Pirojshaw Sarkari

Mr. Pirojshaw Sarkari is Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Logistics Limited. Pirojshaw (Phil) has over 21 years of experience in logistics and aviation. Phil has been the CEO of Mahindra Logistics since 2010, leading the business through an unprecedented phase of profitable growth. Prior to joining Mahindra Logistics, he was the Managing Director & Country Head for United Parcel Service (UPS) India. During his stint with UPS India, he was part of the start-up operations where he played a key role in setting up systems and processes and establishing various global best practices. Phil established UPS in India from no presence to 16 offices and built a network covering the entire country. He also had a stint as Managing Director of UPS Philippines. Prior to UPS, he worked with Jet Air, where, as the GM - Corporate Planning, he spearheaded several special projects such as ground handling, outbound tours and set up Aramex in India. Phil is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Mumbai University. In his current assignment as CEO of Mahindra Logistics, Phil has set for himself, a vision, of making Mahindra Logistics – India's leading, most preferred, integrated logistics service provider. Recently, Phil has been honoured with the 'ELSC Exemplary Leadership Award' at the 7th Annual Express, Logistics & Supply Chain (ELSC) Awards held in Mumbai on 26th September 2013.

Yogesh Patel

Mr. Yogesh Patel is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Yogesh Patel, VP-Finance of the Company (joined the Company on 20 August 2018) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and brings with him 20 years of experience across various sub functions of finance specifically financial planning, controllership, pricing & commercial structuring, procurement, legal, treasury & fund management and compliances.

Sushil Rathi

Mr. Sushil Rathi is Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management division in Mahindra Logistics Limited. Sushil brings with him more than 28 years of experience in sales & distribution, marketing, channel management, supply chain management business & IT consulting. He started his career in Premier Automobiles Limited and over a period of 15 years has worked in various capacities within the sales & marketing division. Post the joint venture with FIAT, he became the Marketing Head for FIAT in India. Sushil also managed business consulting vertical with Satyam & Anantara. He is a Mechanical Engineer and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from NITIE, Mumbai. Recipient of Innovation award for his work in collaborative logistics, currently he is also the President of Service Chain Forum, an industry body which works in the areas of aftermarket.

Sutanu Chowdhury

Mr. Sutanu Chowdhury is Vice President, Human Resources in Mahindra Logistics Limited. Sutanu is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi. He has over 20 years of experience in human resources and employee relation with, areas being, Multinational and Indian organizations. Prior to Mahindra Logistics, Sutanu was associated with Future Value Retail Ltd. as Chief People Officer for the retail value formats - Big Bazaar and Food Bazaar for North, West and East. He has also worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance as Vice President - Business HR and as Head - HR at Bunge India Pvt. Ltd. In addition to the stints with Apollo Tyres, Coca-Cola India and Siemens. In the various assignments, Sutanu has been responsible for design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition and management, performance management, compensation & rewards management, training and development, employee relations framework and HR information systems. He has also been instrumental in the set-up of a start-up company and in an acquisition project.

Selvan Dasaraj

Mr. Selvan Dasaraj is Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility in Mahindra Logistics Limited. A graduate in Commerce as well as in Communication & Journalism with an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University, Selvan has over 26 years of experience in the Express and Logistics industry in sales, operations, public affairs & general management. He started his career in Mahindra Logistics in 2010 as Vice President – MPTS (Mahindra People Transport Solutions). Before joining Mahindra Logistics, he was the Director - Public Affairs of UPS South Asia. During his stint with UPS India, he has worked in various capacities including National Operations Manager, North India Manager, South India Manager and Branch Manager - Chennai. He was a part of UPS India since its inception, setting up the network and business processes. Prior to UPS, he has worked with Elbee Express, P N Writer and DHL.

Ms. Avani Davda is Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Avani Davda is the Managing Director of Godrej Natures Basket since May 2016. Godrej Nature's Basket is the retail venture of Godrej Group and is India's foremost retail destination for fine foods from across the world. She was nominated as a Young Global Leader in 2014 by the World Economic Forum, Geneva, Switzerland. She also featured in Fortune US's annual global list of "40 under 40 leaders" in 2013 and Fortune and Food & Wine's list of "25 Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink" in 2014. Prior to her current role, she worked as Chief Executive Officer of Tata Starbucks Private Ltd., the 50/50 joint venture between Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages Limited (TGBL). Ms. Avani Davda holds a Masters degree in Management Studies from NMIMS and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honors (Advertising).

Ajay Mehta

Mr. Ajay Mehta has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Government Law College, University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has 33 years of experience and practices in the fields of taxation, auditing, accounting and finance. He is a Partner in Rajendra Shah and Associates, Chartered Accountants which provides consultancy services to the Government of Maharashtra for its information technology company Maharashtra Information Technology Corporation Limited. His firm is also on the panel of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Audit Panel. He is also the proprietor of Ajay Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants. He has audited several nationalized banks and companies. He also provides services to various nongovernmental organizations. He has been on the board of the Company since March 27, 2015.
