Allan Hemphill

Mr. Allan J. Hemphill has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Summit State Bank. He is president of Hemphill and Associates, a winery consulting and management firm, since 1999; President of Laguna Custom Cellars, Inc., a winery venture capital firm, since 1999; President of Associated Vintage Group, a winery service company, from 1993 to 1999; co-owner of Il Cuore Wine Cellars, Inc. since 2000.

James Brush

Mr. James E. Brush is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Summit State Bank. Mr. Brush is engaged in the Healdsburg community, including his past service on the boards for the Healdsburg Educational Foundation, Healdsburg Rotary Club, Healdsburg Museum and Historical Society, and the Healdsburg Arts Council. He is also a current member of the Healdsburg Planning Commission, the Healdsburg Green City Committee, the Healdsburg Boosters Club, as well as the Sonoma County Assessor's Appeals Board. Linda Bertauche

Ms. Linda Bertauche is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Summit State Bank. She is responsible for loan operations, branch administration, regulatory compliance and risk management. After joining Summit State Bank in 2005 as Compliance Officer and Vice President, she was later promoted to Senior Vice President. Previously, she spent 19 years at National Bank of the Redwoods, ultimately assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms. Bertauche has also held management positions at Sonoma National Bank and Bank of Marin / Westamerica Bank. In addition, Ms. Bertauche is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle. Ms. Bertauche is on the Board of Directors for the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Sonoma County and participates in Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce functions. She has also served on the county-wide Business Crime Prevention Task Force in 2009 and participates in the annual Healdsburg Future Farmers of America Parade.

Brian Reed

Mr. Brian Reed has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of the Company effective December 5th, 2016. Brian brings over 30 years of lending and community banking experience to his role. Brian has been in banking since 1985, most recently as EVP and Chief Credit Officer for First Community Bank. Brian earned his Master's degree from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Brian is the President elect of the Santa Rosa East Rotary, President of Children & Family Circle and Treasurer of Free to Be.

Mr. Bradley E. Baker is Director of Summit State Bank. Mr. Baker is the President and CEO of Codding Investments, an investment holding company in Santa Rosa with investments in commercial real estate, a commercial construction company, alternative energy and a subsidiary that develops deeply sustainable mixed-use communities. In addition to his work at Codding, Baker is co-founder and chairman of Community Fuels Inc., an alternative energy company, and he formed the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster in 2006 to foster start-up companies in the North Bay Region of California. In addition he is on the board of Aspen Air Inc., a maker of high performance air filters. Brad graduated with distinction in Economics from San Diego State University in 1988.
