Name Description

Per Larsson

Mr. Per E. Larsson has been Chairman of the Board at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He studied Business Administration and Economics at Uppsala University, Sweden. Mr Larsson has previously served as CEO of OMX, UBS in Middle East North Africa and Member of the Global Managing Board, Dubai International Financial Exchange and Borse Dubai, as well as Chairman of the Board of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and several other board assignments. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors in Bambora and Itiviti, and Senior Advisor and Operating Chairman to the Nordic Capital Funds.

Mikael Ericson

Mr. Mikael Ericson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Intrum Justitia AB effective as of March 1, 2016. He has worked in various senior positions in the banking and finance sector over the past 30 years, including Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets and CEO of Carnegie AB. Most recently, he held the position as Head of International Banking at Danske Bank. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stockholms universitet.

Magnus Yngen

Mr. Magnus Yngen has served as Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He has been Independent Member of the Board of the Company since April 24, 2013. He is Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Magnus Yngen has been CEO of Camfil AB. He previously was President and CEO of Husqvarna and has held several senior positions within Electrolux. His most recent executive position was as acting president and CEO of Dometic. Yngen is the chairman of the board of Duni, Fractal Design AB and Sveba-Dahlen Group and Board Member of Dometic. Mr. Yngen holds MBA and Licentiate in Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Erik Forsberg

Mr. Erik Forsberg has been Chief Financial Officer of Intrum Justitia AB since November 2011. He was also Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 2, 2015 till February 29, 2016. He previously held the same position at PR software company Cision, which is listed on the NASDAQ OMX. Erik Forsberg has previously held positions as CFO, Group Treasurer and Business Controller at different companies including EF Education. Forsberg holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Cathrine Klouman

Ms. Cathrine Klouman has been Chief Operating Officer at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Previous to that Kloumans held the position at Lindorff as EVP Lindorff Business Partner and Group CIO since January 2016. Klouman has more than 20 years of experience from both the IT- and Financial Services industries, and held different senior positions within IBM, Bank-Axept and DNB. Previous to her position at Lindorff she was Chief Information and Digital Officer in MollerGruppen (The Moller Group). She is currently Member of the Board in Infotjenester AS. Cathrine holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School (BI) and extended courses from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Jean-Luc Ferraton

Mr. Jean-Luc Ferraton has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Intrum Justitia AB since April 23, 2012. Ferraton has held several positions at Intrum Justitia between 2006-2012; he was Group HR Director 2011-2012, HR Director region Western Europe 2010-2012 and HR Director region Southern Europe 2006-2012. Prior to Intrum Justitia, Ferraton was HR Director JTEKT of Toyota Group 2001-2006. Mr. Ferraton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at ESDES Lyon.

Anders Engdahl

Mr. Anders Engdahl has been Chief Investment Officer at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Previous to that Engdahl was EVP Debt Purchasing at Lindorff. Anders started in Lindorff already in October 2014 as a consultant. He has an extensive international experience in investment banking and management consulting from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and McKinsey. At Morgan Stanley, Anders was a Managing Director and Head of Nordic Financial Institutions investment banking and has over the past two decades been involved in a large number of financial institutions M&A and financing transactions including within the credit management services industry across Europe. Anders has a Master of Science (Business administration and Economics) degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Johan Brodin

Mr. Johan Brodin has served as Chief Risk Officer of Intrum Justitia AB since November 2011. Previous to that, Johan Brodin was CRO at SBAB Bank. Johan Brodin has previously held different positions within risk control at Handelsbanken, as well as Management consultant within financial services at KPMG and Oliver Wyman. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from University of Orebro.

Niklas Lundquist

Mr. Niklas Lundquist has been Chief Legal Officer at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Lundquist joined Intrum Justitia as General Counsel in January 2011. Previous to that, he held the same role at Tradedoubler AB (publ). He also has experience from two prominent law firms and has served at the Swedish courts. Mr. Lundquist holds a law degree from Stockholm University.

