Daniel Miguel Klabin

Mr. Daniel Miguel Klabin serves as Chairman of the Board of Klabin S.A. He is Director of Klabin S.A. since December 31, 2013. Prior to this, he also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Klabin S.A.until December 31, 2013. He was President of DARO Participacoes S.A., managing partner of Klabin Irmaos & Cia., the holding company of the Klabin group. Managing Partner of DaMaro Agricultural Trade Ltda. Director of Daram Participacoes Ltda. Member of the Strategic Committee of the Brazilian Chapter of Ceal ( Business Council of Latin America), since 1990. Member of the Permanent Business Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Founder and 1st President (1998), current Nato Vice President and Member of the Curator Council of CEBRI ( Brazilian Center for International Relations). Klabin counselor S.A. (President in 1981, 1987, 1993, 1999, 2005 and 2011). Member of the Council Superior of Trade Association of Rio de Janeiro. He graduated in Engineering from Universidade do Brasil.

Cristiano Cardoso Teixeira

Mr. Cristiano Cardoso Teixeira serves as Chief Executive Officer of Klabin SA. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in different sectors, such as packaging, pulp and paper, forestry and industrialized wood, besides working in the non-ferrous, ceramic, oil and gas segments. He has worked in companies such as Ripasa, Duratex and San Antonio International, where he has held, among others, positions in the areas of Exports, Logistics and Supplies. His trajectory at Klabin began in 2011, when he assumed the position of Supply Chain Management. Cristiano was also Executive Director of Corrugated Cardboard Divider, Industrial Bags, Sack Kraft Paper and Containerboard and Executive Director of Conversions and Commercial Papers. Since 2017, he has been managing director of the company. He holds a degree in Foreign Trade from the Paulista University and a Master's degree in Logistics from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (France). He also holds an MBA in Foreign Trade from USP.

Gustavo Henrique Santos de Sousa

Mr. Gustavo Henrique Santos de Sousa serves as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer, Member of the Executive Board of the Company. He has more than 15 years of experience in strategic positions of large companies. At Banco do Brasil, he served as Controlling Officer, General Manager of Investor Relations and Director of BB Securities in New York. He was also Executive Director of CSN, where he was responsible for Controllership, Treasury, Investor Relations and Taxation. Arthur Canhisares

Mr. Arthur Canhisares serves as Industrial Paper Director, Member of the Executive Board of Klabin SA . He builts his career at Klabin, where he started working in 1986. During these three decades, he worked in several areas responsible for paper production, getting to know the day-to-day and the challenges of this sector. He assumed the first position of high management in the company in 2000, when he was appointed Industrial Director of the Monte Alegre Unit, in Telemaco Borba, Paraná. He holds a degree in Electrical and Production Engineering from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering (FEI) and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo. Douglas Dalmasi

Mr. Douglas Dalmasi serves as Packaging Director, Member of the Executive Board at Klabin SA. He joined Klabin in 2001 and has worked in the Planning, Procurement and Finance areas. Before taking over as Packaging Director, he led the Industrial Bags segment. Sadi Carlos de Oliveira

He has vast experience in the pulp and paper sector, built over a 40-year career at Klabin. Flavio Deganutti

Mr. Flavio Deganutti serves as Commercial Director Paper, Member of the Executive Board of KLABIN S.A. since January 1, 2017. He is responsible for Klabin’s paper sales and purchases (kraftliner, paperboard, LPB, sack kraft and recycled) for the domestic and external markets. was general manager of the Monte Alegre Unit, Klabin’s paper mill located in Telêmaco Borba. During his 20-year career, he held several leadership positions in the company, which include Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Production and Maintenance areas. He has also represented Klabin in LPB, paperboard and kraft markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas, with responsibility for quality management and technical assistance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering with the focus on Paper Manufacturing from the State University of Maringá (PR) and a graduate degree in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.

