Name Description

Sacha Loiseau

Mr. Sacha Loiseau ,PhD, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS as of October 22, 2018. He founded Mauna Kea Technologies in May 2000 and has been the CEO since then until new appointment. In July 2011, he successfully led the company to an initial public offering on the NYSE Euronext Paris index. He started his career at the National Center for Space Studies (CNES) in Toulouse and at the Paris Observatory, then joined NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California, as a research scientist. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and has a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Optical Instrumentation.

Robert Gershon

Mr. Robert L. Gershon has been appointed as Chief Execuitve Officer and Director of Mauna KEA Technologies SAS as of October 22, 2018. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience directing commercial strategies and marketing execution for leading medical technology companies, Rob was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Bovie Medical where he oversaw the repositioning of the Company’s product portfolio and commercial operations. Prior roles included leadership positions with Henry Schein and Covidien (now Medtronic). He has been serving also as an advisor to Mauna Kea for several months.

Christophe Lamboeuf

Mr. Christophe Lamboeuf has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since October 22, 2018. Prior to joining tee company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Intrasense, a French publicly-traded company developing a medical imaging visualization and analysis software suite. He was involved in a number of capital raises following the company’s initial public offering in 2012. He also has experience working with General Electric, Ricoh, CS Telecom and Toshiba. Christophe is a chartered accountant and holds an advanced degree (DESS) in Finance from the IAE Graduate School of Management and a Master in Economics.

Francois Lacombe

Mr. Francois Lacombe has served as Chief Scientific Officer at Mauna Kea Technologies SA since 2005. He is the author of more than 150 scientific papers and 10 patents. He spent 14 years working on international astronomical projects such as ISOCAM, ADONIS and most recently NAOS, the adaptive optics system for the Telescope in Chile. Mr. Lacombe has been collaborating with Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since its inception and joined full time in 2005. He is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure and holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics.

Bruno Villaret

Mr. Bruno Villaret serves as Vice President of International Sales at Mauna Kea Technologies SA. He previously served as General Manager, Asia-Pacific from 2012. He started his career as an Export Area Manager for Sapag, a division of Saint-Gobain, then worked 15 years for Tyco Fire & Building Products, where he was appointed General Manager Asia Pacific. In January 2009, Mr. Villaret joined Mauna Kea Technologies to develop the Asia-Pacific market for Cellvizio. In 2010, he was named responsible for the deployment of Cellvizio in all territories excluding North America, France and Germany. He is currently responsible for sales of Cellvizio products in all territories outside the United-States: EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Marion Ghibaudo

Ms. Marion Ghibaudo, Ph.D., has been Director of Research and Development of Mauna Kea Technologies SAS since 2018. She previously served for the L’Oréal Group’s Advanced Research Department, where she successfully led multinational projects and multidisciplinary teams as Group Leader. Through combining her expertise in biology, physics and technology she has successfully led projects such as the Mechanobiology project, exploring unknown territory in cosmetics, and launching the Smart Profile Uplift project with Clarisonic 2017. She is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds a PhD. in Biophysics from Paris-Diderot University.

Severine Cadiou

Ms. Severine Cadiou has been Director of Human Resources at Mauna Kea Technologies sine 2017. Coming from an industrialist family, she anchored her HR skills in a business and a fieldwork approach. A graduate from both Sciences Po Lyon and EM Lyon Business School, she started in recruitment as a headhunter before specializing in People Development.

Aline Criton

Ms. Aline Criton, Ph.D., serves as Regulatory and Clinical Affairs and Scientific Communication Director at Mauna Kea Technologies SAS. Her career began in the United States as a research engineer at ATL Ultrasound and then as project manager at Philips Healthcare for 12 years. She then held the position of R&D Director of the imaging department at SuperSonic Imagine until the end of 2011 and managed clinical research and collaborative research programs until the end of 2016. She holds a master’s degree in physics from the Ecole Centrale de Marseille, a master’s degree in medical imaging from Compiegne University of Technology and a PhD in medical physics from the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Veronique Dentan

Ms. Veronique Dentan serves as Director of Operations at Mauna Kea Technologies SA. She began her career at the Thales Central Laboratory, first as a research engineer, then as Head of the Organic Materials laboratory. She then went to Photonetics, a telecom company sold to GN NetTest in 2000, where she worked as Chief Technical Officer setting up and developping the R&D and engineering departments for Optical Components. Before joining Mauna Kea Technologies, Ms. Dentan also spent 2 years at IXsea, a French Company specialized in fiber-optics based inertial sensors where she was responsible for the OCTANS gyrocompass product line. She holds a Ph.D. in Non-Linear Optics.

Christopher McFadden

Mr. Christopher D. McFadden has been Director of Mauna Kea Technologies as of October 22, 2018. He previously served as Chairman of the company. He graduated from University of Richmond with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. Mr. McFadden is also Trustee of Montefiore Medical Center and The Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks. He is currently also Chairman of InnovTel Telepsychiatry and Board Member of ValueCentric.

Joseph DeVivo

Dr. Joseph M. DeVivo has served as Independent Director of the Company since January 11 ,2016. Dr. DeVivo serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AngioDynamics (NASDAQ: ANGO), a leading provider of innovative, minimally invasive medical devices for vascular access, surgery, peripheral vascular disease and oncology. Dr. DeVivo started his career with U.S. Surgical where he held a number of senior positions in sales, marketing and R&D. He then served as President of Computer Motion Incorporated, leading a turnaround and successful merger with Intuitive Surgical. Later, Dr. DeVivo was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of RITA Medical Systems, which he transformed into a world-leader in medical device oncology. In 2007, he was appointed as Global President of Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. In September 2011 , he was named President and Chief Executive Officer at AngioDynamics. Dr. DeVivo was also appointed as Board Member of AngioDynamics and the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed), and the Chairman of the SurgiQuest, Inc. Board of Directors. He holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Richmond.

Molly O'Neill

Ms. Molly O'Neill has been appointed Independent Director of the Mauna Kea Technologies since January 15, 2018. She has been also appointed Chairwoman of Audit Committee as of October 22, 2018. Ms. O'Neill has an extensive background in the healthcare industry. She served recently as chief commercial officer of Proteus Digital Health from 2015 to 2017. Over the past 30 years, Ms. O'Neill has held a number of senior strategy and growth positions with healthcare delivery systems including Tenet, Ascension Health Care Network, Duke Medicine and Partners Healthcare in Boston. Earlier in her career, Ms. O'Neill was vice president, Disease Management and Business Development at Gambro Healthcare. Molly received her B.Sc. in Journalism and her M.S. in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia.

Jennifer Tseng

Ms. Jennifer Tseng has been Independent Director of Mauna Kea Technologies since May 3, 2017. She is Member of company's Remuneration Committee. She is graduate of University of California, San Francisco and holds Master's degree in Public Health from Harvard University. She completed her internship and externship in surgery at Massachusetts General Boston Hospital and a fellowship in surgery oncology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Tseng holds a degree in General Surgery and directed the University of Massachusetts Faculty of Medicine Program for pancreatic diseases. She has published articles and given overseas conferences on the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