Anne Eberhard

Ms. Anne Louise Eberhard has been Chief Commercial Officer at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Previous to that she held the position at Lindorff as EVP Debt Collection Sales since October 2016. Eberhard was a Senior Executive VP and Global Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Danske Bank. She is a Board Member in several companies, including Financial Stability SOV, and a Faculty Member at CBS Executive (Copenhagen Business School). Anne has a Master of Law degree from University of Copenhagen, a Diploma in IT/Management Accounting from CBS, and leadership education from Harvard Business School, INSEAD and CBS.

Annika Billberg

Ms. Annika Billberg has been Chief Brand & Communications Officer at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. She was Group Marketing & Communications Director at the Company from July 2015 until June 29, 2017. Before that, she has been Marketing, Investor Relations & Communications Director of the Company since June 18, 2012. She joined the Company in June 2010 as Investor Relations & Communications Director. Previous to that she has worked as Head of IR and Corporate Communications at the IT-consulting company HiQ in Stockholm and as Equities Research Analyst at Hagstromer & Qviberg in Stockholm. Annika Billberg holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Jonkoping International Business School.

Per Christofferson

Mr. Per Christofferson has been Regional Managing Director, Central & Eastern Europe at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He was Regional Managing Director Central Europe at the Company from April 23, 2012 until June 29, 2017. Prior to this he was Acting Regional Managing Director for the region, and before that, until February 8, 2012, served as Director of Credit Management Services. Mr. Chrisofferson joined Intrum Justitia in September 2009. He was previously Deputy CEO and Business Area Director at the management and IT consulting company Acando AB, where he also has been advisor to multinational clients. He has a Master’s degree from CWRU (Case Western Reserve University) Cleveland, Ohio, and a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Linkoping, Sweden.

Marc Knothe

Mr. Marc Knothe has been Regional Managing Director, Western & Southern Europe at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Previous to that he was Country Manager at Lindorff Netherlands. Knothe has more than 26 years of experience in the European credit management services industry. Between 2011 and 2016, prior to joining Lindorff, he was Executive Board Member at GFKL (an Advent Intl company), one of the largest receivables management services firms in Germany. Previously he was CIO at Bawag PSK (a Cerberus Company) in Austria, COO at GE Money Bank in Russia and Germany and held senior positions at Citigroup in Italy and Germany. Marc has studied Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen, Germany.

Harry Vranjes

Mr. Harry Vranjes has served as Head of Project Management Office of Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He was Regional Managing Director Western Europe at the Company from July 9, 2015 until June 29, 2017. He previously was Chief Technology Officer of the Company from April 23, 2012 until July 9, 2015 and Acting Regional Managing Director Western Europe within the Company from April 2015 until July 9, 2015. He has been Group Information Technology Director at Intrum Justitia from 2008 to April 23, 2012 and previous to that he was Project Manager and Business Developer at Intrum Justitia from 2002 to 2008. Harry Vranjes previously held the position as IT-management consultant at WM-Data between 1998 and 2001. Vranjes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Systems Science from Lund University.

Anette Willumsen

Ms. Anette Willumsen has been Regional Managing Director, Northern Europe at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Previous to that, she was Country Manager in Lindorff Norway and acting Country Manager in Lindorff Denmark 2009-2017. Willumsen has a broad sales and management experience from the in business process outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Lindorff she was SVP in EDB Business Partner (EVRY), a listed IT-services company. Before taking on the CM position, she headed the Corporate Client Division within Lindorff Norway. She has an EMP from INSEAD and holds a M.Sc. degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Alejandro Zurbano

Mr. Alejandro Zurbano has been Regional Managing Director, Spain at Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. Zurbano held the position as Country Manager, Lindorff Spain since July 2015. As chief executive officer Emergia, he has been instrumental in building a successful business with around 5.000 employees. Zurbano acted as Country Manager at SITEL Spain, Chile, Colombia and Portugal growing the business to 8,000 employees and solid revenue stream. He is an experienced leader with deep knowledge of the financial industry. Alejandro has a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a PDG at IESE University.

