Name Description

Brad Smith

Mr. Brad D. Smith is a Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Intuit Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since January 2008. He became Chairman of the Board in January 2016. He was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Small Business Division from May 2006 to December 2007 and Senior Vice President and General Manager, QuickBooks from May 2005 to May 2006. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Tax Group from March 2004 until May 2005 and as Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Accountant Central and Developer Network from February 2003 to March 2004. Prior to joining Intuit in February 2003, Mr. Smith was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at ADP, a provider of business outsourcing solutions, where he held several executive positions from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Smith also serves on the boards of directors of Nordstrom, Inc. and SurveyMonkey Inc. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marshall University and a Master’s degree in Management from Aquinas College.

Raymond Williams

Mr. Raymond Neil Williams, CPA, is no longer Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Intuit Inc., effective January 31, 2018. He joined Intuit in January 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including corporate strategy and business development, investor relations, financial operations and real estate. Beginning in 2001, he served as Executive Vice President of Visa U.S.A., Inc., the leading payments company in the U.S., and then from November 2004 to September 2007 served as Chief Financial Officer, leading all financial functions for the company and its subsidiaries. During the same period, Mr. Williams held the dual role of Chief Financial Officer for Inovant LLC, Visa’s global IT organization responsible for global transactions processing and technology development. Mr. Williams also serves on the boards of directors of Amyris, Inc. and RingCentral, Inc. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and he is a certified public accountant.

Henry Stansbury

Mr. Henry Tayloe Stansbury is an Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Intuit Inc. He has been Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since August 2015 and joined Intuit in May 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Stansbury previously served as chief information officer of VMware. Earlier he was executive vice president of Ariba and held executive engineering and general management roles at Calico Commerce and Xerox, led developer tools engineering groups at Borland International and Sun Microsystems, and researched intelligent systems at Xerox PARC. Mr. Stansbury serves on the boards of Coupa Software Inc. and Shutterfly, Inc. Mr. Stansbury holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Laura Fennell

Ms. Laura A. Fennell, J.D., is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Intuit Inc. She has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since August 2015 and previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from February 2007. She leads Intuit’s legal, corporate affairs, privacy, and information security teams. Ms. Fennell joined Intuit as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April 2004. Prior to joining Intuit, Ms. Fennell spent nearly eleven years at Sun Microsystems, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Corporate Legal Resources, as well as Acting General Counsel. Sasan Goodarzi

Mr. Sasan K. Goodarzi is an Executive Vice President, General Manager - Small Business Group of Intuit Inc. He has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Small Business Group since May 2016. He previously was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group from August 2015 through April 2016 and from August 2013 to July 2015 served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Tax Group. He rejoined Intuit in August 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, serving in that capacity until July 2013, prior to which he had served as Chief Executive Officer of Nexant Inc., a privately held provider of intelligent grid software and clean energy solutions, since November 2010. During his previous tenure at Intuit from 2004 to 2010, Mr. Goodarzi led several business units including Intuit Financial Services and the professional tax division. Prior to joining Intuit, Mr. Goodarzi worked for Invensys, a global provider of industrial automation, transportation and controls technology, serving as global president of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at Honeywell and served as the chief executive officer and co-founder of a technology startup, Lazer Cables Inc. Mr. Goodarzi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Daniel Wernikoff

Mr. Daniel A. Wernikoff is an Executive Vice President, General Manager - Consumer Tax Group of Intuit Inc. He has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group since May 2016. He previously was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Small Business Group from August 2015 through April 2016 and from April 2014 to July 2015 served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Small Business Group. He previously was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Small Business Financial Solutions Group from August 2013. From August 2010 to July 2013, he served as General Manager of Intuit’s Financial Management Solutions business unit and was promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President in August 2011. Mr. Wernikoff joined Intuit in March 2003 and was promoted to Vice President in August 2007. He held various executive roles in Payments, QuickBooks and Financial Management Solutions from August 2007 to August 2010. Mr. Wernikoff’s previous experience includes leadership positions at Charles Schwab, Bank One Corp., and First Chicago Capital Markets. Mr. Wernikoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Diego Rodriguez

Mr. Diego Rodriguez is an Executive Vice President, chief Product and Design Officer of the Company. Rodriguez joins Intuit from IDEO as a partner and global managing director. He has held a variety of leadership roles during his 17 years at IDEO. Most recently, he led the company's process for identifying, incubating, and growing its own new ventures, such as IDEO U, CoLab, and Creative Difference. His previous roles included serving as the managing director of IDEO Bay Area as well as creating a core IDEO design discipline, Business Design. Earlier in his career, Rodriguez held roles at Intuit and Hewlett-Packard. Rodriguez is also deeply invested in the academic community to cultivate future innovators. He was a founding faculty member at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (aka "the d.school"), is a visiting scientist at the MIT Media Lab, and is a professor of the Practice Program at Boise State University. Rodriguez was also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School for four years.

