Gian Moratti

Mr. Gian Marco Moratti serves as Chairman of the Board of Saras S.p.A. He has been Chairman, General Partner and Vice President of Angelo Moratti S.p.a., Vice President of Confindustria (the Confederation of Italian Industry), Member of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of Unione Petrolifera and President of IEFE (Istituto di Economia delle Fonti di Energia) at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. Moreover, Mr. Gian Marco Moratti has experience as President of the Unione Petrolifera, Member of the Ministerial Council for Industry and the Environment, President of the Inter-ministerial Committee for the Coordination of Emergency Energy, Member of the National Committee of Coordination Against Drug Abuse, Member of the Board of Directors of Corriere della Sera of Banca Nazionale di Lavoro SpA and of F.C. Internazionale SpA and President of Norman Kraig & Kummel Italiana Srl. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Catania.

Vincenzo Greco

Prior to that, he held various roles in Esso Italiana - an ExxonMobil company where he was responsible for crude oil and semi finished product supplies and for short and mid term production planning for the two Italian sites and subsequently for the logistics in the on the Italian territory. In 1999 Mr. Greco held also the role of Manager for aviation fuels for the Mediterranean Europe and North Africa. From 2005 Mr. Greco worked for IES SpA, part of the MOL Group, as Deputy Director, Project Executive for the Mantova Refinery Upgrading Project and subsequently as Refinery Director and Member of the Board of Directors. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Palermo.

Francesco Marini

Mr. Francesco Marini is Chairman of Sarlux of Saras S.p.A. since November 13, 2013. Prior to this, he served as Operations Management Director of Saras SpA since April 2011. From April 2009 until April 2011, he held the role of Saras Group Controller. He has held various senior positions at Saras SpA since joining the Company in 1982, particularly in the areas of maintenance and logistics operations. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Francesco Marini was Saras Planning and Control Director. In September 2007 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sartec SpA, in October 2008 he became Chairman of Sartec SpA. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Cagliari.

Giampiero Spanedda

Mr. Giampiero Spanedda serves as Chief Executive Officer of Saras Energia SpA, a subsidiary of Saras S.p.A, since April 2011. He joined the Group in 1979 and was appointed Planning Director in 2007. After a range of positions in the refinery plant operations, he has been working in the planning department since 1989, being responsible also of specific projects for the development of optimization & scheduling models and supply chain optimization. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Giampiero Spanedda was in charge of short term and medium term planning for refinery production. From 2007 to June 2010, he was Planning Director. Moreover, he was Quality Manager until June 2010. In June 2010 he was appointed General Manager of Saras Energia SpA. He graduated in Philosophy.

Dario Scaffardi

Mr. Dario Scaffardi serves as Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Saras S.p.A. since February 27, 2013. He was appointed General Manager and Director of Saras SpA on October 4, 2006 and Executive Vice President on February 27, 2013. Prior to that, he was Director of Supply and Trading within the Company. Mr. Dario Scaffardi joined the Company in 1992. Moreover, he worked in Medov SpA, Saipem SpA, Cameli & Co SpA and Indutech SpA. Since 1999, he has been Saras’ Supply and Trading Director. He graduated in Naval and Mechanical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Genova and completed courses at Oxford, the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and Columbia University in New York City.

Simona Berro

Ms. Simona Berro serves as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at SARAS S.P.A. Until 1999 she practiced as a civil lawyer, and also acted as honorary judge at the Civil Court of Cagliari. Starting from 1999 she worked with various companies of the Saras Group. Currently she is Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs and she is Member of the Board and Member of the Supervisory Bodies of several Companies of the Saras Group. She graduated with a degree in Law from Universita degli Studi di Cagliari, and completed postgraduate courses of civil law, criminal law and administrative law with the aim to prepare for the selections to become a Public Judge. Moreover, she obtained a license to practice law.

