Name Description

Bjorn Kise

Mr. Bjorn H. Kise has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since May 27, 2009. Previously, he acted as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1993. He also occupied the post of Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors from 1996 to 2002. He is Member of the Election Committee of the Company. He has over 25 years of experience of legal practice with the law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, where he is also Partner. He has been (since 1997) admitted to the Supreme Court. He is one of the founding partners of the Company. He holds a number of board appointments in various companies in Norway and abroad. In 1978, he graduated in Law from the University of Oslo (Universitetet i Oslo).

Bjorn Kjos

Mr. Bjorn Kjos has been Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since October 2002. Mr. Kjos has 20 years of experience from legal practice, and was granted the right of audience in the Supreme Court in 1993. He is one of the founding partners of the Company and was the Chairman of the Board of the Company between 1993 and 1996. He was also Chairman during the start-up period of the Boeing 737 operation from June 2002 to September 2002. He was also a fighter pilot in the 334 squadron for six years. He graduated in Law from the University of Oslo (Universitetet i Oslo).

Liv Berstad

Ms. Liv Berstad has been Independent Deputy Chairman of the Board of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since May 12, 2015. She has been Director of the Company since 2005. She serves as Managing Director for the clothing company KappAhl in Norway. She has experience from retail trade in the Nordic region, mainly from construction material, fashion and cosmetics. She joined KappAhl as Financing Manager in 1990, and in 1996 she became the Managing Director. She graduated in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (Handelshoyskolen BI).

Tore Ostby

Mr. Tore Ostby has served as Vice President Investor Relations of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since 2014, and has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company as of July 6, 2017. He has worked 15 years in the financial sector in various investment banks, and has been Nordea's head of equity research. He has also held positions in several units in the Orkla Group (1991-1997), i.e. corporate development / M&A and as Finance Manager. He holds an economic degree from BI Norwegian Business School and is authorized financial analyst (AFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Bjorn Barman-Jenssen

Mr. Bjorn Erik Barman-Jenssen has been Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Air Resources at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since September 2016. A member of the Company’s operational management team since 2007, he was previously Norwegian’s Director of Ground Operations and In-Flight Services. In 2013, Mr. Barman-Jenssen founded Norwegian Cargo, and is currently the Managing Director. Additionally, Mr. Barman-Jenssen has almost 30 years of operational and commercial positions from roles held at Braathens and SAS.

Lennart Ceder

Mr. Lennart Ceder has been Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Air UK Ltd at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since 2016. He joined the Company in 2006 as a Base Maintenance Manager with experience from airlines in Sweden. Over the next 10 years, Mr. Ceder gained extensive experience within the Norwegian Group as a Technical Director for Norwegian’s long-haul operation, Norwegian Air UK and Norwegian Air International Ireland. Additionally, he is well versed in establishing and managing Air Operator Certificates in Norway, England, Ireland and Sweden. Mr. Ceder studied Aircraft technical education at the Malardalen University Sweden.

Tore Jenssen

Mr. Tore Jenssen serves as Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Air International Ltd. within Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. He is Chief Executive Officer of the wholly-owned asset company, Arctic Aviation Assets (AAA). He has been at Norwegian since 2007 when he was hired as cost controller for the technical department. From 2010 Mr. Jenssen worked as asset manager and in 2013 he moved to Ireland and became chief operating officer for Arctic Aviation Assets Ltd., a position he still holds today as well as being Chief Executive Officer of NAI. Before he started his career at Norwegian he worked for Grilstad. Mr. Jenssen has a Business Degree from Bodo Graduate School of Business.

Ole Melhus

Mr. Ole Christian Melhus serves as Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Air Argentina at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA. He joined Norwegian in 2003 as a captain on the Boeing 737 and has been part of the company's operational management team since 2004. He was appointed Deputy Director of Flight Operations in 2006 and has held the position for the last 10 years. Actively participating in the growth of the company, Melhus has extensive experience in international aviation from management positions within administration, project management, IT, safety, quality and training. He has held positions as Manager Quality, Manager Safety and Chief Flight Instructor.?In January 2017, Mr. Melhus was appointed Director of Norwegian Air Argentina for the Norwegian Group, responsible for establishing operations in the South American region.

Asgeir Nyseth

Mr. Asgeir Nyseth has served as Chief Operating Officer of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since 2016. Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian UK Ltd. within Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. He has previously been Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2006 and CEO of Norwegian’s Long Haul operation since 2013. He attended officer training school and has technical education from the Norwegian Air Force. Mr. Nyseth has experience as Aeronautics Engineer from both Lufttransport and Scandinavian Airlines. He was Technical Director of Lufttransport for a period of three years and became Chief Executive Officer of Lufttransport in 2000.