Mark Flournoy

Mr. Mark J. Flournoy is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Controller of Intuit Inc. He was appointed as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in February 2014. He joined Intuit in 2003 as director of general accounting and internal controls and was named Corporate Controller in 2012. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Flournoy served as corporate controller for various private and public companies in California. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where he served from 1992 to 1996. Scott Cook

Mr. Scott D. Cook is Chairman of the Executive Committee, Director of Intuit Inc. He is a founder of Intuit, has been an Intuit director since March 1984 and is currently Chairman of the Executive Committee. He served as Intuit’s Chairman of the Board from February 1993 through July 1998. From April 1984 to April 1994, he served as Intuit’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cook also serves on the board of directors of The Procter & Gamble Company. Suzanne Nora Johnson

Ms. Suzanne Nora Johnson, J.D., is Lead Independent Director of Intuit Inc. She also chairs the Compensation and Organizational Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. Nora Johnson joined The Goldman Sachs Group in 1985 and held several management positions throughout her tenure including: Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Global Markets Institute, and Head of the Global Investments Research Division. Ms. Nora Johnson has been a member of the board of directors of: American International Group, Inc. since 2008; Pfizer Inc. since 2007; and VISA Inc. since 2007. Ms. Nora Johnson’s significant non-profit board affiliations include, among others, TechnoServe and the University of Southern California. Deborah Liu

Ms. Deborah Liu serves as Director of the Company. Liu led the development of Facebook's first mobile ad product for apps and the Audience Network and is spearheading the rapid development of commerce initiatives across Facebook. Her experience includes eBay, where she was a director of product for the end-to-end buyer experience, and PayPal where she was the product director for eBay business, social commerce, and charity. She also spearheaded the integration between eBay and PayPal. Liu was previously a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Liu is a seed investor and adviser to several start-ups. She co-founded and is the Board Chair of Women in Product , a non-profit focused on helping more women enter and succeed in Product Management in the technology sector. She also serves on the board of Expanding Your Horizons Network, a non-profit that focuses on inspiring girls to pursue STEM careers. Liu has an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University.

Eve Burton

Ms. Eve Burton is an Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Burton has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Hearst Corporation, a diversified media company, since March 2012. She joined The Hearst Corporation in 2002 as Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Burton is also a member of Hearst CEO’s strategic advisory group and of the Hearst Venture Investment Committee. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law and Journalism at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Prior to joining The Hearst Corporation, Ms. Burton was Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of CNN from 2000 to 2001. Richard Dalzell

Mr. Richard L. Dalzell is a Independent Director of Intuit Inc. Mr. Dalzell was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Amazon.com, Inc., an online retailer, until his retirement in 2007. Previously, Mr. Dalzell served in numerous other positions at Amazon.com, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Architecture and Platform Software and Chief Information Officer from 2001 to 2007, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2000 to 2001 and Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 1997 to 2000. Diane Greene

Ms. Diane B. Greene is no longer an Independent Director of Intuit Inc., effective January, 2018 (not standing for re-election).Ms. Greene has served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business at Google Inc. since December 2015. She has also served on the board of directors of Alphabet Inc. (and before its restructuring, Google Inc.) since January 2012. Ms. Greene co-founded VMware, Inc. in 1998 and took the company public in 2007. Ms. Greene served as chief executive officer and president of VMware from 1998 to 2008, a member of the board of directors of VMware from 2007 to 2008, and as an Executive Vice President of EMC Corporation from 2005 to 2008. Prior to VMware, Ms. Greene held technical leadership positions at Silicon Graphics, Tandem, and Sybase and was chief executive officer of VXtreme. In addition to Ms. Greene’s public company board experience, she is a member of The MIT Corporation. Dennis Powell

Mr. Dennis D. Powell is an Independent Director of Intuit Inc. Mr. Powell was executive advisor of Cisco Systems, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Powell joined Cisco in 1997 and held several management positions throughout his tenure including: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2008; Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance Vice President from 2002 to 2003; and Corporate Controller from 1997 to 2002. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Powell held the position of senior partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where his tenure spanned 26 years. Raul Vazquez

Mr. Raul Vazquez is an Independent Director of the company. Mr. Vazquez has served as chief executive officer and board member of Oportun, a financial technology company since April 2012. Prior to joining Oportun, Vazquez spent nine years at Walmart in various senior leadership roles, including executive vice president and president of Walmart West, chief executive officer of Walmart.com, and executive vice president of Global eCommerce for developed markets. Mr. Vazquez previously worked in startup companies in e-commerce, at a global strategy consulting firm focused on Fortune 100 companies and as an industrial engineer for Baxter Healthcare. Jeffrey Weiner

Mr. Jeffrey Weiner is an Independent Director of Intuit Inc. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of LinkedIn, an Internet professional network provider, since June 2009, and as a director of LinkedIn since July 2009. The acquisition of LinkedIn by Microsoft Corp. is pending. He served as LinkedIn’s Interim President from December 2008 until June 2009. Before joining LinkedIn, Mr. Weiner was an executive in residence at Accel Partners and Greylock Partners, both venture capital firms, from September 2008 to June 2009. From May 2001 to June 2008 he held several positions at Yahoo! Inc., one of the world’s largest digital media companies, including most recently as an Executive Vice President of Yahoo’s network division.
