Name Description

Anthony Wood

Mr. Anthony Wood is Chief Executive Officer, Founder of Roku, Inc. Prior to that, he has invented the digital video recorder (DVR) and founded ReplayTV, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Before that, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of iband, Inc. He has worked with Macromedia, as Vice President of Internet Authoring. Earlier in his career, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SunRize Industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Steven Louden

Mr. Steven Louden (Steve) is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He brings a deep financial and strategic background across Internet, consumer experience and retail business. Before Roku Steve was at Expedia, Inc. where he most recently served as Treasurer for the $6 billion revenue company with websites in more than 70 countries. During his six-year tenure at Expedia Steve also held senior finance roles including heading up corporate finance. Steve also held finance, strategy and planning roles at Washington Mutual, McKinsey and Company, and The Walt Disney Company. Early in his career Steve was a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch and Co, Inc. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mark Goodwin

Mr. Mark Goodwin is Senior Vice President - Program Management at Roku, Inc. He joined Roku in 2008 where he oversees all aspects of software engineering, mobile apps, web services and network engineering for the Roku streaming players and the Roku Streaming Stick. Prior to Roku, he had been director of software engineering at ReplayTV where he lead software teams through several generations of the ReplayTV DVR. He was also technical lead for the IPTV group, researching early set-top technology for delivering content over the Internet. ReplayTV was acquired and sold to DirecTV in 2008. As senior director at DirecTV, he continued to develop television technologies and was a founding member of the Advertisement Engineering Group created to identify, design and ultimately deploy technology for targeted advertising. Before ReplayTV, he spent seven years at Euphonix where he lead software development for high-end digital mixing consoles used in professional music, film and post-production. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Teesside University.

Scott Haas

Mr. Scott De Haas is Senior Vice President - Product Engineering and Operations of the Company. Scott oversees all hardware development, including sustaining and production activities. Scott has 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics and telecom industries, designing products and custom silicon solutions for low and very high-volume applications. Prior to Roku, Scott held several hardware engineering positions during his six years at 2Wire and Pace. He managed the silicon development team until 2009 when it was sold to Broadcom and then managed hardware engineering until the acquisition by Pace. Before that, Scott spent eight years at Next Level Communications while the company went through two acquisitions and an IPO. He managed silicon development efforts and equipment teams while there. At the start of his career, Scott worked in the PCI chipsets division at Intel designing chipsets for the Pentium processor. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Davis.

Matthew Anderson

Mr. Matthew Anderson is Chief Marketing Officer at Roku in 2013. He is responsible for retail device sales, global marketing, communications and customer service across the company’s three business units – streaming media players, content and services, and OEM partnerships. Prior to becoming CMO, Matthew was Strategic Advisor to the company focusing on corporate strategy and development, including capital raising, and supporting marketing and communications. Previously, Matthew was Group Director, Strategy and Corporate Affairs, Europe and Asia, of News Corporation where he focused on strengthening performance of the television businesses (now 21st Century Fox) in the areas of branding, marketing, channel packaging, programming, communications and corporate responsibility. Before this, Matthew was Group Director, Communications and Brand Marketing at British Sky Broadcasting (Sky) where he ran all brand and content marketing and communications. Prior to Sky, Matthew was regional chief executive officer of one of the world's top PR firms, Ogilvy Public Relations, in charge of operations across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. In addition to his role at Roku, Anderson serves on the Board of MOBY Group, a leading emerging-markets broadcaster. Matthew holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has attended Harvard's Global Leadership and Public Policy Program in conjunction with the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leader program.
