Name Description

Didier Truchot

Mr. Didier Truchot has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Ipsos SA since February 23, 1988. Mr. Truchot has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ipsos since it was founded in 1975. He holds a degree in sociology and economics. He started out as a researcher with IFOP, leaving to set up Ipsos in 1975. Currently, he holds various positions within the group including Chairman of Ipsos-Insight Corporation, Ipsos Corp and Ipsos-NPD Inc., Vice Chairman of Ipsos Iberia SA as well as Director of Ipsos Stat SA and Ipsos Understanding Unlimited Research SA, among others.

Laurence Stoclet

Ms. Laurence Stoclet has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Financial Officer, Director, Member of Executive Committee of Ipsos SA since April 8, 2010. A graduate of ESCP Europe (banking & finance) and holder of a postgraduate diploma in accounting and finance, Laurence Stoclet was an audit and consulting manager at Arthur Andersen for more than six years before joining Metaleurop as head of treasury and investor relations for two years. She joined Ipsos as Chief Financial Officer in 1998. She was notably in charge of the Company’s initial public offering on 1 July 1999. She now heads the Group’s finance department, as well as several support functions. Ms. Stoclet serves on various positions within the group including Director of Ipsos group GIE, Chairman and CEO of Ipsos Stat but also Director of Synovate Ltd, Livra Europe Ltd and Synovate Healthcare Ltd, among others. Apart from the group, she is also CEO of DT & Partners.

Pierre Le Manh

Mr. Pierre Le Manh has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ipsos North America and Ipsos Marketing, Member of the Executive Committee, Director of Ipsos SA since 2012. He was appointed to the Board of Directors on April 29, 2009. A graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC), Mr. Pierre Le Manh joined Ipsos in 2004 as CEO of Ipsos Europe, before becoming Chairman and CEO of Ipsos Marketing and CEO of Ipsos North America. Prior to joining Ipsos, he was a consultant at Accenture, Finance Director of Adami, and Chairman and CEO of Encyclopaedia Universalis. He also held several management posts with the company Consodate, where he was appointed CEO in 2002.

Henri Wallard

Mr. Henri Wallard has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Committee, Director of Ipsos SA since April 28, 2017. He began his career in the French public administration, where he held several senior posts, particularly in environmental protection, nuclear safety and nuclear waste management. He has been appointed in 1991 as Chief Executive Officer of the French National Agency for Radioactive Waste Management (Agence Nationale de Gestion des Dechets Radioactifs). Prior to joining Ipsos Executive Management in 2002, Henri Wallard spent seven years at Taylor Nelson Sofres, covering the Asia-Pacific region as Asia Group Director, based first in Sydney and later in Hong Kong. When Sofres merged with Taylor Nelson AGB in 1997, he was appointed to the board of directors of the Taylor Nelson Sofres group in the UnitedKingdom, where he was Executive Director for Regional Affairs (America, Europe, Asia). He joined the Fimalac group in early 2001 as CEO of Fimalac Interactive. He is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He also holds a doctorate in statistics. He holds various posts within the group including Chairman of Ipsos Loyalty, Ipsos Public Affairs, Ipsos Science Centre, Ipsos Laboratories, Neurosciences & and Ipsos Knowledge Centre, among others.

Jennifer Hubber

Ms. Jennifer Hubber has been Director, Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Client Officer of Ipsos SA since April 28, 2017. She has been also Member of CSR Committee. After obtaining an MBA from Universita Bocconi in Milan, she began her career in 1985 in the research sector, first on the client side at Pirelli and then with the agency AC Nielsen in Milan. In 1998 she joined Ipsos, where she has spent the past 20 years. Since January 2018, Ms Hubber has headed the Global PartneRing programme (“IGP”) for Ipsos’ key clients. Previously, she managed Ipsos’ Italian operations for almost three years, after serving in various roles that enabled her to gain solid client expertise and international development experience. Ms Hubber was in charge of the WSBL ASI (advertising and brand research) in Western Europe for several years, and looked after one of Ipsos’ main clients, Nestle.

Mr. Brian Gosschalk serves as Member of the Executive Committee and Head of the Chairman's Office of Ipsos SA. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer for Western Europe as well as Chief Executive Officer of Ipsos MORI. Prior to joining the Company in 2005, as a result of its acquisition of MORI, was in charge of political and social studies at MORI, before becoming Managing Director the Chief Executive Officer. From 2000 to 2001, he was Chairman of World Association for Public Opinion Research.

