Name Description

Thierry de la Tour d'Artaise

Mr. Thierry de la Tour d'Artaise is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of Executive Committee of SEB SA. He is graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and is chartered accountant. Mr. Thierry de la Tour d’Artaise began his professional career in the United States as a Financial Controller at Allendale Insurance (FM Group - Factory Mutual). He then joined Coopers & Lybrand in Paris as an Auditor and then a Manager before joining Groupe Chargeurs in 1983 as Internal Audit Manager and then Chief Financial Officer of Croisières Paquet (1984-1985) and, finally, Chief Executiv Officer (1986-1993). In 1994, he joined Groupe SEB as Chief Executive Officer, then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Calor SA (1996). In 1999, he was appointed Vice-Chairman and CEO of Groupe SEB.

Bertrand Neuschwander

Mr. Bertrand Neuschwander was appointed to act as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at SEB SA until December 3, 2018. He began his career in 1987 with Arthur Andersen & Cie., later moving to Apax Partners & Cie in 1991. He then joined Groupe Aubert as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and later Groupe Devanlay/Lacoste where he served as Managing Director. In 2010, he joined Groupe SEB as Senior Executive Vice President for Business Units. In 2011, he became Chairman of SEB Alliance, Groupe SEB’s investment company, taking stakes in start-ups with high technological content. In 2012, he became Groupe SEB's Senior Executive Vice President for Strategy. In 2014, Bertrand Neuschwander was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Groupe SEB.

Philippe Crevoisier

Mr. Philippe Crevoisier is Executive Vice President - Innovation and Products and Member of Executive Committee at SEB SA. He joined Groupe SEB in 2005 as Executive Vice - President of Kitchen Electrics (one of Groupe SEB's three Business Units) and Management Committee member. As part of his duties he was responsible for developing connected products and oversaw progress in the company’s digital transformation. Mr. Crevoisier started his career with Thomson CSF and worked in various industrial departments for 10 years before moving to the small household appliances sector in 1988, first with Esselte Meto in France, then as Vice - President at Moulinex and Ariete in Italy and Kenwood in the UK.

Luc Gaudemard

Mr. Luc Gaudemard is Executive Vice President - Americas and Member of Executive Committee at SEB SA. He joined Groupe SEB in 2001 as Vice-President Marketing for Kitchen Electrics. He then ran the company’s business in the United States for 3 years before being named Executive Vice - President, Europe and member of the Management Committee. Mr. Gaudemard started his career as a Product Manager for Best Foods (Gerber, Alsa, Knorr), then worked for Yoplait for 13 years: first as Group Leader and then as Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager, and Marketing Director. He graduated from EDHEC Business School and has an MBA from Georgia Southern University.

Stephane Lafleche

Mr. Stephane Lafleche is Executive Vice President - Industry Operations at SEB SA. He graduated from Institut Superieur d'Electronique de Paris (ISEP). He began his career as a Development Engineer with Dassault Electronics. He then moved to the Philips Consumer Electronics group, and later to Mannesmann VDO Automotive, before returning to Philips Consumer Electronics in 1999 as Director of Industrial Operations.

Vincent Leonard

Mr. Vincent Leonard is Senior Executive Vice President - Finance and Member of Executive Committee at SEB SA. He became a Member of the Company's Executive Committee in March 2013. Graduated from ESSEC Business School, he began his career in 1985 at Arthur Andersen. He then joined the PepsiCo Group where, starting in 1990, he held numerous positions in the Finance function in France, England and Hong Kong, as well as at the group’s headquarters in the United States, where he was most recently Senior Vice - President, Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO of the Global Procurement function.

Harry Touret

Mr. Harry Touret is Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Member of Executive Committee at SEB SA. He holds post-graduate diplomas in Management Science and Corporate Human Resources. He worked for Rhône-Poulenc Agro in Human Resources, and then for Aventis Cropscience as World Human Resources Director.

Cyril Buxtorf

Mr. Cyril Buxtorf is Executive Vive President - EMEA of SEB SA. He joined the company in 1997 as International Market Manager before taking the reins of the subsidiary in the CIS. During this time he managed the impact of the Russian crisis in 1998 and helped steer the subsidiary back to its market leader position. He was then appointed Head of the Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa region, a position he held for two and a half years. In 2007, he was named at the Management Committee, first as Executive Vice-President, Europe, then in 2010 as Executive Vice-President of the Home and Personal Care Business Unit. Mr. Buxtorf graduated from EM Lyon and started his career as an export consultant in Germany, and then in marketing and internal audit with L’Oreal.

