Name Description

Henri Seydoux

Mr. Henri Seydoux has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Parrot SA since January 31, 1994 and is the founder of the Company. He began his career in 1978 as Trainee with Journal Actuel, where he was later employed as a Journalist from 1979 to 1980. In 1981, he joined the sales team at the Matin de Paris newspaper. Then, in 1982, he joined SSCI as an Operating System Software Developer, before working for Microarchi from 1983 to 1984 in the same role. In 1985, he set up BBS, a company marketing the micro arch operating system. In 1986, he created BSCA, a synthetic 3D imaging company, and became its Chairman and Managing Director from 1986 to 1990. In 1991, with three other partners, he founded and became Director of the luxury goods company Christian Louboutin. Mr. Seydoux also holds several other mandates, including Chairman of Parrot Inc and of Parrot Italia Srl, Parrot UK Ltd, Parrot Asia Pacific Ltd, Parrot Iberia SL, Manager of Chez Parrot S.A.R.L., as well as Director of Micasense Inc., among others.

Gilles Labossiere

Mr. Gilles Labossiere has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Parrot SA since May 13, 2017. He previously served as Financial and Administrative Director of the company. He graduated from Hautes etudes commerciales (HEC). He began his career as Manager at Cabinet d'audit Arthur Andersen. In 1991, he served as Director of Audit of Logistique Saga, then Financial and Administrative Director. In 1997, he joined Techpack International as Financial and Administrative Director. In 2000, he co-founded Republic Alley, a French Venture Capital Fund supporting innovative companies where he served as President. In 2003, he became Administrative and financial director of Linedata Services before joining Rocamat as Deputy CEO.

Olivier Maury

Mr. Olivier Maury has been Chief Financial Officer of Parrot SA since 2017. He began his career in management control at Valeo before moving to Pechiney where he held post of manager of the internal audit department. In 2004 he joined Imerys where he held various positions in financial and strategy & development departments of company's branches. He is graduate of EBP-KEDGE Bordeaux and Fachhochschule Munster en Allemagne.

Mathieu Babel

Mr. Mathieu Babel has been Director of Development - Product Development at Parrot SA since 2017. He began his career in 2008 at Sagem Defense as engineer in inertial navigation. He is graduate of ISAE and holds Masters in Aeronautics from Cranfield University. He joined Parrot in 2011 as an automation engineer and worked on the development of autopilots for drones.

Ivan Djelic

Mr. Ivan Djelic has been Director of Development - Hardware, Software, Mechanics at Parrot SA since 2017. From 2007 to 2013 he is responsible for the software team in charge of the operating system of all Parrot's products. From 2013 to 2015, he supervises System, Network and Asic software development. In 2015, he supports the UAV software. He graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Frederic Pirat

Mr. Frederic Pirat has been Director of Development - Product Development at Parrot SA since 2017. He in an engineer with diplomas in Electronics and Telecommunication. He began his career in 2001 at Texas Instrument then joined Newlogic, a startup specialized in development of Asic Wireless where he was in charge of the development of the Bluetooth stack. He joined Parrot SA in 2004.

Ludovic Floret

Mr. Ludovic Floret has been General Counsel of Parrot SA since December 2014. He graduated from a Master 2 in International Law in 1990 and he began his career as a corporate lawyer in major engineering groups. First in the nuclear sector at Framatome (Areva), then in water treatment at Degremont (Suez Environment), where he participated in numerous projects in Asia and America. In 2003 he created the legal post of the company Souriau where he assured international development. He became general counsel of Oberthur Technologies in 2011. He has more than 25 years of experience in major players in high technology, in contract negotiation, litigation, M & A, risk management and compliance. In addition to Legal Affairs, he manages the Group's insurance program.

