Name Description

Ole-Eirik Leroy

Mr. Ole-Eirik Leroy has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marine Harvest ASA since May 27, 2010. He was Acting Chairman of the Company's Board between January 18, 2010 and May 27, 2010. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Company's Board. He joined the Company’s Board on May 27, 2009. He was the CEO of Leroy Seafood Group ASA, a seafood production and distribution company based in Bergen, Norway, from 1991 to 2008. He was the chairman of the Norwegian Seafood Federation (FHL), a body representing companies within the fisheries and aquaculture sectors in Norway, from 2000 to 2006 and the chairman of the board of the Norwegian Seafood Export Council (NSEC), a body that promotes Norwegian seafood outside Norway, from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Leroy was vice chairman of DNB Supervisory Board from 2006 to 2008. He is the managing director of Framar AS, an investment company and holds various board positions in connection with Framar’s investments. Mr. Leroy is educated at the Norwegian School of Management and he has attended the AFF management program. He was member of the board of the International Groundfish Forum (2000-2015). He also serves as Chair of the Board of Bergen Naerigsrad 2015-2017.

Alf-Helge Aarskog

Mr. Alf-Helge Aarskog has been Chief Executive Officer of Marine Harvest ASA since July 19, 2010. Prior to this, he was CEO (2009 to 2010) and Executive Vice President (2007 to 2009) at Leroy Seafood Group ASA. Previous positions include Managing Director (2004 to 2007) of Leroy Midnor AS, a subsidiary of Leroy Seafood Group ASA, and Head of Production (2002 to 2004) at Fjord Seafood ASA, a company that was later merged with the Company. Before that, he held various positions at Felleskjopet Fiskefor AS, Froya Holding, Hydro Seafood and Atlantic Salmon of Maine, until 2002. He holds a Master degree in Aquaculture from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

Lisbet Naero

Ms. Lisbet K. Naero has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Marine Harvest ASA since June 9, 2016. She has been Director of the Company since June 8, 2015. She is CEO at Fana Sparebank. Ms. Naero has comprehensive experience from banking and financial services. She was CFO of BNR/Fjordline ASA, 2001-2003; CFO of Sparebanken Vest 2003-2006; CFO of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank, 2006-2009; CEO of BN Bank ASA, 2009-2011; CEO of Tide ASA, 2011-2014. She has also held directorships in various investment funds. She has been Member of the Board of the Holberg Funds since 2012 and Chair of the Board of Bergen Naeringsrad since 2017. Ms. Naero has a Master of Science of Business from the Norwegian School of Economics, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Bergen, MBA from the University of Central Florida and the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Ivan Vindheim

Mr. Ivan Vindheim has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Marine Harvest ASA since August 1, 2012. He came from the position as CFO in Leroy Seafood Group ASA, which he held from 2008 till 2012. He has also held the position of Vice President of Finance (2005 to 2008) at Rolls-Royce and worked for Deloitte within auditing and corporate finance (1996-2005). He holds Master of Science in Business and MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He is also a licensed State Authorized Public Accountant and Certified European Financial Analyst.

Oyvind Oaland

Mr. Oyvind Oaland has served as Global Director Research and Development of Marine Harvest ASA since 2008. He has been with Marine Harvest since 2000 in various capacities within fish health, food safety, product quality and quality assurance, including VP Food Safety & Quality from 2005 to 2008; Fish Health and Quality Manager at Marine Harvest Norway 2002 – 2005, and Fish Health Manager at Marine Harvest Norway, 2000 - 2002. He has been Chairman of the Board of the Centre for Aquaculture Competence (CAC) since 2014 and Deputy Board Member of the Norwegian Seafood Research Fund (FHF) since 2014. He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science.

Ola Brattvoll

Mr. Ola Brattvoll has been Chief Operating Officer Sales & Marketing at Marine Harvest ASA since December 2010. He previously worked in the marketing and sales department of the Norwegian Seafood Export Council’s Norway office (1995 to 2002) and Tokyo office (2002 to 2006). Mr. Brattvoll has also worked as Market Director Japan (2006 to 2008), Market Director (2008-2010) and Vice President of Sales (2010) at Hallvard Leroy AS, a seafood company. He holds a degree in Fisheries from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, University of Tromso.

