Name Description

Michael Sen

Mr. Michael Sen serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG. He joined the Company's Supervisory Board on March 1, 2018. He is Chairman of the Chairman's Committee and the Innovation and Finance Committee as well as Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He is Member of the Siemens Managing Board, in which he has special responsibility for Siemens Healthineers, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and the company’s Global Services unit. In this role, he also helped prepare the IPO of Siemens Healthineers, which took place in March 2018. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Sen was Chief Financial Officer at E.ON. In this role, he was responsible for the spinoff of the company’s energy trading business and its conventional power generation business to form the subsidiary Uniper including the unit’s public listing. Before working at EON, he held various positions at Siemens, where he served among others, in the Corporate Strategy Department, as Head of Investor Relations and as Chief Financial Officer of the Healthcare Sector. After he completed a Siemens Trainee Program (Stammhauslehre), Mr. Sen earned a degree in business administration at the Technical University in Berlin, Germany. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG and Member of the Board of Directors of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energies.

Bernhard Montag

Dr. Bernhard (Bernd) Montag, Ph.D., has been President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Healthineers AG since February 2018. He was Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Managing Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since February 2015. He joined Siemens in 1995, after completion of his studies in Physics at the Friedrich-Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nuremberg, and earning a Ph.D. in theoretical multi-particle physics. He held positions in corporate quality management and sales in the hearing aid division before moving to imaging systems in 1999, where he served as a product manager for computed tomography and as the head of marketing for magnetic resonance business. In 2004, he assumed overall responsibility for computed tomography, and in 2008, he was named President of the Imaging & Therapy Division, which combined the overall business of diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapies.

Norbert Gaus

Dr. Norbert Gaus serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Siemens Healthineers AG. He joined the Company's Supervisory Board on March 1, 2018. He is Member of the Chairman's Committee and the Innovation and Finance Committee at the Company. He is Executive Vice President for Research and Development for Digitalization and Automation at Siemens Corporate Technology. Before assuming this position in 2015, he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Customer Solutions Division of Siemens Healthcare from 2013. Prior to that he served as CEO of the Clinical Products Division of Siemens Healthcare for three years. After joining Siemens AG in 1991, he held various management positions in Corporate Technology and in the Telecommunications businesses. Dr. Gaus studied at the Technical University of Munich, Germany, from which he graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988. For his research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) he received his Ph.D. in Engineering from Ruhr University in Bochum in 1991. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of evosoft kft and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of evosoft GmbH.

Jochen Schmitz

Dr. Jochen Schmitz, Ph.D., has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Managing Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since December 2017. He joined Siemens in 1996 after the completion of his studies in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Augsburg. He also holds a Ph.D. in the same field. After various positions with increasing responsibility in Corporate Finance in Germany he joined Siemens Healthcare in 2004, holding several executive finance positions in the Healthcare business in the United States and Germany. Among others he was Chief Financial Officer of the Diagnostics Division in the United States and Chief Financial Officer of the Imaging & Therapy Systems Division in Germany until 2011. Afterwards, he had served for six years as Corporate Vice President Controller of Siemens AG until he finally came back to Siemens Healthineers.

Michael Reitermann

Mr. Michael Reitermann has been President of the Diagnostics Segment and Member of the Managing Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 2018. He has been Member of the Managing Board of Siemens Healthineers since 2015. He has held senior leadership positions at Siemens’ healthcare business as President of the Diagnostics Division and President of the North America Region. Previously, he served in management positions with increasing responsibility in product development, marketing, sales and general management in the X-ray, Angiography and Molecular Imaging business lines. He joined Siemens in 1990 in corporate planning and became a partner at Siemens Management Consulting, before joining the healthcare business in 1998. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Marion Helmes

Dr. Marion M. Helmes has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. She is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. She is Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat. 1 Media SE and Member of the Supervisory Boards of Uniper SE, Heineken N.V. and British American Tobacco p.l.c. Before assuming her current responsibilities, she served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Celesio AG from 2012 to 2014, as well as speaker of the Management Board from 2013 to 2014. From 2010 to 2011, Dr. Helmes was CFO of Q-Cells SE. Prior to that, she was CFO of ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG for four years and of ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG from 2005 to 2006 after directing Mergers & Acquisitions at ThyssenKrupp AG for two years. In 2000, she was appointed Vice President Corporate Development of The Budd Company Inc., in the U.S. Before joining ThyssenKrupp AG as Senior Manager Controlling/Mergers & Acquisitions in 1997, she worked as a project manager at St. Gallen Consulting Group. Dr. Helmes graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Free University of Berlin, Germany in 1991 and received a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland in 1996.

