Name Description

Guido Cami

Mr. Guido Cami acts as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ICF Group S.p.A. He graduated in Engineering of Industrial Technologies with an economic and organizational orientation at the Polytechnic of Milan in April 1989 after having completed his military service as a complementary officer. From 1989 to 1992 he was hired in the Industrial Activities Department of the Pirelli Pneumatic Company. In 1992 he was appointed Head of industrial activities for the entire Settimo Vettura di Pirelli plant. From 1992 to 1997 he was responsible for the planning, planning, procurement, storage and dispatch of the 9 plants owned by Manifattura Legnanese S.p.A. and then assumed the position of Logistics Director in 1994. From 1997 to 2002 he worked in Vibram S.p.A. He initially assumed the position of Director of Operations, before becoming Director of International Activities. In September 2000 he was appointed General Manager of Vibram SpA. reporting directly to the CEO and has since carried out activities related to the development of the company. From 2003 to 2004 he served as General Manager of Laffon S.p.A. Italian division of the French multinational Pechiney. From 2004 to April 2010 he was Director of Synthetic Material Division of Giovanni Crespi S.p.A.

Giovanni Campolo

Mr. Giovanni Campolo serves as Non-Executive Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He has thirty years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity. He is Chief Executive Officer and Founder Member of Private Equity Partners Spa. He started his career at the Chase Financial Company in Milan in 1985. In 1986 he moved to Chase Manhattan Bank NA (now J.P. Morgan Chase) in London. In 1988 he co-founded and served as Director of Chase Gemina Italia Spa, now Private Equity Partners Spa. He is a member of the Joint Italian Arab Chamber of Directors (JIAC) and from 1996 to 1997 he was Board Member Supervisory Board of Chase Gemina Polska Sp. Z o. O., Polish fund management company "Magna Poland". He graduated with praise in Law at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in 1984.

Stefano Lustig

Mr. Stefano Lustig serves as Non-Executive Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He has gained over 25 years of experience in Equity Research. In 1992 he joined the Equity Research team at Euromobiliare Sim (then Equita Sim) as an Analyst. For more than 20 years, he has been Co-Head of Equity Equity Research, gaining a thorough knowledge of several industry sectors, financial markets, investors and valuation methods and evaluated the feasibility of listing companies in several companies. He is a board member of Equita Group and Equita Private Debt Fund SA. He graduated in Business Administration at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Rossano Rufini

Mr. Rossano Rufini serves as Non-Executive Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (with praise) at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 1995 and has been licensed as Accountant and Accountant since 1996 (LUISS). Prior to completing the course, he was Complementary Officer at the Military Air Force. In 1995 he began his career in auditing / corporate finance at Arthur Andersen S.p.A. Where he worked until 1998. He then joined Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he worked as a business consultant until 2000 when he joined Dresdner's investment banking group Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Since 2003 he has joined the private equity sector, where he is still working, previously in BS Private Equity sgr and, since 2005, in Synergo sgr as a Partner and member of the Investment Fund Management Committee. In 2017 he joined Equita as the Head of Private Equity. He is an Independent Director of several capital companies in Italy.

Fabio Sattin

Mr. Fabio Lorenzo Sattin serves as Non-Executive Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He is Executive Chairman and Founder Member of Private Equity Partners Spa, has thirty years of experience in Private Equity business both in Italy and abroad and is a Private Equity and Venture Capital contract professor at Universita L. Bocconi in Milan. He started his career in 1983 in the Olivetti Marketing and Strategic Division. He was Vice President and Managing Director of Chase Investment Bank (now J.P. Morgan), responsible for M & A and Equity Investment at New York, London and Milan offices. He is a member of the AIFI Private Equity General Council (Private Equity Association, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association), the Bocconi Observatory on Public Private Finance, the Scientific Committee of the Ca 'Foscari International College and the Past Chairmen Group of the 'EVCA (European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association - today Invest Europe). He has been President of ESV (Invest Europe) for six years as a member of the Borsa Italiana Spa Consultative Committee and a consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for issues related to Private Equity and Venture Capital, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Chase Gemina Polska Sp. Z o. He is a graduate of Business Management from Universita Ca Foscari di Venezia. Publications on Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Corporate Economics.