Fabio Fernandes Medeiros

Mr. Fabio Fernandes Medeiros serves as Legal and Integrity Director, Member of the Executive Board of KLABIN S.A. He has 19 years of professional experience in the Legal area, having worked for large companies such as Veracel, Stora Enso, Fibria, Votorantim and CPFL Energia. He has also served on the Board of Directors of CPFL Renováveis and Stora Enso México. In these companies, he acquired a generalist profile, with experience in corporate, real estate, civil, administrative, labor, environmental, contractual, commercial and regulatory law. He has a graduate degree in Economic and Corporate Law (MBA) from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Gama Filho University. Gabriella Michelucci

Ms. Gabriella Michelucci serves as a Director of Corrugated and Recycled Cardboard, Member of the Executive Board of Klabin SA. With over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, she consolidated her career at Klabin in leadership roles at production units in this segment. She worked in the recycled paper industry and on Klabin’s industrial and commercial teams in the Southeast and Midwest. Her professional background supported her election, in 2014, as president of the Brazilian Corrugated Board Association (ABPO), an office she holds to this day. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Industrial Engineering School (FEI).

Sergio Piza

Mr. Sergio Piza serves as a People and Corporate Services Director, Member of the Executive Board of Klabin SA. He has held strategic positions (C-level) in Human Resources since 1996. He is an expert in conducting organizational transformations and in defining and implementing HR strategies that leverage business performance and create value for the company. Francisco Cesar Razzolini

Mr. Francisco Cesar Razzolini serves as Director of Industrial Technology, Innovation, Sustainability and Pulp Business of Klabin SA. He built his professional career at Klabin, where he joined in 1985. During this period he acquired experience in the production of paper and packaging and in project planning and development. In 2006 he led an important project of the company, the MA 1100, which doubled the paper production capacity of the Monte Alegre Unit in Telêmaco Borba (PR). Two years later, he took over the Projects, Industrial Technology and Supplies Department. Between 2014 and 2016 it was once again at the forefront of one of the company's main projects: the construction of the Puma Unit, one of the most modern pulp mills in the world, designed to meet the industry's best sustainability standards. Currently, it is responsible for Research and Development, Innovation, Sustainability, Projects, Automation Technology and Pulp. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain) and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná.

Jose Soares

Mr. Jose Soares serves as Commercial Director of Pulp, Member of the Executive Board of Klabin S.A. He has over 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper sector. During this period, he built his career in marketing, sales, product development and logistics for printing and writing papers and the paperboard markets. He joined Klabin in 2005 as the Commercial Director of Kraftliner. In 2015, he took charge as the company’s Pulp Commercial Director. Between 2015 and 2017, he was Chairman of the Board of the International Corrugated Case Association (ICCA), whose mission is to strengthen corrugated packaging industry. He is also Klabin’s representative at the World Containerboard Organization, which dedicates itself to promoting the commercial interests of companies in the containerboard sector. He has a graduate degree in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cruzeiro do Sul. Jose Artemio Totti

Mr. Jose Artemio Totti serves as a Member of the Executive Board and Forestry Director of Klabin SA. He has vast experience in the forestry sector, having served as representative of producers and companies in the sector on several occasions. He participated in the creation of the Brazilian Association of Planted Forest Producers and the Planted Forests Association of the State of Bahia, where he was vice chairman. He also led the Associations of Forest Engineers and Forestry Companies of Rio Grande do Sul. He was also a member of the Brazilian Forest Management Council (FSC Brasil). Currently he is vice president of the Association of Forestry Base Companies of Paraná. During his first stint at Klabin, he worked in the Guaíba (RS) and Camaçari (BA) units. Mr. Paulo Sergio Coutinho Galvao, Filho serves as Director of Klabin SA. He was Vice President of GL Holdings SA, managing partner of Klabin Irmãos & Cia., Holding company of the Klabin Group. Director of Tantra Participações Ltda., GL Agropecuária Ltda. And Gepel Rural Ltda. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Harvard degree from the Owner / President Management program. Armando Klabin

Graduated in engineering from the Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). In addition to his career as an entrepreneur and executive, he has always stood out as a sportsman, demonstrating discipline, dedication, persistence and ability to work as a team. In 2016, at the age of 83, he was recognized by the Guinness Book as the longest active polo player, a sport he has helped spread throughout the country. Israel Klabin

Mr. Israel Klabin serves as Director at Klabin SA. He was Chief Executive Officer of Glimdas Participações SA, a company that gave birth to Klabin, managing partner of Klabin Irmãos & Cia., A holding company of the Klabin Group. In addition to his relevant experience as manager of the company, having assumed his presidency when he was only 30 years old, he has a trajectory recognized as an environmentalist. He is president of the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development (FBDS), which he helped to create; member of the Independent Council on Sustainability of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and author of the book "The urgency of the present: biography of the environmental crisis" (2011). Celso Lafer

Mr. Celso Lafer serves as an Independent Director of Klabin SA.