Delphine Bertrand

Ms. Delphine Bertrand has been Director at SEB SA since May 11, 2017. She has a degree in Japanese and holds a CPEI qualification from the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO) and is a Master Practitioner of neurolinguistic programming. She has served as communication officer of FEDERACTIVE since 2013 and is member of its Advisory Board. She is also co-founder of the Premiere Pierre foundation which was set up in 2007 to support charitable organizations that help vulnerable people to rebuild their lives, in the areas of housing, employment, disability and education. Damarys Braida

Ms. Damarys Braida has been Director representing VENELLE INVESTISSEMENT at SEB SA since April 27, 1998. She is graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris. Ms. Braida joined L’Oréal in 1991 to set up the capillary asset laboratory. Between 1997 and 2004, she led the efficiency evaluation departments. From 2005 to 2009, she ran the color development laboratory, then from 2010 to 2012, the global make-up development laboratory. In 2012, she became Head of Make-up Research Strategy, then Head of Cosmetics Strategy at L'Oreal a position that she has held since 2016. She serves as Chairwoman at VENELLE INVESTISSEMENT and CEO of Venelle Plus.

Sarah Chauleur

Ms. Sarah Chauleur is Director representing FEDERACTIVE at SEB SA since May 14, 2013. She has a postgraduate degree in Information and Communication Sciences. Ms. Chauleur has served as Communications Manager for FÉDÉRACTIVE since 2009 where she is currently Member of Advisory Board. Brigitte Forestier

He had various management and oversight roles in Anglo-Saxon groups prior to becoming a partner at A.T. Kearney, a strategy consultancy company. He then joined Accenture as director of Consulting for France. Since 2013, he has been an entrepreneur and investor. He is now Chairman of APICAP, a fund management company devoted to investing in SMEs, Chairman of CAMSEL, the softwood lumber producer as well as Chairman of Additio SAS, Brassac Holding SAS and APICAP, among others. He was Co-Managing Director of Trois Rivieres Holding and served before as director of SEB S.A. from 1994 to 2005.

Yseulys Costes

Ms. Yseulys Costes has served as Independent Director of SEB SA., since May 14, 2013. She is also Member of Audit Committee. She holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Strategy from Universite Paris IX Dauphine. She has worked as an Interactive Marketing researcher at Harvard Business School, and has taught Interactive Marketing at several higher education institutions (HEC, ESSEC, Université Paris IX Dauphine). Bertrand Finet

Mr. Bertrand Finet has been Independent Director representing FFP Invest at SEB SA since May 11, 2017. He is also Member of Nominating and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Finet graduated ESSEC Business School in 1988. He began his career in 1991 at 3i Griup where he was appointed Chief Investment Officer. He held this post for two years in London before joining the Group's French subsidiary. He was appointed Managing Director of CVC Capital Partners France in 1996, before heading Paris office of Candover France starting in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Finet was made a member director of the Fonds Strategique d'Investissement's Executive Committee, then in 2013, Executive Director at Bpifrance in the Fonds Propres PME department, before being appointed Executive Director of Bpifrance's Mid & Large Cap department in April 2015. Jean-Noel Labroue

Mr. Jean-Noel Labroue has been Independent Director of SEB SA since May 12, 2010. He is graduate of an engineering school and he holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University Chicago. Mr. Labroue has spent almost all of his career at the Darty group. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Darty group, CEO of Kingfisher Electricals UK and Managing Director of Kesa Plc until 2009.

Catherine Pourre

Ms. Catherine Pourre has been Independent Director representing FSP at SEB SA since May 15, 2014. She is graduate of the ESSEC business school and with a degree in Accounting and law from the Universite catholique de Paris, Catherine Pourre began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was Partner from 1989 to 1999. She then worked for Cap Gemini as President in charge of the High Growth Middle Market, and was a member of the French Group Executive Committee . She subsequently joined the Unibail-Rodamco Group in 2002, where she worked as Senior Executive Vice-president of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Organization and Property Engineering before becoming General Manager of Core Businesses and a member of the Management Board from 2007 to 2013 and Director of U&R Management BV, a subsidiary of the Unibail-Rodamco group, until 2015.