Fabio Buttignon

Mr. Fabio Buttignon serves as Independent Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He is a Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Padua (Department of Economics and Business Sciences), where he holds a degree in Advanced Corporate Finance. He has been doing research in Corporate Strategy and Finance at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a member of the Register of Accountants and Legal Auditors, he is a member of the corporate governance by acting as a director (non-executive) and a mayor for some medium and large companies (including: Carraro SpA, Banca IMI SpA, Benetton Group srl, Valentino SpA, Stevanato Group SpA, SIT SpA, AFV Acciaierie Beltrame SpA, Tecnica Group SpA). He is a major shareholder and founder of the Buttignon Zotti Milan & Co. company, which specializes in advisory activities in business valuations and finance operations for corporate development and restructuring. He has published numerous articles on Italian and international journals on business, finance and business strategy themes.

Marco Carlizzi

Dr. Marco Carlizzi serves as Independent Director of ICF Group S.p.A. In 1996 he graduated in Law at the Universita degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata and from the same university he received a PhD in Commercial Law in 2017. In 2015 he was a Research Fellow at Columbia University in New York. He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2001 and is authorized to practice legal counsel in higher jurisdictions since 2014. He directs the legal department of RSM Studio Palea Lauri Gerla, of which he is a founding member, dealing with commercial, corporate, banking and financial law. He holds the office of independent member of the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare Etica Scpa (since 2013) and of Etica SGR S.p.A. (from 2014). He is also statutory auditor of the public company Lazio Innova S.p.A. (from 2017) and of the company eFM S.r.l. (from 2014). In the past he was statutory auditor of the publicly owned companies BIC Lazio S.p.A. (2013-2017) and Centrale del Latte S.p.A. (2008-2011). He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars and is the author of numerous scientific publications.

Stefano Caselli

Dr. Stefano Caselli serves as Independent Director of ICF Group S.p.A. He is Professor of International Affairs at Universita Bocconi of Milan, where he is Professor of Economics for Financial Intermediaries and a member of the SDA Bocconi Management Committee. He conducts domestic and international research activities on the relationship between the banking system and the industrial system and is the author of numerous publications on investment banking, corporate governance and bank strategy, corporate finance, private equity and finance for SMEs and business family. Within Universita Bocconi, he has also held several positions of responsibility before the current one: a member of the MISB Bocconi Management Committee (Mumbai International School of Business), the Indian headquarters in Mumbai, SDA Bocconi, where he was responsible for the project Startup and Academic Director from 2012 to 2014; Director of the Banking and Financial Intermediaries Division of the SDA Bocconi School of Management, with responsibility for the entire School offering on the domestic and international financial system from 2006 to 2012; Director of the Biennial Master of Science in Finance (2010-2012) and Director of the Master in International Management of the CEMS Program (2005-2012); Executive Director of Corporate Finance & Banking Executive (2005-2010) of SDA Bocconi. He is also the founder and responsible of the 2015 Startup Day platform for the Bocconi University, dedicated to supporting new entrepreneurial initiatives. He graduated in Economics in Universita degli Studi di Genova in 1993 and earned his Ph.D. in "Markets and Financial Intermediaries" at the Universita degli Studi di Siena.

Ms. Paola Giannotti De Ponti serves as Independent Director of ICF Group S.p.A. She is currently a Supervisory Board Member, Chairman of the Risk Committee and a member of the Related Parties Committee and Related Subjects of UBI Banca S.p.A. And Board Member, member of the Risk Committee and member of the Related Party Committee of Terna S.p.A. She has over 30 years of international experience in the financial sector in the Corporate and Investment Banking area where, among New York, London, Milan, Rome, Frankfurt and Paris, she has held various roles in institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Dresdner Bank and BNP Paribas, where she was responsible for the Italian strategic clientele (Telecom Italia, Eni, Enel, Terna, Ferrovie, Finmeccanica, etc.) with a focus on the energy sector. She was Board Member of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. And Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein SGR. In 2002 she was awarded the Fondazione Bellisario Prize as Manager of the Year. From 2000 to 2012 she was a member of the Council for Relations between Italy and the United States, under the honorary chair of David Rockfeller.