Chris Roberts

Mr. Chris Roberts has been Director of Sales and Marketing at Parrot SA since October 2016. Previously he served as Vice President of Sales for EMEA and International of Parrot SA from January 2009 to 2012. He joined the Company in the United Kingdom subsidiary in February 2006 and became Country Director for Parrot UK, where he was in charge of developing the new channel focused business model. Before joining Parrot SA, he spent 10 years working and living in Asia Pacific for an automotive electronics group. Prior to this, he founded and managed a start-up company (ICE UK) specializing in corporate sales, installation and technical development of car audio, mobile communications & mobile electronic systems solutions. He previously worked in his family car radio & car phone stores in London. He graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide (Australia).

Jacques Bouchet

Mr. Jacques Bouchet has been Director of Human Resources at Parrot since 2017. He is graduate of IAE. He has more than 20 years of experience in management, Human Resources, consulting and implementation of transformation projects. He began his career in IT at EDS as Account Manager, then joined in 1992 an engineering company SODETEG as project manager for international development projects in the field of training and education. He then joined Thales Airsys where he became Director of Human Resources and Customer Service department. In 2003, he became Human Resources Director France for Grass Valley (HD audiovisual equipment). In 2005, he became HRD Europe for Talc de Luzenac. Following the sale of Talcs de Luzenac by Rio Tinto in 2011, he joined London to become in 2011, HRD World of Rio Tinto business Iron & Titanium operating mainly in Africa and Canada. In 2013 he became HR Business leader of Diamonds & Minerals Rio Tinto.

Elise Tchen Thebault

Ms. Elise Tchen Thebault has been Director of Industry and Quality and Chief Executive Officer of Parrot Asia Pacific at Parrot SA since September 2006. She joined the Company as Director of Industry and Quality in 2000. After graduating from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Electricite et de Mecanique (ENSEM) in Nancy, she began her career at Renault, first in the research division, and then in the cable engineering research team.

Paul-Francois Fournier

Mr. Paul-Francois Fournier has been Director - Representative of Bpifrance Participations at Parrot SA since June 16, 2016. He is also Chairman of the Strategic Committee. He is graduate of Telecom ParisTech. In 1994 he joined France Telecom Orange group and served in development of corporate services before moving to Wanadoo in 2001. He also participates in the activity of the group on the international level as a member of the Executive Committee of the Wanadoo Group. He leads strategic projects such as the launch of the Livebox, in partnership with Inventel and Netcentrex, French start-ups. He took over the executive management of the Orange Technocentre in 2011, where he was in charge of innovation products. He promoted more regional and decentralized methods of organization as shown in creation of the Technocentres of Amman and Abidjan. Since April 2013, Mr. Fournier is the Executive Director of Innovation Management at Bpifrance.

Jean-Marie Painvin

Mr. Jean-Marie Painvin has been Director of Parrot SA since June 24, 2003. After graduating from William Marsh Rice University in Texas with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career in 1975 as a Regional Director for Trailor SA, where he went on to become Sales and Marketing Director between 1981 and 1988. In 1988, he became Chairman of Deutsch Relays, Inc. in the United States, and was then appointed to the senior management team at Compagnie Deutsch in 1994, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1999. During his professional career, he was also appointed as Director of Boulogne, of Fin-Air and of Golf des Baux de Provence.

Agnes Bureau-Mirat

Ms. Agnes Bureau-Mirat has been Independent Director of Parrot SA since June 21, 2017. She is Member of the Nominatinf and Remuneration Committee. She is graduate of IEP Paris and holds a Masters in Management from Universite Paris Dauphine. She began her career in 1986 as a responsible for internal communication and human resources development of La Samaritaine. In 1990, she joined the Ciments Francais-Italcementi group where she held various management positions within human resources departments, in Paris and Bergamo. In 1999, she joined the Vivendi Universal group as HR Director of VU Publishing before being appointed HR Director of VU Sante. She then led Human Resources and Aftermarket activities wihtin Valeo and in 2006 became director of HR and member of the executive committee of the Arjowiggins group. In 2009 she joined Elior as Director of Human Resources and CSR. From 2011 to 2015 she was Board Member at Grupo Areas in Barcelona. Since 2017 she has been Senior Business Advisor of Cabinet X-PM in Paris. She has been certified director at the French Institute of Administrators in Paris and at the Institute of Directors in London since 2016.