Henry Letulle

Mr. Henry Letulle has served as Director of Ipsos SA since May 31, 2006. He is a lawyer and notary and holds a postgraduate degree in business law and taxation. In 2006 he joined the notarial firm Letulle-Joly Deloison, where he has been a partner for 12 years. Previously, he was a practising attorney for three years with the Beijing office of Gide Loyrette Nouel, later serving as Group Secretary of Ipsos for six years, from 2001 until the end of 2006.

Patrick Artus

Mr. Patrick Artus has served as an Independent Director of Ipsos SA since April 29, 2009. He has been also Chairman of Company's Audit Committee since February 29, 2012. He is also Director of Research and Studies at Natixis, Professor at the Ecole Polytechnique and Associate Professor of Universite de Paris I-Sorbonne. Between 1982 and 1985, he was also Director of Research of ENESAE and from 1985 to 1988 Scientific Advisor of Banque de France. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration de l'Economie (ENSAE).

Mary Dupont-Madinier

Ms. Mary Dupont-Madinier has served as Independent Director of Ipsos SA since January 10, 2013. She has been also Member of CSR Committee of the company since July 23, 2014 and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee since April 24, 2015. She is a Partner in Valtus Transition. She began her professional career with Thales in New York and then in Paris, as Deputy Director and then Commercial Director. She went on to join Cable & Wireless in London, where she became Vice President, Desktop & Intranet Services. In 2002, she joined EDS (Hewlett Packard) in Chicago as Vice President, Client Executive. On returning to France in 2007, she was appointed by Thales Raytheon Systems as Vice President, Business Development. In 2011, she acted as an Advisor and business angel to two start-ups, and then joined Valtus Transition in January 2012. She holds a BA from Rutgers University in the United States and a Master's degree from George Washington University.

Neil Janin

Mr. Neil Janin has been Independent Director of Ipsos SA since April 24, 2015. Since then, he has been also Chairman of company's Remuneration and Nominating Committee. He holds MBA degree from York University and a degree in accounting and economics from McGill University. He is Director Emeritus at McKinsey & Company and a strategy and leadership consultant for senior management of commercial and charitable organisations. Since 2010, he holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory board of Bank of Georgie (Tbilisi and London), and member of the Board of Directors of HD (Center for Humanitarian Dialogue) (Geneva). From 1982 to 2010, he was involved in developing the “Organisation” & “Leadership” practices of McKinsey & Company in the fields of organisation consulting and change management. He worked as a consultant in strategy in various areas, including, but not limited to, bank activities, retail activities in all continents. Before he joined McKinsey & Company, he worked for Chase Manhattan in New York and Paris and for Procter & Gamble in Toronto. He also performed teaching and research functions at INSEAD (Institut europeen d'administration des affaires) and HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales).

Anne Marion-Bouchacourt

Ms. Anne Marion-Bouchacourt has been Independent Director of Ipsos SA since April 28, 2017. She has been also member of company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee. She is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris. She has a degree in chartered accountancy and a Master’s in financial management from Universite Paris IX Dauphine. Ms. Marion-Bouchacourt began her career with the consultancy and audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). She became Head of the Financial Services Sector in 1990 before assuming the position of Vice President of Gemini Consulting in 1999. She joined Solving International as Vice President and Head of the Banking practice in 2002. Ms. Marion-Bouchacourt joined Societe Generale group in 2004 as Human Resources Director at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB). In 2006, she was appointed Group Human Resources Director. Since July 2012, she has been Group Chief Country Officer for China at Societe Generale.

Florence von Erb

Ms. Florence von Erb has been Independent Director of Ipsos SA since April 25, 2014. She has been also Chairwoman of Company's CSR Committee since July 23, 2014 and was appointed to Audit Committee. A graduate of HEC, she started out in finance at JP Morgan. After working with Bankers Trust (1991-1996), she returned to JP Morgan as Vice President, Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading. In 2008, she was appointed President of MMMI, following her decision to devote herself to humanitarian causes in 2004. In 2006, she co-founded the NGO “Sure We Can”. Since 2014, she has been an active member of various UN committees (committee on non-governmental organisations for social development, committee on the status of women and family committee). Ms. Florence von Erb is a member of the Ipsos Foundation and is actively involved in its work.