Anne Lorgen Riise

Ms. Anne Lorgen Riise has served as Group Director Human Resources at Marine Harvest ASA since 2012. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources Europe (2009 to 2012) and General Counsel (2007 to 2009) for Ceragon (Nera) Networks. She was Lawyer at Lawfirm Alfheim & Hansen (2004-2007). She has also held positions in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries (2000 to 2002). Ms. Riise holds Master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergen and Oxford Brookes University.

Glenn Flanders

Mr. Glenn Flanders has been Chief Strategy Officer of Marine Harvest ASA since 2016. Prior to joining the Company, he was Co-Managing Partner of Cuna del Mar LP, from 2010 till 2016. He has 20 years of business experience including consultancy, finance and execute management in aquaculture. Glenn began his aquaculture career in 1998 with Atlantic Salmon of Maine and ContiSea LLC, which evolved into Manager of Finance in Fjord Seafood USA (2001-2004). He was also President of Compass Consulting Inc. (2004-2010). He holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Southern Maine.

Per-Roar Gjerde

Mr. Per-Roar Gjerde has been appointed Chief Operating Officer Farming Norway and Chile at Marine Harvest ASA, effective as of January 1, 2017. He is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and has completed executive management courses including AFF in Norway and at Insead in France. He has extensive experience within salmon farming and sales. He started his career as a salesperson with Domstein Salmon (1994-1996). He was also Corporate Consultant at Sparebanken Vest (1996-2002). In 2002 Gjerde became controller for farming at Fjord Seafood Norway, which became part of Marine Harvest in 2006. In 2007 Per-Roar Gjerde was appointed Regional Director for Region West, one of the four business units of Marine Harvest Norway. In January 2016 he was appointed Managing Director for Marine Harvest Chile and subsequently moved to Chile where he led the business restructuring process until 2017.

Kristine Gramstad Wedler

Ms. Kristine Gramstad Wedler has been Chief Communications Officer at Marine Harvest ASA since August 2013. Before that, she was State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs (2011-2013). She has also held positions in Rogaland County Council as Labor Party Group Leader (2007 to 2011). Ms. Gramstad holds master’s degree in Change Management from University of Stavanger and bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Oslo.

Ben Hadfield

Mr. Ben Hadfield has served as Chief Operating Officer Fish Feed at Marine Harvest ASA since February 2013. He has also been Managing Director of Marine Harvest Scotland since January 2016. He has production and technical experience from the salmon farming industry. Before that, he was Production Manager in Marine Harvest Scotland (2007 to 2013) and the Technical Chairman of the Scottish Salmon Producers’ Organisation (2012 to 2013). His previous positions also include Technical & HSEQ Manager (2004 to 2007) and Environmental Manager (2000 to 2004) at Marine Harvest Scotland. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Sheffield and Master of Science degree in Pollution Control and Environmental Management from the University of Manchester.

Marit Solberg

Ms. Marit Solberg has been appointed Chief Operating Officer Farming Canada, Ireland, Scotland and the Faroe Islands at Marine Harvest ASA, effective as of January 1, 2017. She has been Chief Operating Officer, Farming Business Area at Marine Harvest ASA since 2011. Prior to this, she was Member/Vice Chair of the Board of Sparebanken Vest (2008-2016), Chair of the Board of the Norwegian Seafood Council (2013-2015), Managing Director (2002 to 2011) of Marine Harvest Norway AS and member of several governmental and seafood boards (2000-2010). Ms. Solberg has held senior management positions at Hydro Seafood (1996 to 2002) as well as at Mowi AS (1985 to 1996), a seafood company acquired by Marine Harvest. She holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Bergen.

Jean-Pierre Bienfait

Mr. Jean-Pierre Bienfait has been Director of Marine Harvest ASA since June 9, 2016. He acts as independent Board Member and advisor in primarily Food Retail, Foodservice and FMCG. He was COO International at Siam Makro, responsible for Asian Expansion (2016-2017). He holds a variety of board positions related to his role. Mr. Bienfait has over 25 years of experience in the global retail and food service industries: - International Expansion Director at Unilever, 2015 – 2016; CEO at Estro Group 2014 – 2015; CEO of Metro Egypt and the Netherlands, 2008 – 2013; Vice President Operations Metro China, 2004 – 2008; CEO of Makro China, 2001 – 2004; Operations Director at Makro Indonesia, 1998 – 2001. Cecilie Fredriksen

Ms. Cecilie Astrup Fredriksen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Marine Harvest ASA since 2008. Ms. Fredriksen serves as Executive Officer at Frontline Corporate Services Ltd. She was Member of the Board of Northern Offshore Ltd. (2008-2015), Aktiv Kapital ASA (2006-2015) and Archer Ltd (2008-2015). She has also been Director of Ship Finance International Ltd. (2008-2015) and Norwegian Property ASA since 2015. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Science from London Metropolitan University.

