Name Description

Jonathan Bond

Mr. Jonathan Bond is Chairman of the Board of the Company. Jonathan Bond is the Chief Tomorrist at Tomorro and a recognized thought leader and entrepreneur in the advertising and marketing industry. He has developed several significant companies and marketing concepts over his 30-year career, including past board, advisory and investor roles at Sonobi, Storylines Cruises, White Ops, Data Xu, Crimson Hexagon and Kinin wellness pods. Mr. Bond is the former CEO of Big Fuel, a leading social media agency (now owned by Publicis) and the co-founder and CEO of Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners (now part of MDC) (“KBP”). While at KBP, Mr. Bond was voted number 4 by Adweek's Executive of the Decade (2010). KBP was named agency of the year in 2008 and launched one of the industry's first trading desks, Varick Media Management. In addition, Mr. Bond co-founded and sold iballs, one of the first online media agencies, to Microsoft in 2000.

Thomas Pallack

Mr. Thomas J. Pallack is Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of the company. Mr. Pallack has been the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Sales of SBV Solutions?—?Strategic Business Velocity, a software sales company, since 2005. Mr. Pallack’s background encompasses more than 30 years of Sales, Sales Operations, Financial and Business Development experience with global technology software companies such as Oracle, Ariba and Consilium.

Terrance Lynn

Mr. Terrance Shawn Lynn will be appointing as a Chief Financial Officer of the company, Effective February 19, 2019. Mr. Lynn is a data-driven, strategic CFO having domain expertise in online media, consumer healthcare and software-as-a-service. Mr. Lynn served as Chief Financial Officer at MedHelp, a large consumer healthcare company, and helped to lead its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. in 2014. Since the time of the sale of MedHelp, Mr. Lynn has served as a contract CFO and financial advisor to a number of Silicon Valley startups and emerging companies, including Dropbox, Weather Underground, Birdeye, iMeem and others. Mr. Lynn received a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Mathematics, and an MBA, from Vanderbilt University.

William Seagrave

Mr. William Seagrave is no longer as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Effective February 19. 2019. and he will remains as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Effective February 19, 2019. He was appointed as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer on June 26, 2017. Prior to joining the Company, from 2013 to 2017, Mr. Seagrave served as the Managing Partner of LHF Healthcare, a privately-held medical analytics technology company, where he was responsible for operations, product launches, sales and strategic partnerships. From 2011 to 2014, he was a Partner at Strategic Business Velocity Solutions, a technology and marketing consulting firm, and from 2006 to 2011, he served as a Senior Director with Cisco Systems, where he managed strategy and global product launches related to the Internet of Things. Mr. Seagrave was also formerly a Vice President in Application Sales at Oracle and a founding member of Oracle’s Applications team.

Matt Murphy

Mr. Matt Murphy is Senior Vice President - Channel Partnerships of the Company. Matt Murphy, who joined the SITO Mobile team in February 2018 as Vice President of Product Marketing has successfully led product, sales, and marketing teams across traditional and digital media, SaaS (video encoding), and telecom (enterprise hosting and bandwidth) industries over his 20+ year career. Previous to SITO, he spent 9.5 years at Gamut, Cox Media Group's media services division, where he most recently served as V.P. of product and digital strategy and prior to that role, VP of Product and Channel Development.

Sean Clayton

Mr. Sean Clayton is Chief Strategy Officer of the Company. Since joining SITO Mobile in 2016, Clayton has played a critical role in fortifying SITO Mobile's position as a leader in data-based marketing. In his previous roles as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, he developed highly-customized, strategic media solutions and predictive models, resulting in improved performance and revenue results for SITO Mobile's cross-industry clientele.

Gabriel Sandoval

Mr. Gabriel Sandoval WAS Chief Data Privacy Officer of the Company. Mr. Sandoval is an experienced technology legal and business executive, having overseen legal counsel at Oracle, Ariba, and most recently at Deem, Inc. where he served as their Chief Legal Officer.

