Name Description

Fedele Confalonieri

Mr. Fedele Confalonieri serves as Chairman, Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He is Member of the Directive Board and the Junta of Confindustria (Italian Confederation of Industry) and of Assolombarda (Lombardy Trade Association) and in the context of the Radio Televisions Federation he is the Chairman of the National Televisions Association. He is Member of the Directive Junta of Assonime, the Italian Joint Stock Companies Association. He is also Director of the daily newspaper Il Giornale. He is also Member of the Boards of Directors and Deputy Chairman of Mediaset Espana Comunicacion SA. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Milano.

Pier Silvio Berlusconi

Mr. Pier Silvio Berlusconi serves as Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman at Mediaset S.p.A. He also serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He started his professional career in 1992 in the marketing department of Publitalia (the advertising arm of the Mediaset Group). He then moved to broadcasting where he developed youth programs for the national channel Italia 1. Since the beginning of 1995, he has had responsibility for programming policy for the three national channels of the Mediaset Group. In November 1996, he was appointed Director of Scheduling and Program Coordination for Mediaset's three channels. In 1999, he was Deputy General Manager (Content) of RTI. In April 2000 he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive of R.T.I.. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Mediaset Espana Comunicacion S.A., Medusa Film SpA, Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA, Publitalia '80 SpA and Mediobanca SpA.

Marco Giordani

Mr. Marco Giordani serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. since 2000. He is a Director of Gestevision Telecinco SA, Publitalia ’80 SpA, Med Due Srl, and Mediamond SpA, Edam Acquisition Holding I Cooperatief U.A. and Medusa Film SpA and Managing Director of R.T.I. SpA. From 1998 to 2000, he was in IFIL SpA, in Shareholdings Controls Management and afterwards nominated as Director and Member of the Executive Committee of LA RINASCENTE SpA, as well as a Director of S.I.B. (Societa Italiana Bricolage). In 1991 he was Finance Manager of the RINASCENTE Group within which, in 1997 he took the position of Chief Financial Officer. In 1989 he entered the Rinascente Group as Operations Manager and a Director of COMFACTOR SpA. In 1985 he began his professional activity in the UNILEVER ITALIA Group, firstly in the Audit Department and then as Administration Manager of the company QUEST SpA. Ms. Gina Nieri serves as Executive Director, Director of the Institutional, Legal and Strategic Analysis of Mediaset S.p.A. She has served on the Company's Board of Directors since 1998. She also serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. She has worked in commercial television since 1977, starting as General Secretary of FIEL. She then moved to become Director of FRT, the federation of radio and television, before joining the Fininvest Group in 1990 as Head of Relations with Industrial Associations. Since 2007 she is Deputy Chairman of RTI where she has sat on the Board of Directors since 1999. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Confindustria, the Italian confederation of industry, and of ASSOLOMBARDA, the Lombardy confederation of industry. She is Deputy Chairman of CAMPUS Multimedia in.formazione, the consortium, created by Mediaset and the IULM university in Milan, which manages a master's programme in journalism and multimedia management. Since November 2010 she is Deputy Chairman of A.C.T. (Association of Commercial Television Europe). She graduated in Political Sciences at the Universita degli Studi di Pisa, specializing in Journalism and Mass Communication at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Mauro Crippa

Mr. Mauro Crippa serves as Executive Director and General Manager News of Mediaset S.p.A. In 1996 he was appointed General Manager Communications of the Company. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Societa Europea Editrice of Il Giornale (since 1998), and Class CNBC SpA (since 2000). In 1987, he has been Manager of the Institutional Print and Product Office of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. In 1994 he entered the Fininvest Group with the office of Press Relations Director. Since October 1996, he has been Director of Communications and Press Relations at the Mediaset Group. In 2007, he took over the office of Information General Management of R.T.I. SpA.

Niccolo Querci

Mr. Niccolo Querci serves as Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. since April 22, 2009. Since 2007 he has been Head of Human Resources and Organisation of the Company. Since 2007 he has been Deputy Chairman of Publitalia '80 SpA. From 2006 to 2010 he was Chairman of Mediashopping. Since 2003 general manager R.T.I. S.p.A. for Human Resources, General Services and Safety. Since 2001 Deputy Chairman R.T.I. S.p.A., from 1999 to 2006 head of artistic resources, production, entertainment and sport and, until 2008, head of the Group's new business. From 1992 to 1999 he was the Assistant and Head of the Secretariat of Silvio Berlusconi, filling various organizational positions over the years, from 1989 to 1992 in Publitalia ’80 he was Account Manager Large Customers and assistant Chairman and Managing Director and from 1987 to 1988 an Account Executive in P. T. Needham. He graduated in Law in 1986 from Universita degli Studi di Siena and in 1988 he completed a Masters Degree in Business Communication.