Fernando Ferri

Mr. Fernando Ferri serves as Director of Human Resources, Chairman of the Board of Sartec SpA of Saras S.p.A. since April 2011. Prior to that, he held various roles in several companies, including Vice President Human Resources and Legal Department, and Member of the Board of Directors for GlaxoSmithKline Italy, Human Resources Director and Head of Strategic Development in Zambon Group and Chief Executive Officer in Z-Cube. He was also Board Member of Faschim until April 2010. Giuseppe Citterio

Mr. Giuseppe Citterio serves as Planning & Development Director of Saras S.p.A. since September 2011. He joined the Company in 1987 and was appointed Manager of Technology Services & Investment Analysis in 1991, Strategic Planning Manager in 1995, Planning Director in 1997, Technical Director in 2000, Corporate Development Director in 2007, and Margin Management Director in 2010. Marco Schiavetti

Mr. Marco Schiavetti serves as Supply & Trading Director, Chief Executive Officer of Saras Trading SA at Saras S.p.A. since December 2015. He was Supply & Trading Director, Chief Executive Officer of Arcola Petrolifera within Saras S.p.A. since April 19, 2012. He was appointed Supply & Trading Director of Saras S.p.A. in 2008. Gilberto Callera

Eng. Gilberto Callera serves as Non-Executive Lead Independent Director at Saras S.p.A. since April 27, 2012. Prior to his appointment, he served as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company as from February 28, 2006. He is also Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, as well as of the Audit and Risks Committee. He has been Chairman of the Italian Committee of the World Energy Council since 2004. He has undertaken various managerial roles at Shell Group from 1965 to 1974 and at Eni Group from 1974 to 1988. Gabriele Moratti

Dr. Gabriele Moratti serves as Non-Executive Director of Saras S.p.A. since April 27, 2010. He joined Saras Group in 2001 within the Human Resources department, where he was involved with projects on environmental and safety training. Moreover, he worked for JP Morgan, both in Milan and at their European Headquarter in London. In 2007, he returned to Saras as Executive Assistant to General Manager. Mr. Gabriele Moratti graduated in Sociology and History of Art from Duke University.

Eng. Gabriele Previati serves as Non-Executive Director of Saras S.p.A. since 2000. He is also Member of the Company's Audit and Risks Committee as well as Member of the Remuneration Committee. He also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Body of the Company. He joined Saras S.p.A. in 1963. In 1970, he became responsible for plant maintenance and service. Adriana Cerretelli

Ms. Adriana Cerretelli serves as Independent Director at Saras S.p.A. She is a journalist and has been chief European correspondent in Brussels for Il Sole 24 Ore for more than 20 years. She has been responsible for European and Nato affairs, WTO and global affairs. At present she is editorialist for the same themes in Brussels for the same newspaper.

Ms. Laura Fidanza serves as Independent Director at Saras S.p.A. After graduating in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Milano in October 1997, she embarked on a legal career, gaining her professional practice certificate in 2001. She was successful in the competitive examination for 200 notary posts, organized under Italian administrative decision of September 1, 2004, and was admitted to practice the profession of notary. At present she practices as a notary in the Notaries District of Milan.

Isabelle Frances Harvie-Watt

Ms. Isabelle Frances Harvie-Watt serves as Independent Director of SARAS S.P.A. Prior to joining Havas, she has worked for twenty years in the fashion and luxury world by driving global marketing, communications and PR strategies for companies like Giorgio Armani, Versace and, more recently, at the Tod's group. Since 2011, she has been CEO and Manager of Havas Media Group for Italy, overseeing all the agencies (Havas Media, Arena and Havas Sports & Entertainment) and the specialized divisions (DataInsight, Ecselis, Socialyse and Mobext) of the group in the country. In January 2012, she also founded LuxHub, a specialist center in all areas of marketing communications for luxury fashion brands and their customers. In addition to its role in Italy, in January 2015, she has been appointed LuxHub's global CEO with the task of implementing procedures around the world and throughout the group. Today, LuxHub boasts offices in Milan, London, Paris, Dubai and New York, with some in Madrid, Shanghai and Hong Kong. In June 2012, she was a member of the jury at the International Cannes Film Festival, in 2014 at the Festival of Global Media and now at the Clio Image Awards in collaboration with WWD. She is also an independent member of the board of directors of the Saras group, one of Europe's leading oil refining companies, Assocom (Association of Communications Companies) and Auditel, the independent company that calculates television coverage in Italy. She graduated as a Doctor of History at the University of Edinburgh in 1990.
