Name Description

Jeronimo Antunes

Dr. Jeronimo Antunes serves as Interim Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Antunes has been a member of our board of directors since May, 2016. He is currently an accounting professor in FEA/USP, where he has been a professor since 1999. He has been a professor of several MBA and accounting, auditing, finance and business management courses at FIPECAFI USP since 2000 and also teaches at other higher education institutions. He is also a member of the board of directors and a coordinator of the audit committee for Petrobras Distribuidora and Basic Sanitation Utility Company of the State of Sao Paulo—Sabesp. Mr. Antunes has served as an independent auditor of companies for over 30 years. He has been contracted as an expert accountant in several disputes at the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce and the Judiciary since 2005. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration, a master’s and a PhD. in controlling and accounting from FEA USP. He has previously served as an alternate member of our board of directors.

Roberto da Cunha Castello Branco

Mr. Roberto da Cunha Castello Branco serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He served as the member of the Board of Directors of Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras. He currently holds the position of Director of the Center for Economic Growth & Development studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, non-profit organization. His main professional experience in the last five years was the Director of Investor Relations of Vale SA, a mining company, having previously also exercised the following functions: (i) Board of Trustees member of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas; (ii) Director of the Banco Central do Brasil; (iii) a member of the Board of Abrasca, non-profit organization; (iv) Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce; and (v) Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro. He is Doctor of Economics from FGV / EPGE and Post Doctoral Fellow in Economics from the University of Chicago, and participated in executive training programs at the Sloan School of Management, MIT, IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Rafael Grisolia

Mr. Rafael Salvador Grisolia serves as Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of the Company. Rafael Grisolia is a Production Engineer, holding an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ. Has a 30 year extensive career experience having worked at the financial department of Esso - an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corp., and at Cosan Combustíveis e Lubrificantes SA, held a position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) of Cremer SA, CFO of Grupo Trigo SA, CFO and IRO of Inbrands SA. Since August 2017, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) at Petrobras Distribuidora SA (BR).

Eberaldo de Almeida Neto

Mr. Eberaldo de Almeida, Neto serves as Chief Human Resources, HSE and Services Executive Officer, Chief Refining and Natural Gas Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Eberaldo de Almeida Neto has been our Chief of Corporate Affairs Officer since January 2018. Mr. Almeida joined Petrobras in 1986 and has held various positions since then. He was our Executive Manager of Supply Chain from 2016 to January 2018, General Manager of Rio de Janeiro Operations Unit from 2012 to 2016, General Manager of Contracting Services Unit from 2006 to 2012 and General Manager of Subsea Services Unit from 1998 to 2006. Mr. Almeida holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro-UFRJ, a degree in Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School—University of Navarra, Espanha and an MBA in Advanced Business Management from Coppead.

Hugo Repsold

Mr. Hugo Repsold, Jr. serves as Chief Technology and Production Development Executive Officer at Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras since January 29, 2018. He was our Chief of Corporate Affairs Officer from August 2016 to January 2018 and our Acting Chief of Production, Development and Technology Officer from November 2017 to January 2018. Mr. Repsold joined Petrobras in 1985 and has held various positions with us, including the position of Chief Human Resources, HSE and Services Officer from April 2016 to July 2016, Chief Gas and Power Officer from February 2015 to March 2016, Corporate Executive Manager of Gas and Power from May 2012 to January 2015 and Executive Manager of Performance and Executive Manager of Strategy from September 2011 to May 2012. Mr. Repsold holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense-UFF, a degree in economics from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro-UERJ and a master’s degree in energy planning from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Coppe/PPE-UFRJ).

Solange da Silva Guedes

Mrs. Solange da Silva Guedes serves as Chief Exploration and Production Executive Officer of Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras since February 6, 2015. Ms. Guedes joined Petrobras in 1985 and has held various positions in our E&P business segment, including the position of Executive Manager of our upstream activities in Northern and Northeastern Brazil from February 2003 to April 2008, Executive Manager of Engineering Production in the E&P business segment from April 2008 to December 2013 and Corporate Executive Manager in E&P from December 2013 to February 2015. Ms. Guedes holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora—UFJF, a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro—UFRJ, a PhD in oil engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas—UNICAMP and an MBA in management from COPPEAD/UFRJ.

Clarissa De Araujo Lins

Ms. Clarissa De Araujo Lins serves as Director of the Company. She is a founding partner of Catavento, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and sustainability. Her performance stands out for the mapping of global trends, strategic vision and articulation with relevant actors, with emphasis on the impact of energy transition and climate change in business. In addition, Clarissa is executive director of the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels –IBP (April 2016) and an independent member of Vale's Sustainability Committee, a statutory body advising the Board of Directors (May / 2017). She is also a fellow of the Energy and Infrastructure Centers of the Brazilian Center for International Relations - CEBRI (July / 2017). Clarissa was a member and chair of the independent external committee of Royal Dutch Shell (2012-2015) - External Review Committee, focusing on sustainability and long-term strategy. Clarissa was Executive Director of the Brazilian Foundation for Sustainable Development - FBDS, where she led the corporate sustainability area (2004/2013). At Petrobras, she was executive manager of Corporate Strategy and adviser to the president (1999/2002), when she led the Company's strategic planning process. She was special adviser to the Presidency of the National Development Bank - BNDES (1995/99) and adviser to the economic team in the Ministry of Finance (1993/1994), during the preparation of the Real Plan. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Technos' holding company (2008/2011). She took the training course for IBGC (2015) board members. Clarissa is an economist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC Rio, with a master's degree in economics from the same university.

