Name Description

Francesco Profumo

Prof. Eng. Francesco Profumo serves as Chairman, Independent Director at Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. He is Professor of Electrical Machines and Drives at Politecnico di Torino and Adjunct Professor at University of Bologna. He was Visiting Professor at University of Wisconsin – Madison (1986-1989), Nagasaki University (1996-1997), Czech Technical University (1999) and University of Cordoba (2004 and 2005). He was the Dean of the Engineering Faculty at the Politecnico di Torino (2003-2005) and the Rector of the Politecnico di Torino (2005-2011). He has been appointed as President of CNR (National Research Council) in July 2011 and as Italian Minister of Education, University and Research (MIUR) in November 2011. He is the Chairman of IREN Group (July 2013 - today). His scientific fields of interest are power electronics conversion, high power devices, applications of new power devices, integrated electronic/electromechanical design, high response speed servo drives, new electrical machines structures, power conditioning systems for fuel cells applications, renewable energy, energy security, integration between energy and digital and energy efficiency. He published more than 250 papers in International Conferences and Technical Journals. He won the IEEE-IAS second prize paper in 1991(USA) and in 1997 (USA), the IEEE-IAS first prize paper in 1992 (USA) and the JIEE-IPEC first prize paper in 2005 (JAPAN). Oscar Cicchetti

Mr. Oscar Cicchetti serves as Chief Executive Officer at Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. He began his professional career in 1978 as an analyst in a software house (Datamat). In 1979 he joined SIP. From 1987 to 1993 he was in charge of Process in the Personnel Department. In 1993, a task force of the IRI Group, passes the company to the State Telephone Services (then Iritel) and participates in the process of privatization of the Post and its subsequent integration into the Group Telecom Italy. In 1994 part of Telecom Italy and, until 1997, he is responsible for the first of the General Staff and, later, the CEO of the Group. From 1997 to 2000 he held positions in the Summit of Group Telecom Italy: First Deputy Central and Head of Business Unit International, subsequently, Head of Strategic Planning and Head of the Division. In 2001 notes with a consortium of investors - including the bottom Tlcom and Merloni Group - Netscalibur SpA, a company specializing in business "data services". Rafael Perrino

Mr. Rafael Giorgio Perrino serves as Head of Finance & Administration of INFRASTRUTTURE WIRELESS ITALIANE S.P.A. since May 8, 2015. He started his professional career in 1995 in Stet International's M & A function. Since 1998 he has held several managerial positions in Telecom Italia. He is appointed Head of the Strategic Finance Plans of the Telecom Italia Group and a manager responsible for financial assessments of M & A's business activities. In 2001 he became M & A & Valuation Manager for the Telecom Italia Group. From 2003 to 2008 he has been in charge of Telecom Italia Group's Planning & Control Manager, to become Telecom Italia Group's Business Planning Manager in 2008. In 2014 he is appointed Head of Administration and Control, Legal and Staff of the Company Branch 'Tower'. He also holds the position of Professor of Business Economics and Business Management at Luigi Bocconi Commercial University.

Ms. Paola Schwizer serves as Lead Independent Director at Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. She graduated in 1989 at the Universita Bocconi of Milan in Business Administration with a vote 110 and Praise. Since 1990 she is Professor at the SDA Bocconi School of Management (Milan), financial intermediation and insurance area. From 1994 to 1998 she was Assistant Professor of Economics of the securities market at the Institute of Economics of Financial Intermediaries Bocconi University. Dr. Piergiorgio Peluso serves as Director at Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. Since September 26, 2012 he is the Chief Financial Officer and executive responsible for preparing the financial reports of Telecom Italy. He graduated in "Economics and Social Studies" (DES) with a specialization in Finance, in 1992 at the Universita Bocconi, and experience in Arthur Andersen, enters in Mediobanca SpA in service and Investments Special Affairs, dealing with mergers, acquisitions and financial restructurings. In 1998 he worked in London at Credit Suisse First Boston, dealing with mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions in the sector of financial institutions (banks and insurance) and in the utilities sector. In 2002 he joined Medio Credito Centrale S.p.A. (Capitalia Group), as Central Area Advisory, and then takes the direct responsibility of the Corporate Division of the Capitalia group with the title of Managing Director and Executive Committee member of the group bancario.Negli years of his administration, is actively involved in the revitalization plan of the Capitalia group. In 2007, following the merger of Capitalia SpA and UniCredit Group SpA, is confirmed Head of Investment Banking in Italy and subsequently Managing Director of the corporate bank of the UniCredit Group (UniCredit Corporate Banking SpA) and Head for Italy of the Corporate & Investment Banking's banking group. Giuseppe Gentili

Mr. Giuseppe Gentili serves as Independent Director at Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. He graduated in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in 1982. He carried out his professional activities mainly as a business executive, where it enjoys significant managerial experience. He started his career very young as President of Bracciano Civil Hospital, where he reorganized the entire opening of the departments until it is 200 beds.