Giuliano Adreani

Mr. Giuliano Adreani serves as Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. He was Chief Executive Officer of the company from April 2009. He also serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Publitalia '80 SpA, Chairman of Digitalia 08 Srl and Mediamond SpA, Director of R.T.I. SpA, Mediaset Espana Comunicacion S.A., Medusa Film S.p.A., Auditel S.r.l. and Publiespana. In 2003 he was appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro by the President of the Italian Republic. In February 2009 he was awarded an honorary degree in communication sciences by the Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples. From 1962 to 1994, the year during which he joined the Mediaset Group, he worked at Sipra, an advertising concession company of Rai. In that company he was responsible for all the commercial and creative communication sectors concerning daily newspapers, magazines, radio and television. In 1991 he was appointed General Manager of the same company. In 2010 he was in first place among Italians and fifth among Europeans in the ranking of CEOs of the best media groups compiled by Thomson Reuters, prestigious company of economic-financial information listed on the NYSE, the New York Stock Exchange.

Marina Berlusconi

Ms. Marina Elvira Berlusconi serves as Non-Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. In July 1996 she was appointed Deputy Chairman of Fininvest SpA, a position she held until October 2005, when she became Chairman of the Board the holding company. Since February 2003 she has been Chairman of the Board of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. She is Director of Mediobanca SpA.

Pasquale Cannatelli

Mr. Pasquale Cannatelli serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Mediaset S.p.A. since 1997. He was appointed as Central Director of planning and Control of the Company in 1997. He started his career in 1972 at Rank Xerox. In 1985 he joined Farmitalia Carlo Erba as Group Controller. He moved to Alitalia as Head of Finance and then also as Controller. He returned to Farmitalia covering the position of Head of Finance, Administration and Control of the Erbamont Group. In July 1997 he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors in Mediaset SpA. Since May 2003 he is Managing Director of Fininvest SpA. He is Member of the Board of Directors in Arnolodo Mondadori Editore SpA, Mediolanum SpA and AC Milan SpA. He gained a degree in Economics and Commerce from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.

Bruno Ermolli

Mr. Bruno Ermolli serves as Non-Executive Director of Mediaset S.p.A. He serves as Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He has been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years providing Services for Management and Organisation Consulting. He teaches courses and seminars for entrepreneurs and managers. From 1985 to 1989 he was President of the Federazione Nazionale del Terziario Avanzato (National Federation of the Advanced Service Sector). From 1980 to 1982 he was President of the Associazione Nazionale delle Societa di Consulenza di Direzione ed Organizzazione (National Association of Management and Organisation Consulting Companies). In 1970 he established Sin&rgetica where he still covers the position of CEO. He was appointed Cavaliere del lavoro by the President of the Italian Republic and in 2001 he was awarded the Ambrogino d'Oro by the City of Milan. Carlo Secchi

Prof. Carlo Secchi serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Mediaset S.p.A. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit and Member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating and the Independent Committees of the Company. He is Professor of European Economic Policies at the Bocconi University of Milan, for which he acted as Dean from 2000 to 2004. He is Director of the Istituto di Studi Latino Americani e dei Paesi in Transizione. He was Member of the European Parliament during the IV legislature (1994-1999), during which he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Economic and Monetary Committee. He was Member of the Senate of the Italian Republic during the XXII legislature (1994-1996). He is a member of the advisory boards of a number of technical-scientific foundations and institutes and he is Chairman of the Academic Board of Campus Multimedia in Formazione. He is deputy chairman of ISPI (Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale in Milan), and chairman of the Italian group of the Trilateral Commission. He is Director of a number of Italian companies and of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum SpA, member of the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. SpA, Italcementi SpA. Since 2009 he has been the Coordinator of the European TEN-T priority projects (high speed France - Spain - Portugal). He is also the author of books and articles on international trade and business, economic integration and European issues. He graduated from Institute of Social Studies, The Hague in 1970, and from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in 1972, as well as in Business Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
