Ms. Maria Bianca Farina serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni. She was Chief Executive Officer of Poste Vita S.p.A. at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni from 2007 to December 2015. She is Auditor of Accounts of talian Republic. She began her professional career in 1963 in INA - Istituto Nazionale delle Assicurazioni SpA, she became Deputy General Manager INA Assitalia in 2003. In 2004 she started working for the Italian Post Office as General Manager Poste Vita. She is currently also President of Banco Posta Fondi SGR and Chairman of Europa Gestioni. She is also Vice President of Ania. She graduated in Business and Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza.

Mr. Giovanni Azzone serves as an Non-Executive Independent Director at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni since May 2016. He graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Technology Engineering, specializing in its economic and organizational aspects.