Hans Larsson

Mr. Hans Larsson has been Director of Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He holds M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics, University of Uppsala. Mr. Larsson has previously held various leading positions within the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken group. He has also served as a Board Member in Nordax Bank AB (publ) and Deputy CEO for the Lindorff Group. Current assignments include Chairman of the Board of Directors in Nordnet Bank AB and Board Member in the Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK), and CEO and owner of Linderyd Advisory AB.

Kristoffer Melinder

Mr. Kristoffer Melinder has been Director of Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He holds M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics. Mr. Melinder has previously worked with leveraged finance and M&A in JP Morgan. He has also been a board member in the Binding Site, Ellos, Convatec, Resurs, Dynal Biotech, Kappahl, Nycomed and Atos Medical in Nycomed. Current assignments include chairman of the board in GHD Gesundheits, board member in Lindorff, AniCura and Greenfood, and Managing Partner in NC Advisory AB.

Andreas Nasvik

Mr. Andreas Nasvik has been Director of Intrum Justitia AB since June 29, 2017. He holds M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics. Mr. Nasvik has previously worked with corporate finance and private equity investments in Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. He has also been a board member in Lindorff AB. Nasvik is currently a board member of Munters AB (publ), Partner of NC Advisory AB and advisor to the Nordic Capital Funds.

Tore Bertilsson

Mr. Tore Bertilsson has been Independent Director at Intrum Justitia AB since April 20, 2016. Tore Bertilsson is Chairman of the Board of Perstorp, Semcon, PRI Pensionsgaranti and Ludvig Svensson and Board Member of Ingka Holding (IKEA), Gunnebo, JCE Group and Stampen. Bertilsson was CFO of SKF from 1989 and Deputy CEO from 2005 to 2013, prior to that he was a bank director at SEB. He holds B.Sc. (Econ.) from the School of Economics at Gothenburg University and education in management at the London Business School.

Fredrik Tradgardh

Mr. Fredrik Tradgardh has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Intrum Justitia AB since April 16, 2009. He was Member of the Company's Audit Committee. Fredrik Tragardh is Deputy CEO of Ekman Group and he was formerly Chief Executive Officer and CFO of Net Insight AB. Mr. Tragardh has held positions as CFO at Daimler-Chrysler Rail Systems GmbH, Berlin, and several management positions at ABB Financial Services in Sweden and Switzerland. Mr. Tragardh holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration and International Economics from the Goteborg School of Economics.

Synnove Trygg

Ms. Synnove Trygg has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Intrum Justitia AB since April 24, 2013. She is Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Synnove Trygg was from 1993 until mid 2013 the President of SEB Kort Bank AB. She is board member of Landshypotek Bank AB and Volvo Finans Bank AB, Nordax Bank AB, Vaitor Hf, Precise Biometrics Ab and Wrapp AB. Ms. Trygg holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Stockholm.

Ulrika Valassi

Ms. Ulrika Valassi has been Independent Director at Intrum Justitia AB since April 20, 2016. Ulrika Valassi is a Board Member at Alandsbanken and Hemfosa Fastigheter. She is Head of Service Area Risk at Transcedent Group. Valassi was previously Head of Credit at Landshypotek and, before that, held several roles within SEB, most recently as Group Head of New Product Approval Office. She holds a B.Sc. Ragnhild Wiborg

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has studied a Master’s program at Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Sao Paolo. Ms. Wiborg is the Chairman of the Board of EAM Solar AS and a Board Member of Granges AB, Borregaard AS, REC Silicon ASA, Skandiabanken ASA, Insr Insurance Group ASA and I.M. Skaugen SE. She was previously active in asset management with Odin Fonder and Wiborg Kapitalforvaltning. Prior to that, she worked for investment banks in the Nordics and London.
