Biographies

Name Description

Kent Sander

Mr. Kent Sander has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 21, 2016. He has been Director of the Company since January 26, 2016. He is also Chairman of the Board of Tobii AB, Triboron International AB and OnePhone Holding AB as well as Board member of Edgeware AB (publ), Expander Business Consulting AB and BT OnePhone Ltd. He holds Master of Science in Economics and Business from Stockholm University. He has over 35 years experience in leading positions at international telecom and high-tech IT companies. He has spent over 20 years in the United States with positions including Executive VP sales at Ericsson and CEO of TruePosition Inc. After returning to Sweden, he has held positions as senior partner at Brainheart Capital, Chairman of Transmode during 2009–2013, and Advisory Board representative to Samsung Electronics Ltd, Seoul, South Korea.

Per Norman

Mr. Per Norman has been Chief Executive Officer at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 23, 2015. Before that, he was Director of the Company since 2014. Mr. Per Norman has Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and MBA from Uppsala University. Per Norman began his career in 1989 as a management consultant, and has held a number of senior positions since 1997, in particular the Vice President and CTO of Modern Times Group (MTG), CEO of SES Sirius, CEO of Boxer TV-Access and Vice President of Teracom AB. Per Norman has served as senior adviser to the Mr Green Group on a consultancy basis since 2012, and was also responsible for the IPO process when Mr Green & Co AB was listed on AktieTorget.

Simon Falk

Mr. Simon Falk has been Chief Financial Officer at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since 2014. Simon Falk holds Master of Science degree in Economics from Stockholm University in 1996. Prior to his employment at Mr Green & Co AB, he was involved in the formation of Kronans Apotek as the CFO through several corporate acquisitions and organic expansion. Prior to that, he built up an extensive background in the telecommunications industry, where he was the CFO of Bredbandsbolaget as well as several companies in the Tele2 Group.

Jesper Karrbrink

Mr. Jesper Karrbrink has been Chief Executive Officer of Mr Green Ltd within Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 2016. He studied economics at Orebro University. He holds experience as a CEO from media, gaming and e-commerce companies, including as CEO of Svenska Spel, Eniro, Ostersunds-Posten, Metro International, Bonniers Veckotidningar and of online and e-commerce companies such as Bonnier Interactive and Euroflorist.

Mattias Wedar

Mr. Mattias Wedar has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Mr Green & Technology AB within Mr Green & Co AB (publ) effective as of September 2017. Mattias Wedar has a long-standing, extensive experience from the digital industry in different senior managerial roles. He has previously also served as a management consultant. Wedar most recently came from Eniro where he has held different senior management positions, including the role as member of the Group management team. Mattias Wedar has held the positions as CIO, CEO for Sweden and Finland as well as Denmark and Senior Vice President Products and Marketing. Previous positions also include the roles as manager and key account manager at Accenture.

Jan Tjernell

Mr. Jan Tjernell has been General Counsel at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since 2015. He has been Secretary to the Board since September 2015. Jan Tjernell has LLM degree from Stockholm University. He has more than 20 years’ experience as an international company lawyer, primarily in the telecom industry. He was Chief Legal Advisor at Tele2 for eleven years and General Counsel at Digicel for six years.

Frida Adrian

Ms. Frida Adrian has been Director of Investor Relations at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since September 2015. She has a Master of Science in Economics from Stockholm University and has also studied media at City University, London. She has many years’ experience from the financial sector at Svensk Exportkredit, Investor and Lansforsakringar Bank. She has also worked in finance, communications and investor relations at Investor for nearly nine years.

Ase Lindskog

Ms. Ase Lindskog serves as Director of Communications at Mr Green & Co AB (publ). She was trained in Journalism at Stockholm University, and studied at the Stockholm School of Economics. She has previously served as Head of corporate PR and media relations and Investor Relations at Ericsson, as an analyst at Swedbank Robur, Secretary General at the Swedish Society of Financial Analysts and advisor at the Ministry of Industry, as well as Reporter at the financial daily DI and financial weekly Veckans Affarer.

Henrik Bergquist

Mr. Henrik Bergquist has been Director of Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since 2013. He is also Board member of Nils-Henrik Investment AB. Henrik Bergquist holds Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Graphic Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. His Internet career started in 1995 when he co-founded his first Internet consultancy company. From 1996, Henrik worked at Ericsson for three years, where he started project-managing applied research at Ericsson Research Internet Division, and then continued as Project Manager for Internet-related products. In 1999, he co-founded deo.com, a pan-European digital music company, where he served as Chief Technical Officer until 2001. At an early stage of deo.com’s development, the business was sold to a publicly traded record company. In 2001, Mr. Bergquist co-founded Betsson, one of Europe’ gambling companies, where he served as both Technical Director and Product Director with overall responsibility for the website and product. Together with Mr. Pawlo and Mr. Sidfalk, he co-founded Mr Green in 2007. In 2011, he co-founded yet another company within the gaming industry; the Facebook-based social casino Spin Tower Casino (company: Social Thrills AB).

Tommy Trollborg

Mr. Tommy Trollborg has been Director at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since 2012. He no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of the Company effective as of April 21, 2016. He has held this position since 2012. He is also Chairman of the Board of Akers Krutbruk Protection AB, Provinsor Fastigheter AB and Brobyholm Fastighets AB as well as Board Member of Actant AG, Iterata AB and the Promobilia Foundation. Mr. Tommy Trollborg graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1963, with a Master of Science in Business and Economics. During 1969-1989, he was active as a chartered accountant, CEO and main partner in Wahlbergs Revisionsbyra, Stockholm. Mr. Trollborg has been active in a number of national and international Boards since 1989. In addition to his Board positions, Mr. Trollborg is an active consultant in the area of finance, M&A and Management & Board issues through his consultancy company Magnolia Consulting Sarl.

Andrea Gisle Joosen

Ms. Andrea Gisle Joosen has been Independent Director of Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 23, 2015. She is also Chairman of the Board of Teknikmagasinet Nordic Holding Group AB (including subsidiaries and Teknikintressenter i Norden AB) and Board Member of ICA Gruppen AB, Dixons Carphone Plc, James Hardie Plc, BillerudKorsnas Venture AB and BillerudKorsnas Aktiebolag (publ). Andrea Gisle Joosen has a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Andrea has a solid background within consumer businesses and has worked with fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) at several international companies such as Mars, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. Thereafter she took on the position as Nordic Managing Director within the media sector at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and continued as CEO at Chantelle, Panasonic and Boxer TV. Currently Andrea is engaged as board member in several international companies and she is also acting as senior advisor to companies within the private equity sector.

Eva Lindqvist

Ms. Eva Lindqvist has been Independent Director at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 21, 2016. She holds MBA from Melbourne University and M.Sc. from Linkoping University in applied physics. She has held several executive positions, including Senior Vice President and director for companies in the Telia and Ericsson Groups. She also possesses international experience in fields such as strategy and market development, sales and product management. She is Director of Assa Abloy AB, Kahrs Holding AB (publ) , SWECO AB (publ), Alimak Group AB (publ), Bodycote plc, Caverion Oy and Com Hem Holding AB. She previously held directorships at Transmode Holdings AB, Niscayah AB, De Lage Landen Finans AB and Nordia Innovation AB.

Danko Maras

Mr. Danko Maras has been Independent Director at Mr Green & Co AB (publ) since April 21, 2016. He holds M.Sc. in Accounting and Auditing from Uppsala University. He is CFO of Cloetta AB and was its Acting CEO until February 15, 2017. He is also Director of several subsidiaries of Cloetta AB. Previously, he was CFO of LEAF and CFO and COO of Unilever Nordic.
