Name Description

Hans Wehrli

Prof. Dr. Hans Peter Wehrli is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 27, 2005. He is Member of the Compensation Committee at the Company. He joined the Board of Directors on April 29, 2002. He has been Professor of Business Management studies and has held the Chair in Marketing at Universitaet Zuerich since 1993. In addition to his mandate at the Company, as at December 31, 2011, he has seats on the Board of Directors of Belimo Holding AG as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Datacolor AG as Member of the Board of Directors. He graduated from Universitaet Zuerich with a degree in Business Management, in 1977, and obtained there a Doctorate in Philosophy degree (Dr. oec. publ.) in 1980.

Rene Zahnd

Mr. Rene Zahnd is Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of Swiss Prime Site AG since January 1, 2016. He was Member of the Management Board at Swiss Prime Site AG since November 1, 2015 till January 1, 2016. From 2010 to 2015, he was head of various business units at Implenia AG and member of the Executive Management. From 2004 to 2009, he was Director of Project Development and member of the Executive Management of Marazzi GC AG as well as Losinger Construction AG (currently Losinger-Marazzi). Mario Seris

Mr. Mario F. Seris is Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 12, 2016. He has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Prime Site AG since April 27, 2005. He was Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse AG from 2005 to 2010. From 1981 to 1997 he was in charge of various human resource divisions at Credit Suisse AG, in 1997 he was Global Head of Human Resources at Credit Suisse Asset Management and from 2002 Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Switzerland. From late 2002 to 2005 he managed Credit Suisse Asset Management, Switzerland, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his mandate at Swiss Prime Site AG, Mr. Seris is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund International Holding Ltd, CS REFI Chile Fund Holding Ltd, REF Global Holding Ltd, and Member of the Board of Directors at Credit Suisse Funds AG, among others. Furthermore, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft GmbH, Frankfurt am Main. In 1981, he graduated in English and Education from the Universitaet Zuerich.

Markus Meier

Mr. Markus Meier is Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Executive Board at Swiss Prime Site AG since June 1, 2015. Previously ad interim Chief Financial Officer since 1 January 2015. From 2009 to 31 December 2014, he held positions at Swiss Prime Site AG in the areas of Finance, Accounting and Investor Relations. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Jelmoli AG and Mobimo AG as well as Head of Corporate Accounting and Tax at Ascom. He was also group controller at BZ Group after years of employment at Arthur Andersen (today Ernst & Young).

Oliver Hofmann

Mr. Oliver Hofmann has been Chief Executive Officer of Wincasa AG, Member of the Executive Board of Wincasa AG at Swiss Prime Site AG since June 1, 2013. In addition to spending a few years of his professional career in the finance department at IBM (Switzerland) Ltd, he previously worked at UBS AG for more than 15 years with other intermittent activities (investment advisor in wealth management, corporate finance, build-up of Swiss real estate advisory services). From 2007 to 2012, he held the position of head of real estate advisory Switzerland at UBS AG. From 2010 to September 2013, Oliver Hofmann served as chairman of RICS Switzerland – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a member of the G15 – Group of Fifteen. He is Member of the foundation board of the pension fund SPS and Jelmoli, member of the foundation board of the charitable foundation SPS and Jelmoli and Member of the board of directors of Siegmund & Hofmann AG.

Peter Lehmann

Mr. Peter Lehmann is Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG, Member of the Executive Board of Swiss Prime Site AG since March 1, 2017. He was Chief Investment Officer, Member of the Executive Board at Swiss Prime Site AG since March 1, 2002. In addition, as of 2004 he heads the development section of Real Estate Asset Management as Director. He has been with Credit Suisse, Real Estate Asset Management in Zurich since 1991, where he headed the departments of construction and acquisitions Switzerland for real estate products of Credit Suisse. Prior to his position within Credit Suisse Group AG, he was Regional Manager of Constructions for the funds management at the Schweizerische Volksbank and Project Manager Architecture at W. Thommen AG in Trimbach. He graduated as Construction Planner from GIB Solothurn in 1978.

Franco Savastano

Mr. Franco Savastano has been Chief Executive Officer of Jelmoli - The House of Brands, Member of the Executive Board at Swiss Prime Site AG since April 1, 2012. He has retail business diploma in men’s fashion sales since 1984, business school degree types R and S from the Limania commercial school in Baden since 1986, as well as advanced degree in economics from the Kaufmaennischen Lehrinstitut Zurich since 1989. He held the position of director of the Grieder fashion stores in German-speaking Switzerland, as well as procurement director for Grieder throughout Switzerland. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Savastano held positions as head of the creative teams for the fashion labels Strellson and Tommy Hilfiger Clothing. From 1988 to 1996, he worked as procurement/ procurement director at Fein-Kaller and Donna; from 1986 to 1988, he was an assistant to the director of sales at Hugo Boss Switzerland Ltd. In addition, Mr. Savastano held positions on bodies in SPS and Jelmoli Pension Fund, Zurich (foundation board member), as well as SPS and Jelmoli Welfare Foundation, Zurich (foundation board member).

