Name Description

Christoffer Haggblom

Mr. Christoffer Haggblom has been Chairman of the Board at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 22, 2018. He has previously been Non-Executive Independent Director since May 8, 2017. He is a Founder and Managing Partner of Rite Ventures, and has twenty years of experience from technology growth companies both as an entrepreneur and investor. Christoffer currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Verkkokauppa.com, Finland’s largest e-commerce company listed on Nasdaq First North Helsinki, and is also a Board member of cloud capacity provider Nebula, SaaS company Lemonsoft, and Acervo, an investment company focusing on public equities and bonds. Christoffer holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

Marcus Lindqvist

Mr. Marcus Lindqvist has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of August 1, 2016. Marcus Lindqvist has experience from sales and marketing within the IT sector as well as from working with e-commerce. His most recent role was Head of B2B Sweden & Products at Dustin. Prior to Dustin, he served as Country Manager for Sweden at Hewlett Packard’s PC division, as well as Channel Director for the Nordics at DELL. Marcus has an associate’s degree in business administration from FEI in Stockholm.

Mathias Pedersen

Mr. Mathias Pedersen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of August 15, 2016. He has a solid financial background and prior experience as CFO of a publicly listed company. He most recently comes from Kinnevik AB where he was Investment Director. Prior to this he has, among other things, been CFO for East Capital group, East Capital Explorer and ETAC. Mathias holds a Master’s degree from Stockholm School of Economics and has completed a Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Carolina Brandtman

Ms. Carolina Brandtman has been appointed Head of Qliro Financial Services and Chief Executive Officer of Qliro AB within Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of in the fourth quarter of 2018 at the latest (around October 2018). Carolina has long experience from GE Money Bank (now Santander Consumer Bank) where she started her career within collection and risk in 1999. In 2012, she took on the role as General Manager for GE Money Bank Sweden. When the bank was acquired by Santander Consumer Bank, she was appointed Managing Director for the combined entities. Within GE Money Bank, she has held leading positions in companies under the supervision of Financial Supervisory Authorities in several countries. Carolina studied at the University of Orebro and Central Queensland University.

Anna Ullman Serse

Ms. Anna Ullman Serse has been Chief Executive Officer of Nelly at Qliro Group AB (publ) since October 9, 2018. She has previously been Head of Business Development at Qliro Group AB (publ) since December 2016 and Interim Head of Nelly since April 17, 2018. Anna most recently comes from the management consultancy firm Accenture Interactive where she was Nordic lead for Retail and Marketing & Content and has worked with most of the largest retailers in Sweden. Anna holds a M.Sc. in Law and Business Administration from Stockholm University.

Kristoffer Valiharju

Mr. Kristoffer Valiharju has been Chief Executive Officer of CDON AB within Qliro Group AB (publ) since September 2018. Kristoffer joined as Chief Operating Officer and member of the CDON Executive Team in June 2017. Kristoffer has long experience in retail, most previously three years at Dustin, including sales manager for small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region, and prior to that ten years at Dell, including Sales Manager Distribution in the Nordic region.

Gustav Hasselgren

Mr. Gustav Hasselgren has been Head of Health and Sports Nutrition Group within Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 2017. Gustav Hasselgren has extensive experience of business and brand development as well as consumer goods sales after over ten years in different leading positions within Procter & Gamble in the Nordics. He most recently comes from the position as Country Manager Sweden and Finland at Procter & Gamble and prior to this he was Commercial Operations Leader in the Nordics. Gustav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Technology Management from Lund University.

Erik Lofgren

Mr. Erik Lofgren has served as Head of Communications at Qliro Group AB (publ) since August 11, 2015. Erik most recently comes from the communications consultancy firm Kreab where he was Director. Prior to this, Erik was Head of Investor Relations for RusForest AB (publ). Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Gothenburg University.

Mr. Daniel K. Mytnik has served as Non-Executive Director of Qliro Group AB (previously known as CDON Group AB) since May 13, 2014. He has been Partner at Ventiga Capital Partners in London since 2015. Daniel was a Partner at Palamon Capital Partners in London until 2013. During his seven years at Palamon, Daniel sourced and led a number of investments in fast-growing service-oriented businesses primarily in the Nordics and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Palamon Capital Partners, Daniel spent four years with investment bank Altium Capital in London as Managing Director, and five years with Morgan Stanley working in the Private Equity and Investment Banking departments in London. Daniel has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a M.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University.

Jessica Thorell

Ms. Jessica Thorell has been Non-Executive Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 8, 2017. Jessica Thorell is an Investment Manager at Kinnevik since 2014, where she focuses on sourcing and driving new investments in Europe and manages a number of consumer focused investments in the ecommerce and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Kinnevik, Jessica spent four years at global growth equity investment firm General Atlantic as a Senior Associate where she managed the firm’s investment in Klarna. Between 2008 and 2010, Jessica worked at Goldman Sachs’ Nordic investment banking desk. Jessica holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St. Gallen.

Erika Soderberg Johnson

Ms. Erika Soderberg Johnson has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 8, 2017. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Biotage, a life science company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Prior to joining Biotage in 2012, Erika was the Chief Financial Officer of Karo Bio between 2007 and 2011, of Affibody between 2005 and 2007, and of Global Genomics between 2002 and 2005, and also previously worked in investment banking and corporate finance at SEB Enskilda between 1993 and 2002. Erika is currently a Board member of MedCap, Sectra and Saab AB listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Erika holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