Marie Ekeland

Ms. Marie Ekeland is Independent Board Member of Parrot SA. She is Member of company's Audit Committee and Strategic Committee. Ms. Marie Ekeland is Director of Showroomprive, Criteo and Daphni. She started her career in JP Morgan, working in New York on the development of an office system. She is also Co-Founder of France Digitale. She graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales with a Masters degree in Economics and from Universite Paris Dauphine with a degree in Computer Science.

Stephane Marie

Mr. Stephane Marie has been Independent Director of Parrot SA since June 18, 2009. Since May 12, 2016 he has been Chairman of company's Audit Committee. He studied at CPA and holds an Executive MBA (Masters of Business Administration) degree from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC). He worked for nine years at International Audit Cabinet, close to three years at the United States and then joined Cabinet Corevise in1994. He has worked as Auditor in the real estate, industry and distribution sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of Corevise, Director of Fidinter, and Co Manager of SCI Lakvest Paris, among others.

Natalie Rastoin

Ms. Natalie Rastoin has been Independent Director of Parrot SA since May 31, 2011. She was Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy France from 2005 and then became its Chairman. Her previous positions include: Research Officer for The Creative Business (1980-82), strategic planning at Young & Rubicam France (1982-85), Chief Development Officer for Saatchi & Saatchi France (1986-90), Vice-President in charge of European development (1991-92), CEO of the Paris branch (1992-97) of BDDP Conseil and CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Paris (1997-2005). Currently she is also Director at Pegase.

Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux

Mr. Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux has been Independent Director of Parrot SA since September 14, 2006 and chairs Nominating and Remuneration Committee. He spent two years in the Special Forces (Marine Commandos), with operations in Africa and Lebanon. He then joined the L'Oreal group, where he spent 10 years in various positions in both France and abroad, notably serving as Head of Marketing in the United Kingdom and then Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Poland. In 1996, he opened up The Phone House, a fully dedicated mobile telephony store. In 2000, with a network of 100 stores, he sold The Phone House to The Carphone Warehouse, and became its Managing director (CEO). At the same time, in 2004 and still with Carphone Warehouse as the main shareholder, he set up Omer Telecom and launched Breizh Mobile, a mobile operator for the west of France. In April 2006, the project took on a national dimension through a structure in which he is still a shareholder alongside the Virgin Group and Carphone Warehouse, creating a new mobile operator in France under the Virgin Mobile brand. In 2008, he acquired Tele 2 Mobile to create Omea Telecom, where he serves as Chairman. From 2005 until 2008, he was Chairman of CroissancePlus, a business association and is a Member of the Board of France Investissement and of the Attali and Levy-Jouyet commissions. He chaired UNEDIC from 2008 until 2010 and is currently the Vice Chairman of Medef. He also founded Alternative Mobile, an association of mobile operators, which he chaired from 2007 until 2009. He is also the co-founder of the charity association, Fondation ARAOK. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of Oliviers & Compagnie and Member o the Supervisory Board of Peugeot SA, among others. He obtained a Masters degree in International Marketing from ESSEC Business School.

Anne Samak de la Cerda

Ms. Anne Samak de la Cerda has been Independent Director of Parrot SA since June 21, 2017. Based in San Francisco since the acquisition of Withings by Nokia in 2016, Ms. Anne Samak de la Cerda is in charge of the Financial Department of Digital Health. Since joining Withings as CFO in 2013, she has built the financial and legal teams and set up operational processes in a context of strong growth. Previously at LeGuide.com, she held the position of Administrative and Financial Director. Graduate of ESCP-EAP, she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and then at the Vivendi group. She has been Member the French Institute of Directors and the Financial Executives International network since 2016.