Philipp Roesler

Dr. Philipp Roesler has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 2, 2018. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Hainan Cihang Charity Foundation Inc. Before assuming his current position, Dr. Roesler served as Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economy and Technology for Germany from 2011 to 2013. He was appointed Chairman of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) of Germany in 2011. Prior to this he served as Federal Minister of Health for Germany for two years. In 2009, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economics, Labor and Transport for Lower Saxony, after having served as Chairman of the FDP parliamentary group of the Lower Saxony State Assembly. Dr. Roesler trained as a combat medic in the German Bundeswehr and left the military service as Stabsarzt. He studied medicine at Hanover Medical School, where he received his Ph.D. He holds honorary doctorate degrees in Economics from the University of Hanoi and International Relations from the University of Cambodia. He has been Board Member of Bertelsmann Stiftung and Jacobs University Bremen.

Gregory Sorensen

Dr. Gregory Sorensen has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. He is Member of the Innovation and Finance Committee at the Company. He is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DeepHealth, Inc., and Executive Chairman of IMRIS, as well as Chairman of Fusion Healthcare Staffing. He has been on the Board of Invicro, LLC and DFB Healthcare Acquisitions Corp. In 2011, Dr. Sorensen joined Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. and served as its President and CEO until 2015. Prior to that, he was a Professor at Harvard Medical School and a Neuroradiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he worked from 1995 to 2011. He held additional faculty appointments at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Oxford University. Dr. Sorensen holds a B.S. in Biology from the California Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, and a Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School and MIT.

Karl-Heinz Streibich

Mr. Karl-Heinz Streibich has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. He is Member of the Innovation and Finance Committee at the Company. He has been President of acatech – Deutsche Akademie der Technikwissenschaften. He has also been on the Board of Duerr AG (Chairman), Deutsche Telekom AG, Deutsche Messe AG and Wittenstein SE. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Digitalization Board (Digitalisierungsbeirat) of DAKGesundheit. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Streibich was Deputy Chairman of T-Systems and Head of IT activities at T-Systems. He also served as Chairman of the Board of debis Systemhaus from 2000 to 2003, was a member of the Board for four years and held several management functions at the company from 1992 through 1996. In 1989, he was appointed Head of the Global PC Division at AEG OLYMPA. From 1987 to 1989, he headed the PC Division at ITT-SEL AG, Stuttgart. Before that he was located in the U.K., heading Marketing Operations at ITT Industries for Europe. From 1984 until 1987, Mr. Streibich served as Product Marketing Manager there. He started his career at Dow Chemical Company, Rheinmuenster where he also headed the Computerization team. Mr. Streibich graduated with a degree in communication engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.

Andreas Hoffmann

Dr. Andreas C. Hoffmann has been Member of the Supervisory Board at Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. He is Member of the Chairman's Committee and the Audit Committee at the Company. He is General Counsel of Siemens AG since January 1, 2014. He started his career at Siemens AG in 2008 as General Counsel Industry Sector before he took over the role as General Counsel Corporate & Finance in 2010. Prior to joining Siemens, Dr. Hoffmann was General Counsel Germany and Lead Lawyer Commercial Finance Europe of GE for three years. Before that, he served as a Partner at various international law firms focusing on Private Equity and M&A. Dr. Hoffmann received his doctoral degree in Law at the University of Frankfurt and his Master of International Law at the University of Miami.

Ralf Thomas

Prof. Dr. Ralf P. Thomas has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has been Member of the Management board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Siemens AG since 2013 and has been with the company since 1995. Before he assumed his current position, he served as CFO of the Industry Sector from 2008, and as Head of Corporate Finance Accounting, Controlling, Reporting & Taxes from 2004. Prior to that he served as CFO of the Angiography, Fluoroscopic and Radiographic Systems business unit for two years and joined Siemens Medical Solutions in Germany in 2001. Before that he headed the Accounting and Treasury team at Siemens Ltd. in South Africa for four years. Dr. Thomas completed an apprenticeship in business administration and studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, from which he graduated with a Ph.D. in Income Tax Accounting. He has been on the Board of Siemens Healthcare GmbH, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Osterreich, Siemens Corp. (Deputy Chairman) and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A.

Nathalie von Siemens

Dr. Nathalie von Siemens has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Healthineers AG since March 1, 2018. She has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Messer Group GmbH, Siemens AG, of Siemens Healthcare GmbH, and Managing Director and Spokesperson of Siemens Stiftung. She has served as the Managing Director and Spokesperson for the board of Siemens Stiftung since 2013. Dr. von Siemens was Member of the Board of Directors of Unify from 2011 to 2016. She has worked for Siemens AG in various positions: From 2011 to 2013 she was responsible for corporate talent development within the Corporate Development unit. Prior to that, she worked in the Corporate Portfolio Development team in Corporate Strategy for four years while also serving as a member of the Supervisory Board of NSN Management GmbH from 2009 to 2012. She joined Siemens AG in 2005 and completed the company’s graduate program. Dr. von Siemens studied Philosophy in Munich, Berlin and Paris and earned her Ph.D. in this field.
