Name Description

Dario Pardi

Mr. Dario Pardi has served as Executive Chairman, IR Contact Officer of Reti Telematiche Italiane S.p.A. since January 7, 2015. He graduated in Economics and gained significant experience in multinationals in the I.C.T sector. Between 1975 and 1980 he worked at Sperry Univac, as Account Manager. From 1980 to 1986 he worked for the multinational Hewlett Packard, gaining promotion to the role of Area General Manager. From 1986-1992 he was Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Italian subsidiary of Nixdorf Computer. Between 1992 - 1994 he was head for Southern Europe of the Unix System division of the multinational Bull. From 1994 to 1997 he was Chief Executive Officer of the Italian subsidiary of the Ask Group, thereafter appointed exclusive distributor for their products and between 1996 - 1999, Chief Executive Officer of the Italian subsidiary and head of Southern Europe and UK for Cabletron Systems. In 1999, he joined Storage Technology Corporation as head of Southern Europe and was appointed Vice President Global, Strategic Account, Channel and Marketing EAME. From July 2005 to October 2006 he was the Vice President Sales & Marketing EAME for the DMG division of Sun Microsystems. In October 2006, he joined the Hitachi Data Systems Group as Vice President for Benelux and Southern Europe and between 2010 - December 2014 was Vice President EMEA Global Markets. Since January 7, 2015, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Retelit. Since April 29, 2015, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of TAS S.p.A.

Federico Protto

Eng. Federico Protto has served as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director at Reti Telematiche Italiane S.p.A. since January 19, 2015. He is Director at the firm since January 7, 2015. He graduated in Engineering and thereafter completed a Masters in Information Technology and a Master in Business Administration. He has more than twenty years experience in the telecommunication sector. Between 1994 and 1999 he worked with the Telecom Italia S.p.A. Group and was appointed Head of Technical Services. He subsequently worked with Worldcom (now Verizon Business) until 2002, also holding the position of Director Service Delivery Southern Europe and Director, Access network Europe. From 2002 to March 2015 he worked with T-Systems International GmbH (Deutsche Telekom group) and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the International Telecommunications Business. He is also Chief Executive Officer of e-via S.p.A., a whollyowned subsidiary of Retelit S.p.A., as well as Open Hub Med Consortium, a limited liability company.

Fabio Bortolotti

Mr. Fabio Bortolotti serves as Chief Financial Officer at Reti Telematiche Italiane S.p.A. since November 15, 2015. He has over twenty years of experience in the finance sector, having held various positions in company investment banking and consultancy, Italian and international. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in Milan, then moved to London where he held activities in corporate finance and M & A for ING Barings, Merrill Lynch and Jasper Capital Group. He served as CFO in Mediterranean Oil & Gas company, listed on the AIM market in London, and in CDS Holding. In 2010 he founded Omnipro, which leaves his position as Managing Partner, financial advisory boutique focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. He graduated in Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Bergamo and holds an M.B.A. from SDA BOCCONI University.

Mr. Luca Vittorio Cividini serves as Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A. He graduated at Universita degli Studi di Bergamo in Business Economics. He attended some postgraduate courses of updating and specialization in administrative and financial matters. In the family business (industrial construction), he held positions of increasing responsibility until he became Vice-President and Managing Director of Prefabbricati Cividini SpA, offices ceased with the sale of the company to the RDB groups in 2007. He gradually diversified and integrated the business activities: from construction to real estate, from food to energy production from renewable sources. He has also been a director in various financial holding companies, including BPB Investimenti, Banca di Bergamo and, from 2013 to 2016, Supervisory Board Member of UBI Banca He currently holds several offices as Director and Board Member in companies operating in the sectors mentioned above.

Gianluca Ferrari

Mr. Gianluca Ferrari serves as Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A. He is Member of the Nominating, Investments and Remuneration Committees of the Company. Currently, he acts as Director of Investments at Shareholder Value Managment AF. In addition, he is Director of Be, Think, Solve, Execute SpA. He is founder of AlcoInvest. He graduated in Economics and Business at Luiss Guido Carli Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali.

Faisel Gergab

Mr. Faisel Gergab serves as Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A. He is a senior executive with more than 15 years of diverse experience in the energy & ICT sectors, as well as sovereign wealth fund management. He has a solid track record in managing flagship projects at Royal Dutch Shell Group for more than 9 in the UK, Netherlands, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. During my tenure with Shell he was responsible of managing a project portfolio in excess of $15 billion from the front-end development to operational phase. Since 2013 he has been appointed by the Libyan state in charge of restructuring the ICT sector which is responsible for 5% of the national GDP as Chairman & CEO of LPTIC with total assets in excess of $20 billion. He has also been selected as part of the leadership team in charge of overseeing the restructuring of the Libyan Investment authority which is the sovereign wealth fund of Libya with total assets in excess of $70 billion in the role of non executive vice chairman between Feb 2103 and August 2016. He also currently holds the role of non executive vice chairman of First Energy Bank in Bahrain, where he has been responsible for designing and overseeing the restructuring of the bank and setting as chair of the investment committee.

Paola Bruno

Ms. Paola Bruno serves as Indepedent Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A She is also Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees of the Company and Member of the Audit, Related Parties and Investments Committees of the Company. She graduated at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in Economics in 1992 and in SDA Bocconi in Real Estate Finance in 2010. She is a Senior Executive with more of 20 years of experience in London and Milan as investment banker in international Merchant Banks, as top manager in Italian Banks, as Chief Financial Officer, as strategic adviser and as managing partner of private equity and real estate investment company. She is currently non executive director in three listed companies.

Gianbeppi Fortis

Mr. Gianbeppi Fortis serves as Indepedent Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A He is chairman of the Investments Committee of the Company. He founded SOLUTIONS 30 in 2003. Prior to founding SOLUTIONS 30, Gianbeppi has covered positions of increasing responsibility within IBM, Motorola and Equant. He has then started up several businesses in the IT and telecommunications markets and is currently Chief Executive Officer of SOLUTIONS 30 SE, a pan-European service company listed on the French and the German stock exchanges. Gianbeppi holds an MSC in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from INSEAD business school. He has developed 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications markets in Europe.

Ms. Patrizia Mantoan serves as Indepedent Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A She is Member of the Audit and Related Parties Committees of the Company. She graduated in economics and finance at Universita Ca' Foscari Venezia in July 2010. She has served at B&C Speakers as a Director since 2015. Prior, she served at Intesa Sanpaolo Group Services as a Project manager and at KT&Partners as Director.

Ms. Marina Rubini serves as Independent Director of RETI TELEMATICHE ITALIANE S.P.A She is also Member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company. She graduated in Law at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano in 1995 and Northwestern University of Law of Law in 1998. Currently, she acts as Director of Leonardo SpA and So.G.Aer SpA. Prior, she served at Consap SpA in the Supervisory Board and in Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA as Director.
