Name Description

Leonard Perham

Mr. Leonard Perham is President and Chief Executive Officer of MoSys, Inc. in November 2007. Mr. Perham was appointed to be our chief executive officer and president and a member of our board of directors in November 2007. Mr. Perham was one of the original investors in MoSys and initially served on our board of directors from 1991 to 1997. In 2000, Mr. Perham retired from Integrated Device Technology, Inc., where he served as chief executive officer from 1991 to 2000 and as president and a board member from 1986. From March 2000 to February 2012, Mr. Perham served as a member of the board of directors of NetLogic Microsystems, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, including as chairman for a portion of that time. Mr. Perham also has been a private investor holding officer and director positions with various private companies. Mr. Perham holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.

James Sullivan

Mr. James W. Sullivan is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of MoSys, Inc. in January 2008. From July 2006 until January 2008, Mr. Sullivan became our Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. From July 2006 until January 2008, Mr. Sullivan served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Apptera, Inc., a venture-backed company providing software for mobile advertising, search and commerce. From July 2002 until June 2006, Mr. Sullivan was the Chief Financial Officer at 8x8, Inc., a provider of voice over internet protocol communication services. Mr. Sullivan's prior experience includes various positions at 8x8, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Monson

Mr. John Monson is our Vice President of Marketing and sales of MoSys, Inc. in February 2012. In early 2014, he became our Vice President of Marketing in February 2012. In early 2014, he assumed, on a permanent basis, additional responsibilities for our sales and business development activities and became our Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Monson was Vice President of Marketing for Mellanox Technologies, a supplier of interconnect solutions and services, from 2009 to 2012. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Monson was Vice President of the EDC/PhyOptik business line at Inphi Corporation. He joined Inphi Corporation through business unit acquisition of Scintera Networks, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2005 to 2007. Previously, he held various management positions at PMC-Sierra, Inc., Lucent Technologies and AT&T Microelectronics. Mr. Monson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Daniel Lewis

Mr. Daniel Lewis is Director of the Company. Mr. Lewis has served as the managing member and an owner of GMS Manufacturing Solution LLC, which provides engineering services to manufacturing companies, since 2013. From 2001 to 2013, he served as chief executive officer of View Box Group, LLC, which provides management consulting services to small businesses. Prior to 2001, Mr. Lewis previously served as vice president of worldwide sales at both Xicor, Inc. and Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Mr. Lewis has also held various sales and technical positions with Accelerant Networks, Inc. Intel Corporation, Zilog, Inc. and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Daniel O'Neil

Mr. Daniel O'Neil is Director of the Company. Mr. O’Neil has served as a partner at Acme Strategy, LLC, a provider of strategic consulting and advisory services, which he founded, since 2010. From 2008 to 2010, he served as an investment banker at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC. Prior to 2008, Mr. O’Neil held business development and investment banking positions at Energy Services Group, Deutsche Bank AG and BT Alex. Brown. Mr. O’Neil holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Stephen Domenik

Mr. Stephen L. Domenik is an Independent Director of MoSys, Inc., since June 2012. Since 1995, Mr. Domenik was appointed to our board of directors in June 2012. Since 1995, Mr. Domenik has been a general partner with Sevin Rosen Funds, a venture capital firm. Since August 2010, Mr. Domenik has served on the board of directors of Pixelworks, Inc. Since January 2014, Mr. Domenik has served on the board of directors of Meru Networks, Inc., and is the current chairman. Since December 2013, Mr. Domenik has served on the board of directors of Emcore Corporation. He also served on the board of PLX Technology, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Avago and on the board of directors of NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. from January 2001 until it was acquired by Broadcom Corporation in February 2012. Mr. Domenik holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S.E.E. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Tommy Eng

Mr. Tommy Eng is an Independent Director of MoSys Inc., since August 12, 2004. Mr. Eng was appointed to our board of directors in August 2004. Mr. Eng is a founding partner of EXA Ventures, a venture capital investment firm specializing in IT, semiconductor, communication, multimedia technology/services/content, software, and the incubation of early stage technology companies. Mr. Eng has been an investor holding officer and director positions with various private companies. Prior to founding EXA Ventures, Mr. Eng was an entrepreneur and executive in the semiconductor, software and communication industries. Mr. Eng held various executive and engineering positions at Tera Systems, Mentor Graphics, Silicon Compiler Systems, and Bell Labs. Mr. Eng holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in New York and a M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Chi-Ping Hsu

Dr. Chi-Ping Hsu is an Independent Director of MoSys Inc., since August 12, 2004. Since April 2003, Dr. Hsu was appointed to our board of directors in August 2004. Since April 2003, Dr. Hsu has held executive positions at Cadence Design Systems, an electronic design automation software and engineering services company, most recently as senior vice president, chief strategy officer of EDA. From November 2001 to April 2003, Dr. Hsu was president and chief operating officer of Get2Chip, a supplier of high-performance system-on-chip synthesis, which was acquired by Cadence. A graduate of the Taiwan National University with a B.S. in electrical engineering, Dr. Hsu also holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Victor Lee

Mr. Victor K. Lee is an Independent Director of MoSys, Inc., since June 2012. Mr. Lee was appointed to our board of directors in June 2012. Mr. Lee is currently a consultant in the semiconductor industry. Since September 2006, Mr. Lee has served on the board of directors of Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., and is the current chairman of the audit committee. Mr. Lee served as chief financial officer of Ambarella, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company from August 2007 to March 2011. From December 2002 through June 2007, Mr. Lee served as chief financial officer and secretary of Leadis Technology, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company. Prior to 2002, Mr. Lee held various financial positions at SINA Corporation, VLSI Technology, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and a M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