Helga Bollmann Leknes

Ms. Helga Bollmann Leknes has been Chief Human Resources Officer at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since October 2017. Ms. Bollmann Leknes held the global position of Executive Vice President HR & Communications at Kongsberg Automotive ASA, where she was part of the Executive Management Team. She worked as Senior Vice President HR/Head of Staff Functions in Frontica Business Solutions, and has had leading positions within HR in Aker Solutions. Ms. Bollmann Leknes also has experience from aviation; she has worked for SAS, where she was HR Director for Norway. She has a Bachelor of Management from Norwegian Business School (BI) and a Master of Management from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Dag Skage

Mr. Dag Skage has been Chief Information Officer at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since October 2014. Before that, he was Executive Director within Ernst Young’s IT advisory unit. He has also previous consulting- and management experience, including BearingPoint and Andersen Business Consulting. Mr. Skage has extensive experience in the consulting industry, particularly IT management, portfolio management, sourcing- and change management. He holds Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian Business School (BI) with additional education in IT Management and Project Management (Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (BI)).

Frode Berg

Mr. Frode Berg has been Chief Legal Officer at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since February 2013. He has practiced as a lawyer since 1997 and was as a Partner of law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig from 2007. As a lawyer, his main fields have been corporate law, transactions and international contracts. He was Legal Advisor to the Company during the start-up phase, as well as during the establishment of Bank Norwegian. Thomas Ramdahl

Mr. Thomas Ramdahl has been Chief Commercial Officer at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since 2014. Before that, he has been Norwegian’s Director of Network Development and part of the Company’s commercial management team since 2008. He has long and varied experience in the aviation industry and has previously worked for SAS and Braathens where he has held positions in Revenue Management, Route Management and Charter. Mr. Brede Gunnar Huser has been Managing Director of Norwegian Reward within NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since January 2015. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Norwegian Finance Holding ASA (Bank Norwegian). He joined Norwegian in its start-up year in 2002, first as a consultant and as an employee since 2006. He was part of the company's financial management team from 2006 until 2015. Prior to joining Norwegian, Brede has 10 years of experience from finance and management consulting with Orkla, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mr. Huser holds a Master of Science Degree in Financial Economics from Norwegian School of Business (BI).

Anne-Sissel Skanvik

Ms. Anne-Sissel Skanvik has served as Chief Communications Officer at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since 2009. She has over 30 years of experience of working with corporate communications and journalism. She was the Deputy Director General in The Ministry of Finance between1996 and 2004, and has worked as a journalist for many years for various Norwegian newspapers. She also has years of experience from Statistics Norway (SSB). She joined the Company in 2009 from a position as Senior Vice President in Telenor ASA, where she was responsible for corporate communications and governmental relations. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (Cand. Polit.) from the University of Oslo (Universitetet i Oslo) and has also a degree in Journalism.

Edward Thorstad

Mr. Edward Thorstad serves as Chief Customer Officer at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. He has been part of commercial management and led the Norwegian's customer services department since 2005. Mr. Thorstad has worked in aviation since 1996 and before that he worked for Delta Air Lines where he helped built their European call center in London. He has a Bachelor’s degree from University College, London.

Marcus Hall

Mr. Marcus Daniel Hall has been Independent Director, Employee Representative at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since September 22, 2016. He is a Cabin Check Supervisor for Norwegian's cabin crew. He started in the airline industry in the late 1990s and has been with Norwegian since 2004. He has extensive experience in both continental and intercontinental productions in the aviation industry. Mr. Hall started his career in the hospitality business in the 1980s where he gained substantial national and international crossover experience from various high end fields. Mr. Hall was a Board member of the Cabin Union from 2010-2014. He is educated within HRM, Coaching, Project Management, Change Management and Influencing from Buskerud and Vestfold University College.

Ada Kjeseth

Ms. Ada Kjeseth has been Independent Director of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since May 12, 2015. She has been CEO of Tekas Shipping AS since 2006. She is also Executive Chair of Tekas AS, a family investment company, and has held various leading roles as managing director, CEO and CFO in companies like Visma Services ASA, Visma Services Norway AS, OkonomiPartner AS and AS Nevi. Ms Kjeseth was educated at The Norwegian School of Economics. She has extensive experience from several boards. She is also Member of the Board of Bertel O. Steen Holding AS and Parkveien 27-31 ANS.

Geir Oien

Mr. Geir Olav Oien has been Independent Director, Employee Representative at NORWEGIAN AIR SHUTTLE ASA since September 22, 2016. He joined Norwegian’s Technical Department in 1998. He has been working in the aviation industry since 1991 and has extensive experience within technical operations. Mr. Oien has previously worked for SAS Heavy Maintenance Oslo and as a civil employee for the Norwegian Air Force in Bodo and Kjeller. From 2014-2015 he was the leader of Norwegian’s Technical Union.

Linda Olsen

Ms. Linda Olsen has served as Independent Director, Employee Representative of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since 2009. She joined the Company in February 2006, after studying Tourism Management in Australia. Between 2006 and 2007, she worked as Consultant for the Customer Service center. She is currently Manager in Customer Relations. She is a legal office assistant.

Christian Stray

Mr. Christian Fredrik Stray has been Independent Director at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA since May 12, 2015. He has been CEO of Hy5Pro AS (Hy5) since 2015 and has several years of experience from the global medical device company Biomet. From 2008 to 2011 he held the position as CEO of Biomet Norge and from 2011 to 2014 as CEO of Biomet Nordic. Mr. Stray holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering & Pre Med and an executive MBA from ESCP-EAP (Paris) and the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr. Stray has and has had several board appointments for companies both in Norway and Scandinavia primarily within the medical industry.
