Name Description

Eric Hemar

Mr. Eric Hemar has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Id Logistics SAS since June 21, 2010. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale d'Administration and started his career in the public finance auditing body before joining in 1993, the Ministry for Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, where he was a Technical Advisor for Minister Bernard Bosson. In 1995, he joined Sceta and then Geodis as Corporate Secretary. He left Geodis Logistics in March 2001 to found the ID Logistics group.

Christophe Satin

Mr. Christophe Satin has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of Id Logistics SAS since May 29, 2013. Between September 14, 2011 and May 29, 2013, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director - Representative of Immod at the Company. He also served as Director - Representative of Immod at the Company from June 21, 2010 to September 14, 2011. He is a graduate of Institut Superieur de Gestion (ISG) and started his career at Arthur Andersen. He also worked for various industrial groups before joining Geodis as Overseas Financial Manager for Geodis Logistics. In 2001, he co-founded Id Logistics and served as Administrative and Financial Director.

Jesus Hernandez

Mr. Jesus Hernandez has been Director of ID Logistics SAS since May 21, 2017. Having graduated from the University of Madrid, Mr. Hernandez developed international management skills during a broad career in logistics. He started work with C&A, where he remained for 19 years. His positions during this time included Coordination Logistics Director in Düsseldorf, Germany. He then joined logistics operator Tibbett & Britten as Chief Operating Officer Spain and, just a year later, was appointed Chief Executive for Spain, Portugal and Morocco, a position he continued after the takeover of the company by Exel Logistics. In March 2006, he joined ID Logistics as General Manager Spain. In March 2015, he was appointed General Manager Brazil.

Michel Clair

Mr. Michel Clair has been Independent Director of Id Logistics SAS since February 2012. He is Chairman of company's Audit Committee. A graduate of Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he served as an Auditor within the public accounts auditing body and also held various roles within the General Plan Commission, the Industry General Office and at the Trade, Craft and Services Ministry, where he was Chief of Staff from 1986 to 1988. In 1991, he was Secretary General and Member of the Management Board of Compagnie Bancaire. After the Paribas and Compagnie Bancaire merger, he became a Member of the Executive Committee of Paribas in charge of real estate affairs and public services. In 1996, he joined Klepierre as Director and was then appointed as Chairman. He served as Chairman of the Management from 1998 to 2008. As of January 2009 until 2012, Mr. Clair was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Klepierre and Klemurs. He currently chairs France Habitation and OGIF and he is Vice President of the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).

Michele Cyna

Ms. Michele Cyna has been Independent Director of ID Logistics SAS since May 21, 2015. As CEO of BURGEAP Group, which has 400 employees in France, she also sits on the Executive Committee of Ginger, an engineering group with 1,500 employees and revenues of €150 million. BURGEAP is one of its subsidiaries. Having graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and MIT, she began her career in the Ponts et Chaussees (bridges and roads) institute. As such she has worked in managerial positions for the Seineet-Marne departmental urban transport research center and the Marne la Vallee EPA urban development institute. In 1992, she became transportation engineer at the World Bank in Washington. She returned to France two years later to take charge of onthe-job training for the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, where she worked for five years. In 1999, she was appointed head of Eurovia's techniques and promotion department, and 8 years later became Veolia Transdev's international affairs director. In 2013, she joined BURGEAP engineering firm as chairman and CEO. Following the acquisition of BURGEAP by Ginger Group, she remained CEO. Having chaired Sciences ParisTech au Feminin and sat on the board of the Grandes Ecoles au Feminin (GEF), from 2013 to 2016 she was Chairwoman of Ponts Alliance, an association for former students of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees. She also chairs the Geothermal Commission of the French renewable energy body Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables (SER) and is a member of the Board of Directors of Syntec-Ingenierie, the industry's trade union, and a member of the Board of Directors of Directors of FAFIEC, the industry’s OPCA (training organization). Michèle Cyna is an Officer of the French Order of Merit and Knight of the French Legion of Honor.

Muriel Mayette-Holtz

Ms. Muriel Mayette-Holtz has been Independent Director of ID Logistics SAS since May 21, 2015. In September 2015, Muriel Mayette-Holtz was appointed director of the French Academy in Rome at the Villa Medici, the first woman to manage the institute. Actress and stage director Muriel Mayette-Holtz was Managing Director of the Comedie-Française from 2006 to 2014. Having studied under Michel Bouquet, Claude Regy and Bernard Dort, she was visiting professor at the Conservatoire National Superieur d’Art Dramatique (CNSAD) between 2000 and 2006. She joined the Comedie-Francaise in 1985 after training with CNSAD and was named 477th member in 1988. She has played numerous parts under directors including Antoine Vitez, Jacques Lassalle, Matthias Langhoff, Alain Françon, Catherine Hiegel, Claude Stratz, Otomar Krejca and Bob Wilson. She has also directed around forty theatrical productions. She is currently an honorary member of the Comedie-Francaise and is an Officer of the French Order of Arts and Letters, Knight of the Order of Merit and Knight of the Legion of Honor.
