Name Description

Scott Wine

Mr. Scott W. Wine is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Industries Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Polaris since September 2008 and was elected to the Board in October 2008. He has been the Chairman of the Board since January 2013. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Wine held executive positions with United Technologies Corporation, Danaher Corp. and Allied Signal Corp. (now Honeywell International Inc.), and served as a United States naval officer.

Christopher Musso

Mr. Christopher S. Musso is President—Off-Road Vehicles of the company. He joined Polaris in November 2017 as President—Off-Road Vehicles. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Musso was a senior partner and leader of McKinsey & Company’s Americas Product Development group, where he focused on helping clients pursue growth through enhancing their product development and innovation strategies.

Michael Speetzen

Robert Mack

Mr. Robert P. Mack is Senior Vice President - Corporate Development and Strategy and President - Adjacent Markets of the company. He joined Polaris in April 2016 as Senior Vice President—Corporate Development and Strategy, and President—Adjacent Markets. Ms. Annette K. Clayton is Independent Director of Polaris Industries Inc., She has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Schneider Electric North America, a French multinational firm specializing in energy management and automation solutions, since June 2016 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In her prior position with Schneider, she was Chief Supply Officer from May 2011 to June 2016. From 2006 to 2011, Ms. Clayton led Dell Inc.’s supply chain transformation and oversaw the global manufacturing and fulfillment operations. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mattel, Inc., a world-wide leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of toys and family products, from February 2000 through September 2017, and prior to that served in multiple leadership roles at Mattel, Inc. since 1991. Before joining Mattel, Inc., Mr. Farr spent 10 years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Gary E. Hendrickson is Independent Director of Polaris Industries Inc., He is the Chairman of the Board of CPG International, LLC. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Valspar Corporation, a global paint and coatings manufacturer, from June 2011 to June 2017, and was its President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2008 until June 2011.