Luca Staeger

Mr. Luca Staeger is Chief Executive Officer of Tertianum AG, Member of the Executive Board at Swiss Prime Site AG since January 1, 2014. He held the position of chief executive officer of Tertianum Group since 01.03.2010. He began his professional career at Price Waterhouse as a consultant with focal point on NGOs. Thereafter, he held the following positions: deputy project leader at the Canton Zurich Healthcare Directorate, consulting project leader at PuMaConsult GmbH, Zurich and Berne, chief executive officer of Spital Lachen AG, Lachen, and director of Private Clinic Bethanien AG, Zurich, as well as recently as chief executive officer of Swiss Paraplegic Group in Nottwil. He holds a degree in Economics (lic. oec.) and Doctorate in Economics (Dr. oec.) from the Universitaet St. Gallen (HSG), further studies in integrated services management at the Universitaet St. Gallen and trained as EFQM assessor. He completed of Executive Program in Health Care Policy at the University of Lausanne in cooperation with Harvard Medical International. He serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Perlavita AG, Perlavita Rosenau AG and Vitadomo AG.

Elisabeth Bourqui

Ms. Elisabeth Bourqui is Non-Executive Director of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 12, 2016. She serves as Member of the Board of Directors at Vontobel Holding Ltd since April 28, 2015. Mr. Christopher (Chris) Michael Chambers has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Prime Site AG since October 22, 2009. He is Member of the Audit Committee and Compensation committee at the Company. He has worked as Consultant for the Charities Office of Clarence House, HRH The Prince of Wales, London, from 2005 to 2008, and he is Member of the Board of Directors of Kensington Preparatory School, London. From 2002 to 2005, he was Chief Executive Officer of Man Investments Ltd and Executive Member of the Executive Board of Man Group. From 1997 to 2002, he was Managing Director and Head of European Equity Capital Markets of Credit Suisse First Boston and, from 1990 to 1997, he was Director of Barclays de Zoete Wedd. In addition to his mandate at the Company, as at December 31, 2011, he is, among others, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce. Markus Graf

Mr. Markus Graf is Non-Executive Director of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 12, 2016. He was Member of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer at Swiss Prime Site AG since December 1, 2000 till December 31, 2015. He also acted as Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Company. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of various companies from the Swiss Prime Site Group. He also holds seats on the Board of Directors of Wincasa AG in Winterthur, Societe Internationale de Placements in Basel, and is Supervisory Board Member of Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt am Main. Furthermore, he also serves as Member of the Board of Trustees of Credit Suisse Investment Foundation in Zurich. He has been Chairman of the Experts’ Committee on real estate funds of the Swiss Funds Association since 2002. In addition, he serves as Advisor at CUREM (Center for Urban & Real Estate Management) in Zurich. After holding management positions with several construction and property companies, Mr. Graf accepted a managerial position with Credit Suisse, Real Estate Management in Zurich, in 1995 (Managing Director). He graduated as HTL/STV Architect.

Bernhard Hammer

Dr. Bernhard M. Hammer has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 29, 2002. He also acts as Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of Investment Committee at the Company. From 1987 to 1997, Dr. Hammer was Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Stuag/Batigroup, Berne/Basel and from 1997 to 1999 Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman’s Committee of Batigroup AG, Basel. He is, amongst others, Member of the Board of Directors of BASo Holding SA, Centaur Scientific AG, DDI Direct Digital Imaging Ltd, and Flumroc Ltd. In 1978 he received his Doctorate of Law at Universitaet Zuerich and qualified as attorney-at-law and notary public in 1979. He received his Doctorate in Philosophy in law (Dr. iur.), in 1978, from the Universitaet Zuerich, and qualified as Attorney and Notary in 1979.

Rudolf Huber

Dr. Rudolf Huber is Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site AG since April 29, 2002. He also acts as Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. In addition to his duties at Swiss Prime Site AG, he is on the Board of Looser Holding AG acting as its Chairman, and Member of the Board of Directors of Georg Fischer Ltd, Schaffhausen, where he additionally acts as Chairman of the Audit Committee, among others. Dr. Huber works as Independent Business Consultant and guest Lecturer at the Business University of Lucerne and also has a teaching position at the University of St Gallen. Since 2006, he has been Chairman of the CFO Forum Switzerland - CFOs. He was Chief Financial Officer of Geberit AG in Jona from 1992 to 2004. He obtained a Doctorate in Management Consultancy from Universitaet Zuerich.

Klaus Wecken

Mr. Klaus Rudolf Wecken is Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Prime Site AG since October 22, 2009. He is also Member of the Investment Committee at the Company. From 1974 to 1997, Mr. Wecken was co-founder, partner and Member of the Board of Directors of various companies in Germany and in Switzerland. From 1984, he was co-founder and Chairman of KHK Software AG, Frankfurt am Main, which was sold to SAGE Group in 1997. From 1999 to 2009, he was co-founder and principal shareholder of Tivona AG, Basel, which was integrated into Jelmoli Holding Ltd, Zurich, in 2009. From 2001 to 2002, he was Member of the Board of Directors of Jelmoli Holding Ltd, Zurich. From 2007 on, Mr. Wecken has built up more than 20 investments in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with the focal point on the internet and medical technology. In addition to his mandate at Swiss Prime Site AG he is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Care4 Ltd, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at FAIRRANK SE and Jodex AG, as well as Member of the Supervisory and Advisory Boards of several of his investment holding companies. He graduated from Universitaet Freiburg in Economics.
