Name Description

Michael McKenna

Mr. Michael J. McKenna is an Independent Chairman of the Board of IntriCon Corp since April 2001. He became a director in June 1998 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation since April 2001. In March 2001, Mr. McKenna retired as the Vice Chairman and a Director of Crown, Cork & Seal Company, Inc. (now Crown Holdings, Inc.), a manufacturing company. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. McKenna was the President and Chief Operating Officer and, prior to 1995, was the Executive Vice President and President of the North American Division of Crown, Cork & Seal Company, Inc. As the retired Vice Chairman, director and former executive of Crown, Cork & Seal, Mr. McKenna brings a global business perspective from his leadership positions as well as operational and sales experience. In addition, as the director with the longest tenure among the independent directors, Mr. McKenna also has considerable knowledge about the operations and background of IntriCon.

Mark Gorder

Mr. Mark S. Gorder is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of IntriCon Corporation. Mr. Gorder joined the Company in October 1993 when Resistance Technology, Inc. (RTI) (now known as IntriCon, Inc.) was acquired by the Company. Mr. Gorder received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the St. Olaf College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Gorder was President and one of the founders of RTI, which began operations in 1977. Mr. Gorder was promoted to Vice President of the Company and elected to the Board of Directors in April 1996. In December 2000, he was elected President and Chief Operating Officer and in April 2001, Mr. Gorder assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Scott Longval

Mr. Scott Longval is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of IntriCon Corporation. Mr. Longval has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2006. Mr. Longval received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to being appointed as CFO, Mr. Longval served as the Company’s Corporate Controller since September 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Longval was Principal Project Analyst at ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a provider of innovative network infrastructure products and services, from March 2005 until September 2005. From May 2002 until March 2005 he was employed by Accellent, Inc., formerly MedSource Technologies, a provider of outsourcing solutions to the medical device industry, most recently as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. From September 1998 until April 2002, he was employed by Arthur Andersen, most recently as experienced audit senior.

Dennis Gonsior

Mr. Dennis L. Gonsior is Vice President - Global Operations of IntriCon Corp., since January 1996. Mr. Gonsior joined the Company in February 1982. Mr. Gonsior received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Cloud State University. He has served as the Company’s Vice President of Operations since January 1996.

Michael Geraci

Mr. Michael P. Geraci is Vice President - Sales and Marketing of IntriCon IntriCon Corporation, since January 1995. Mr. Geraci joined the Company in October 1983. Mr. Geraci received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Business. He has served as the Company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing since January 1995.

Greg Gruenhagen

Mr. Greg Gruenhagen is Vice President - Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs of IntriCon Corp., since December 11, 2007. Mr. Gruenhagen joined the Company in November 1984. Mr. Gruenhagen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. He has served as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs since December 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Gruenhagen served as Director of Corporate Quality since 2004 and Director of Project Management since 2000.

Jim Houlihan

Mr. Jim Houlihan serves as Vice President - Direct-to-Consumer Hearing Healthcare Sales, President - Hearing Help Express of the Company. Houlihan has been serving as the interim leader at HHE since October 2016, and has more than 20 years of executive management, business strategy development, and consumer marketing and advertising experience—spanning both digital and traditional. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of EMECOLE Inc., a chemical manufacturer and distributor. Prior to EMECOLE, he was head of Mettler-Toledo PCE North America—a pharmaceutical track-and-trace solutions firm. He also held other leadership positions within the company.

Nicholas Giordano

Mr. Nicholas A. Giordano is an Independent Director of IntriCon Corp. He became a director in December 2000. Mr. Giordano has been a business consultant and investor since 1997. Mr. Giordano was Interim President of LaSalle University from July 1998 to June 1999. From 1981 to 1997, Mr. Giordano was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Mr. Giordano serves as a trustee of Wilmington Funds and Kalmar Pooled Investment Trust, mutual funds, and as a director of Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia, a health insurance company, and The RBB Fund, Inc., a mutual funds company. Mr. Giordano also served as a director of Commerce Bancorp, Inc. in 2007-2008. Messrs. Giordano and Masucci are first cousins.

Robert Masucci

Mr. Robert N. Masucci is an Independent Director of IntriCon Corp. He became a director in February 2002. Mr. Masucci has served as the Chairman of the Board of Montgomery Capital Advisors, Inc., a consulting company, since 1990 and Chairman of the Board of Barclay Brand Corporation, a distribution company, since 1996. Prior to 1990, Mr. Masucci was President and Chief Executive Officer of Drexel Industries, Inc., a forklift manufacturer. Mr. Masucci also served as a director of Agfeed Industries, Inc., a commercial hog producer and a premix feed company in China, during 2007. Messrs. Masucci and Giordano are first cousins.

Philip Smith

Mr. Philip I. Smith is Independent Director of the Company. Prior to joining Greene Holcomb Fisher in 2011, Smith was President and Chief Executive Officer of Angeion Corporation, now MGC Diagnostics, a global medical technology company. Earlier experience includes being CEO of DGIMED Ortho, Executive Vice President of Business Development at Vital Images, and a healthcare investment banker at Piper Jaffray. He currently serves on the board of VIDA Diagnostics, a precision pulmonary imaging company, and has previously held board positions with Delta Dental of Minnesota and Angeion Corporation. Smith received his master’s in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida. He is a current member of the board of trustees of The Minneapolis Foundation.
