gobierno y Relaciones con las Cortes), Minister of Territorial Administration (Ministro de Administracion Territorial) and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Whilst serving in this latter position, he began the negotiations on Spain’s accession to the EU and was the driving force behind Spain’s accession to NATO. In December 1982, he retired from political life and founded the law firm Pérez-Llorca, where he primarily practices law in the field of arbitration. He holds a degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
