Name Description

Lars-Johan Jarnheimer

Mr. Lars-Johan Jarnheimer has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qliro Group AB (previously known as CDON Group AB) since May 8, 2012. He has previously been Non-Executive Independent Member of the Company's Board since August 2010. He is Chairman of the Board of INGKA Holding B.V. and Arvid Nordquist Handelsaktiebolag and Member of the Boards of Directors of SAS AB, Elite Hotels (SSRS Holding Aktiebolag) and Egmont International Holding A/S. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tele2 AB from 1999 to 2008, and previously held various positions at IKEA, Hennes & Mauritz, and Comviq AB. Mr. Jarnheimer was Board Member of Modern Times Group MTG AB (1997-2008 ) and of Millicom International Cellular S.A. (2001-2007). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vaxjo Universitet and Lund Universitet in Sweden.

Marcus Lindqvist

Mr. Marcus Lindqvist has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of August 1, 2016. Marcus Lindqvist has experience from sales and marketing within the IT sector as well as from working with e-commerce. His most recent role was Head of B2B Sweden & Products at Dustin. Prior to Dustin, he served as Country Manager for Sweden at Hewlett Packard’s PC division, as well as Channel Director for the Nordics at DELL. Marcus has an associate’s degree in business administration from FEI in Stockholm.

Mathias Pedersen

Mr. Mathias Pedersen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of August 15, 2016. He has a solid financial background and prior experience as CFO of a publicly listed company. He most recently comes from Kinnevik AB where he was Investment Director. Prior to this he has, among other things, been CFO for East Capital group, East Capital Explorer and ETAC. Mathias holds a Master’s degree from Stockholm School of Economics and has completed a Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Magnus Fredin

Mr. Magnus Fredin has been Chief Executive Officer of CDON AB (CDON.com) within Qliro Group AB (publ) since August 17, 2015. He joined Qliro Group from the position as CEO of the e-commerce stores Babyshop and Alexandalexa (The Luxury Kids Group). Prior to this, Magnus held the position as Klarna’s VP Global Sales for many years.

Patrik Illerstig

Mr. Patrik Illerstig no longer serves as Chief Executive Officer of Qliro Financial Services at Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of at the end of the year 2017 (December 31, 2017). He has held the position since 2014. Patrik Illerstig was employed as Head of Business Development at Qliro Group in 2012. Patrik’s most recent position before joining Qliro Group was CEO and co-founder of Rocket Internet Scandinavia and prior to that Patrik worked for McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, and has also studied MBA courses at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.

Jan Wallsin

Mr. Jan Wallsin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nelly within Qliro Group AB (publ) effective as of July 1, 2017 at the latest. Jan Wallsin has extensive experience from e-commerce within consumer goods and has had a central role in H&M’s online establishment. He most recently comes from the role as Digital and Online development manager for H&M New Business Group and prior to that held the position of COO and Head of H&M Online Expansion. He has previously been Market and Area Manager for the Swedish Postal Service (Postakeriet Sverige) and an officer within the Swedish Armed Forces. Jan has a degree in business from IHM Business School.

Anna Ullman Serse

Ms. Anna Ullman Serse has been Head of Business Development at Qliro Group AB (publ) since December 2016. Anna most recently comes from the management consultancy firm Accenture Interactive where she was Nordic lead for Retail and Marketing & Content and has worked with most of the largest retailers in Sweden. Anna holds a M.Sc. in Law and Business Administration from Stockholm University.

Gustav Hasselgren

Mr. Gustav Hasselgren has been Head of Health and Sports Nutrition Group within Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 2017. Gustav Hasselgren has extensive experience of business and brand development as well as consumer goods sales after over ten years in different leading positions within Procter & Gamble in the Nordics. He most recently comes from the position as Country Manager Sweden and Finland at Procter & Gamble and prior to this he was Commercial Operations Leader in the Nordics. Gustav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Technology Management from Lund University.

Erik Lofgren

Mr. Erik Lofgren has served as Head of Communications at Qliro Group AB (publ) since August 11, 2015. Erik most recently comes from the communications consultancy firm Kreab where he was Director. Prior to this, Erik was Head of Investor Relations for RusForest AB (publ). Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Gothenburg University.

Daniel Mytnik

Mr. Daniel K. Mytnik has served as Non-Executive Director of Qliro Group AB (previously known as CDON Group AB) since May 13, 2014. He has been Partner at Ventiga Capital Partners in London since 2015. Daniel was a Partner at Palamon Capital Partners in London until 2013. During his seven years at Palamon, Daniel sourced and led a number of investments in fast-growing service-oriented businesses primarily in the Nordics and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Palamon Capital Partners, Daniel spent four years with investment bank Altium Capital in London as Managing Director, and five years with Morgan Stanley working in the Private Equity and Investment Banking departments in London. Daniel has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a M.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University.

Jessica Thorell

Ms. Jessica Thorell has been Non-Executive Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 8, 2017. Jessica Thorell is an Investment Manager at Kinnevik since 2014, where she focuses on sourcing and driving new investments in Europe and manages a number of consumer focused investments in the ecommerce and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Kinnevik, Jessica spent four years at global growth equity investment firm General Atlantic as a Senior Associate where she managed the firm’s investment in Klarna. Between 2008 and 2010, Jessica worked at Goldman Sachs’ Nordic investment banking desk. Jessica holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St. Gallen.

Caren Genthner-Kappesz

Ms. Caren Genthner-Kappesz has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 23, 2016. Caren has been CEO of Glossybox since December 2015. Caren started her career as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group in 1998. After establishing and selling her own consultancy business, she moved on to eBay in 2003, where among other roles she was responsible for the German advertising business and the subsidiary shopping.com. In 2013 she started working for Naspers in South Africa, where she was initially CEO of the e-commerce market leader kalahari.com (today takealot.com) and subsequently CEO of MIH Internet Africa. Caren holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Wurzburg.

Christoffer Haggblom

Mr. Christoffer Haggblom has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 8, 2017. He is a Founder and Managing Partner of Rite Ventures, and has twenty years of experience from technology growth companies both as an entrepreneur and investor. Christoffer currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Verkkokauppa.com, Finland’s largest e-commerce company listed on Nasdaq First North Helsinki, and is also a Board member of cloud capacity provider Nebula, SaaS company Lemonsoft, and Acervo, an investment company focusing on public equities and bonds. Christoffer holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

Peter Sjunnesson

Mr. Peter Sjunnesson has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 18, 2015. Peter Sjunnesson has since 2002 been consultant serving financial and service companies with growth and operational efficiency projects. Peter is currently a Board member of Lindorff Group, one of Europe’s largest credit management companies, and was the company’s interim CEO between October 2014 and April 2015. Peter serves on the Boards of Qliro Group’s payment solutions company Qliro AB and of a number of start-up ventures, and has previously served on the Boards of Dibs Payment Services and Klarna, the latter as Chairman between 2006 and 2010. Prior to starting his consulting business in 2002, Peter was Group CEO of Intrum Justitia for four years up until the company’s relisting on the Stockholm stock exchange in 2002. He holds Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Handleshogskolan i Stockholm.

Erika Soderberg Johnson

Ms. Erika Soderberg Johnson has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Qliro Group AB (publ) since May 8, 2017. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Biotage, a life science company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Prior to joining Biotage in 2012, Erika was the Chief Financial Officer of Karo Bio between 2007 and 2011, of Affibody between 2005 and 2007, and of Global Genomics between 2002 and 2005, and also previously worked in investment banking and corporate finance at SEB Enskilda between 1993 and 2002. Erika is currently a Board member of MedCap, Sectra and Saab AB listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Erika holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