Lauren Wray

Ms. Lauren Wray is Chief Revenue Officer of the Company. Ms. Wray started her sales career driving an impressive account portfolio at Forbes Media, where she landed numerous major accounts and won the Malcolm Forbes Award for "Top Salesperson of the Year." Most recently, Ms. Wray sat on the executive team overseeing media and content domain sales, growth and strategy at Kantar LLC. Prior to Kantar, Ms. Wray ran national sales at Sharethrough where she helped grow the business from a start-up to being a leader in the native ad tech industry.

Steven Bornstein

Mr. Steven M. Bornstein serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Bornstein currently works as a consultant for Activision Blizzard, a video game developer and the Raine Group, a merchant bank focused on media and telecommunications. Mr. Bornstein served as the CEO of the NFL Network from 2003 to 2014, where he launched the network and managed the NFL’s media and sponsorship assets. He also previously served as the CEO of ESPN and the President of ABC Inc. and ABC Sports. Since 2014, he has served on the boards of Whip Networks and Second Spectrum, two privately-held companies, and serves as the Board Chair for the V Foundation for Cancer Research.

B. Bonin Bough

Mr. B. Bonin Bough is Director of the Company. B. Bonin Bough is one of the foremost-awarded marketing executives in his field, the host of The Cleveland Hustles, and the author of Txt Me (646) 759-1837. Throughout his illustrious career as one of the youngest C-suite executives in a Fortune 50 company, Mr. Bough has spearheaded a number of the industry’s largest global marketing campaigns across digital, mobile, television, print, and experiential, including the premier of the first ever 3D printed food product, the customizable, real-time 3D printed Oreo at SXSW. As the Chief Media & eCommerce Officer at Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods), he created some of the first marketing programs across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Paramount Films, ABC, NBC and Fox, among others, and fostered partnerships with companies such as Instagram, Foursquare, and Buzzfeed. Prior to his time at Mondelez International, Mr. Bough led digital marketing globally for PepsiCo, Weber Shandwick and Ruder Finn.

Steven Felsher

Mr. Steven G. Felsher is Director of the Company. Steven G. Felsher is an experienced executive, with particular skills in finance, administration, governance and other aspects of public and private company management. Mr. Felsher spent a substantial portion of his career with Grey Global Group Inc., a global marketing services company, where he served as a senior executive from 1979 until 2007, where he last served as a Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. Since January 2011, Mr. Felsher has been a Senior Advisor at Quadrangle Group LLC, a private investment firm focused on the information and communications technology sectors, where he serves as a member of its Investment and Valuation Committee. In addition, Mr. Felsher is an Investment Partner of Armory Square Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund that focuses on technology investments. Mr. Felsher has previously served as a member of the board of directors of numerous companies, including Lumos Networks Corp., West Corporation, and NTELOS Holdings Corp. In addition, Mr. Felsher is a long-time trustee of Brooklyn Academy of Music and is a trustee of the BAM Endowment Trust, which oversees BAM’s endowment. He is also a Fellow, Trustee and Treasurer of the New York Academy of Medicine.

Brett O'Brien

Mr. Brett O'Brien is Director of the Company. Mr. O’Brien has been the SVP and General Manager at Gatorade, a subsidiary of PepsiCo (Nasdaq: PEP) since 2012. He is currently responsible for leading Gatorade’s North American business including innovation, retail strategy, sports marketing and integrated consumer engagement programs. Prior to Gatorade, Mr. O’Brien oversaw the $5 billion Mountain Dew trademark, AMP Energy, Sierra Mist and Pepsi’s flavored soft drink brands. Mr. O’Brien’s successful and creative track record has earned him honors including being named to Advertising Age’s 40 Under 40 in 2013 and Digital A-List in 2010, as well as nominations from Brandweek’s “2010 Marketer of the Year” and was the recipient of Event Marketer’s 2011 Brand X Award.
