Fredrik Holmstrom

Mr. Fredrik Holmstrom has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Magnolia Bostad AB since 2009. He is Founder of the Company. He also serves as President and Owner of Holmstromgruppen AB. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of F. Holmstrom Fastigheter AB, F. Holmstrom Fastigheter i Nynashamn AB and F. Holmstromgruppen AB. He has been Member of the Board of Pelle Holmstrom AB, Stars & Angels Productions AB, Sachajuan Haircare AB, Steve Perryman Holding AB, F. Holmstrom Private Equity AB and Pelle Holmstrom Nederon AB, and Deputy Member of the Board of Sinclair PR & Communications AB. He holds a BSBA degree in Finance from the University of Southern Europe, Monaco.

Fredrik Lidjan

Mr. Fredrik Lidjan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Bostad AB since March 2015. He has been employed in 2017. He has a background as product manager with responsibility for the standardization of Skanska's production of residential units in Sweden. He is former project manager at HSB. Stefan Berg

Suzana Bossel

Ms. Suzana Bossel serves as Head of Marketing and Communications at Magnolia Bostad AB. She has been employed at the Company since 2014. She has background as PR and marketing manager for Ettelva Arkitekter and single-family home developer, Arkitekthus. She has experience in marketing communication in the housing industry, including from JM AB. Camilla Weiner

Jan Roxendal

Mr. Jan Roxendal has been Independent Director of Magnolia Bostad AB since May 4, 2016. He previously was President of Gambro Holding AB and CEO of Intrum Justitia AB, Executive Vice President and member of the management at ABB Group, and Head of ABB Financial Services, as well as held other management positions at AB Group. He is Chairman of the Board of Export Credits Guarantee Board and Deputy Chair of the second AP fund, AP2, as well as Board Member of Catella AB. He holds higher general banking degree.

Risto Silander