Segen Estefen

Prof. Segen Farid Estefen serves as Director of the Company. Professor Estefen has been a member of our board of directors since May, 2015, and chairman of the board of directors of Petrobras Distribuidora from November 2015 to April 2016. He is professor of ocean structures and subsea engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro—COPPE, where he held the position of dean from 1998 to 2001. He is also the general manager of the Subsea Technology Laboratory and the coordinator of the Ocean Renewable Energy Group, both at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro—COPPE, and is a member of the advisory committee of the Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering division of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), fellow of the Society for Underwater Technology—SUT (UK), technical coordinator of the Embrapii COPPE unit for subsea engineering and member of the Academia Nacional de Engenharia—ANE. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, a master’s degree in ocean engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro—COPPE, a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (London) and he was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Institute for Marine Technology, Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Danilo Ferreira da Silva

Mr. Danilo Ferreira da Silva serves as Director of the Company. Danilo Ferreira da Silva holds a degree in Social and Legal Sciences (Law) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (“PUC”) - Campinas, an MBA in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (“FGV”), with extension by Ohio University, and a Global Executive MBA from the University Institute of Lisbon in partnership with FGV. He currently attends a degree in Pedagogy at Univesp. He joined Petrobras in 2003 as a maintenance technician at Refinaria de Paulínea (Replan), where he accompanied the implementation of large industrial projects. At Fundação Petrobras de Seguridade Social (Petros), he served as a Deliberative Counselor (2011-2012), Advisor to the Presidency (2013-2015) and Chief Financial Officer (2015-2016). He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the following institutions: Fras - Le (2014-2015), Invepar (2015-2016), Iguatemi Shopping Centers (2016-2018), Totvs (2015-2017). He is currently working in engineering area and operational technical support at Replan, a Petrobras refinery.

Marcelo Mesquita de Siqueira

Mr. Marcelo Mesquita de Siqueira Filho serves as Director of Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras. Mr. Mesquita has been a member of our board of directors since August, 2016. Mr. Mesquita has a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, in French Studies from Nancy University II and an OPM (Owner/President Management) from Harvard (HBS). He is a co-founding partner of Leblon Equities (since 2008) and co-manager of equity funds and of private equity investments. He has 27 years of experience in the Brazilian stock market, having worked 10 years at UBS Pactual (1998-2008) and 7 years at Banco Garantia (1991-1998). At UBS Pactual, he was the co-head of Brazilian Equity Capital Markets (2007-2008); co-head of Brazilian Equities (2005-2007); and head of Brazil Equity Research & Strategy Analysis (1998-2006). At Banco Garantia he was a commodities stocks analyst (1991-1997) and investment banker (1997-1998). Since 1995, he was appointed by investors as one of the leading analysts of Brazil according to several surveys made by Institutional Investor magazine. He was ranked “#1 Brazil Analyst” from 2003 to 2006 (#3 in 2002, #2 in 2001 and #3 in 2000). He was also ranked as “#1 Stock Strategist in Brazil” from 2003 to 2005. Marcelo Mesquita worked in more than 50 transactions in the Brazilian stock market (IPOs), both in Garantia and UBS Pactual. Currently he is also a member of the board of directors of BR Home Centers S.A., and Tamboro Educacional S.A.

Durval Santos

Mr. Durval Jose Soledade Santos serves as the Director of Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras. Mr. Santos has been a member of our board of directors since May, 2016. He currently serves in the lawyers council of the Bar Association of Brazil (OAB), in the Rio de Janeiro section. He is currently a guest Professor at the LLMDS Course, the FGV Law School in Rio de Janeiro and a professor of corporate law promoted by the OAB/RJ capital market committee. He also acts as vice chairman of the independent investigation committee at Eletrobras. He previously served as a board member of the corporate governance committee of Forjas Taurus Inc.; and as a member of the financial and investment committee at Odebrecht Agroindustrial Inc. He served twice as director at the CVM. He received a law degree from Federal Fluminense University in 1974. He has an executive MBA from COPPE/UFRJ. He holds a master’s degree in development economics from PUC/BNDES and a degree in corporate law from Cândido Mendes University. He has twice been the Commissioner of the CVM.

Sonia Villalobos

Ms. Sonia Julia Sulzbeck Villalobos serves as Director of the Company. She has 33 years of experience in the Brazilian stock market, being the first person in South America to receive the CFA credential in 1994. Sonia worked from 85-87 in the DTVM Team and 87-89 in Banco Iochpe as an analyst investments. From 1989-96 at Banco Garantia as Head of the Investment Analysis Department, when she was voted Best Analyst in Brazil by Institutional Investor Magazine in 92, 93 and 94. She worked at Bassini, Playfair & Associates for 96-02 as Private Equity Officer in Brazil , Chile and Argentina. From 2005-2011 at Larrain Vial as fund manager. From 2012-16 at Lanin Partners as founding partner and fund manager in Latin America. Since 2016 she has been a professor at Insper in the Lato Sensu postgraduate course in asset management and financial statement analysis. Since May 2016, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Telefônica do Brasil, elected by the preferred shareholders. In the past it was the TAM Linhas Aéreas Councils, Engineering Method (Brazil), Tricolor Pinturas and Fanaloza / Briggs (Chile), Milkaut and Banco Hipotecario (Argentina).

Ana Zambelli

Ms. Ana Lucia Pocas Zambelli serves as Director of the Company. She holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (University of Brazil), a master's degree in petroleum engineering from Heriot Watt University (Scotland) and a postgraduate degree in Leadership, Strategic, Innovation and Technology from the MIT-Massachusetts Institute of Technology ( USA). She served as a member of the Alcoa Latin America Board of Directors (2012 to 2014), as Senior Commercial Vice President of Maersk Drilling (2015 to 2017), Vice President of Underwater Operations, President of South America at Transocean (2012 to 2015) and President Brazil at Schumberger (2007-2011).