Lars Hestnes

Mr. Lars Eirik Hestnes has been Director, Employee Representative at Marine Harvest ASA since May 2014. He started working for Marine Harvest in 1993 and has since 1988 been active in the seafood industry. He served as Freshwater farm technician (1988-1990), Farm technician at Marine Harvest region Mid (1993-1994) and Sea site manager at Marine Harvest region Mid (1994-2012). He is currently a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator and Brainsafe instructor in Marine Harvest Region Mid since 2012. He has a certificate of completion as farm technician, and the course HSE management and change organized by Addisco/FLT at Bergen University College.

Yngve Magnussen

Mr. Yngve Magnussen has been Director, Employee Representative at MARINE HARVEST ASA since February 2018. He has previously been deputy representative since 2012. He is currently a Logistics Coordinator at Marine Harvest Norway Region North since 2008. Mr Magnussen has been in the industry since 1993. He previously was Production Leader at Marine Harvest Norway Region North, 2003 – 2008; Logistic Leader at Fjord Seafood AS, 2001 – 2002; held various positions in the seafood industry, 1993 – 2001. Mr. Magnussen has a certificate of completion as Agro farmer. In 1999 he took a Certificate of apprenticeship in “Fishing industry” and in 2018 he took a Certificate of apprenticeship in “Logistics”.

Kristian Melhuus

Mr. Kristian Melhuus has been Director of MARINE HARVEST ASA since January 15, 2018. He is Director of the Seatankers Group. He previously was Investment Director of HitecVision AS, 2013 – 2016; CFO/COO of Liquid Barcodes AS , 2008 – 2013; Analyst at ABG Sundal Collier, 2006 - 2008. Mr. Melhuus has a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and has also studied Finance, Derivatives and Econometrics at the University of Karlsruhe.

Paul Mulligan

Mr. Paul Mulligan has been Director of Marine Harvest ASA since June 9, 2016. He is Co-Owner and CEO of Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC, a franchise partner of The Coca-Cola Company. He was President of Coca-Cola Refreshments, North America 2013-2018. Mr. Mulligan has more than 20 years of experience in the Coca-Cola Company. He has been Member of the Board of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, 2014. He was previously Member of the Boards of Tokyo Coca-Cola Bottling Company, the Tone Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Japan, and Solar Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Brazi, 2012 – 2013; Region Director responsible for the Coca- Cola Company Bottling Investments Group’s operations in Japan and Latin America, 2011 – 2013; held several general management position in the Coca- Cola Hellenic Company, 1994 - 2008 and was Chartered Accountant at KPMG, Ireland and USA, 1990 -1994. Mr. Mulligan has a degree in Economics from the University of Dublin and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Dublin City University. He also graduated from the Harvard Business School AMP (Advanced Management Program).

Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal

Mrs. Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal has been Director of Marine Harvest ASA since June 9, 2016. Mrs. Vartdal has been a Director of Marine Harvest ASA since 2016 and is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee. She is CEO of Golden Ocean Management. Mrs. Vartdal has been Member of the Corporate Assembly of Statoil ASA, since 2016. Previously, she was Chairman of the Board of Sevan Drilling Ltd, 2015 – 2016; Member of the Board of Sevan Drilling ASA, 2013 – 2015; CFO of Golden Ocean Management, 2010 – 2016. Unni Svaeren

Mrs. Unni Svaeren has been Director, Employee Representative at Marine Harvest ASA since June 2016. She is a Long-term Planner at Marine Harvest Markets Norway since 2005. Mrs. Svaeren has been with the Company since 1996: Value Chain Manager at Marine Harvest Norway, 2001 – 2004; Logistic and Planning Coordinator at Hydro Seafood, the company that that was acquired by Nutreco and later changed name to Marine Harvest, 1996 – 2000. Mrs. Svaeren has Master of Science in Business from Bodo Graduate School of Business.
