Name Description

Arthur Drogue

Mr. Arthur B. Drogue is Chairman of the Board, Lead Director of SPAR Group, Inc. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Governance Committee. Mr. Drogue was Senior Vice President of Customer Development for the America's at Unilever during 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, he led Unilever's U.S. Customer Development organization through eight years of outstanding growth and earnings success while merging five separate companies into one of the world's preeminent Consumer Packaged Goods companies with over $45 billion in annual sales. His previous professional experience includes senior management positions at Best Foods, Nabisco, Northeastern Organization [NEO] Inc., and General Mills. Mr. Drogue also has held positions on several corporate and industry boards and has received numerous awards for his achievements. He currently serves on the Board of Ruiz Foods and is an Operating Partner at Raptor Consumer Fund.

Christiaan Olivier

Mr. Christiaan M. Olivier serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Olivier has spent more than 25 years as a retail executive. He has successfully led large global organizations bringing positive transformation in strategy, business development, sales and marketing, operations, and M&A. He most recently served as President of Retail Activation at Diversified Agency Services, Omnicom Group, a $15 billion global marketing services company. Olivier also served as President of Advantage Sales and Marketing, a $1 billion+ consumer products sales and marketing agency; as well as Chief Executive Officer of Smollan Group, a sales and marketing services company with operations in Africa, China, Malaysia and Brazil. Olivier earned a BA and MBA from the University of South Africa.

William Bartels

Mr. William H. Bartels is Vice Chairman of the Board of SPAR Group Inc., since July 8, 1999. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Bartels had served as the Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of the SPAR Marketing Companies since 1979.

James Segreto

Mr. James R. Segreto is a Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary of SPAR Group Inc., since December 14, 2007. Prior to his current position Mr. Segreto served as Vice President and Controller of SGRP since July 8, 1999, the effective date of the Merger. Mr. Segreto served as Chief Financial Officer for Supermarket Communications Systems, Inc. from 1992 to 1997 and LM Capital, LLP from 1990 to 1992. Prior to 1992, he served as Controller of Dorman Roth Foods, Inc.

Steve Adolph

Mr. Steve Adolph is President - International Division of the Company. During his 20-year career, Mr. Adolph has done business in more than 60 countries, holding executive positions for leading global consumer brands such as Equal, NutraSweet, Roundup, SentrySafe, Cat's Pride and Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. He also has been involved in private label goods as VP of Marketing for the world's leading producer of private label beverages and was Chief Executive Officer of Asia/Pacific for a leading provider of home medical equipment. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Duke University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business.

Kori Belzer

Ms. Kori G. Belzer is Chief Operating Officer of SPAR Group Inc. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer of SPAR Administrative Services, Inc. (then known as SPAR Management Services, Inc.) ("SAS"), and SPAR Business Services, Inc. (then known as SPAR Marketing Services, Inc.), each an affiliate of SGRP (See - Transactions with Related Persons, Promoters and Certain Control Persons, below). From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Belzer served as Vice President Operations of SAS and as Regional Director of SAS from 1995 to 1997. Prior to 1995, she served as Client Services Manager for SPAR/Servco, Inc.

Lawrence Swift

Gerard Marrone

Mr. Gerard (Gerry) Marrone is Chief Revenue Officer of the company. He joined SPAR Group, Inc. as SVP Sales & Marketing in January 2017 and was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in December of the same year. As Chief Revenue Officer he oversees all revenue generation and marketing activities for the company. He is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and expansion of the domestic business. His role includes seeking and leading strategic alliances and joint ventures and he is responsible for developing capabilities and best practices within the sales and marketing function that will be shared and implemented across the organization and the international network. Gerry brings SPAR over twenty-five years of progressive experience in the marketing services, experiential marketing, professional sports, Internet retailing and big box retail. During his career he has held executive positions for leading companies such as PromoWorks, CROSSMARK, Pierce Promotions, Women’s Professional Soccer and Bed Bath & Beyond. Mr. Marrone was a two-sport college athlete and received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Montclair State University. He lives in Middletown, NJ and has been married to Karen for over thirty years. They have three children and one grandchild.

Jeffrey Mayer

Mr. Jeffrey A. Mayer is Director of the company. He has had a long career as an entrepreneur and executive in the energy industry. Since 2011, Mr. Mayer founded and served as Present and CEO of Soluxe Inc., and chairman of its subsidiaries, Solomon Energy Inc. and Solomon Energy Advisors LLC. Since 2015, Mr. Mayer served as advisor to and venture partner of Oak Investment Partners. Since 2016, Mr. Mayer founded and served as an executive director of Speedy Translation Services. In 1999 Mr. Mayer founded, and through 2011 served as CEO and President of, MXenergy, which was an SEC reporting entity. From 1993 through 1999, Mr. Mayer served as a managing director of AIG Trading Corporation and Sempra Energy Trading Company and as President of AIG Securities Corporation and AIG Clearing Corporation. From 1999 through 2005, Mr. Mayer served as a member of the Risk Oversight Committee of Northeast Utilities and consultant to Northeast Utilities and to Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corporation. From 1987 through 1993, Mr. Mayer served as a Vice President of Goldman Sachs & Co., and from 1984 through 1987, Mr. Mayer served as the chief counsel of the J. Aron Commodities Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. From 1979 through 1983 Mr. Mayer served as an attorney with Barrett Smith Schapiro Simon & Armstrong in New York, NY. Mr. Mayer is a graduate of Yale University (B.A. 1973) and New York University (L.L.B. 1978).

R. Eric McCarthey

Mr. R. Eric McCarthey is Independent Director of SPAR Group, Inc. He is an industry leader with three decades of experience and expertise with (among other things) acquisition integration, M&A development, succession planning, long range strategic planning, capital restructuring, internal auditing, capability development, enterprise risk oversight and investor communication strategies. Mr. McCarthey is currently CEO of Shelty-Viking Capital Group, LLC, a private equity holding company with principal ownership in various firms. Mr. McCarthey had a 30-year career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he served in several global leadership roles and was most recently Senior Vice President, Global Commercial/Commercial/Customer Strategic Planning & Execution. Mr. McCarthey also serves on the boards of directors and committees of Interra International, Inc., a privately held company where he is Chairman of its Strategy Committee, and Saulsbury Industries, a privately held company as director. He had previously served on the boards of directors and committees of Standard Register Company, which is currently being sold and where he has been Chairman of its Audit Committee, and Global Imaging Systems, Inc., where he served as Chairman of its Audit Committee until the company was sold in 2007. Mr. McCarthey is a member of the Executive Committee of The HealthStore Foundation and was recently elected to the board of directors of the Commerce Science Corporation.

Jack Partridge

Mr. Jack W. Partridge is Independent Director of SPAR Group Inc., since January 29, 2001. He has served as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of SGRP since May 9, 2003, and also is a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee. Mr. Partridge, now retired, served as President of Partridge & Associates, Inc. from 2000 to 2012. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of The Grand Union Company from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Partridge's service with Grand Union followed a distinguished 23-year career with The Kroger Company, where he served as Group Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and as a member of the Senior Executive Committee, as well as various other executive positions. He has provided leadership for a broad range of civic, cultural and industry organizations. He currently serves as a member of the boards of Checkpoint Systems, Inc. and GlobalWorx, Inc
