Name Description

Robert Brown

Mr. Robert M. Brown III has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Scottish Salmon Company Limited since December 2010. He also serves as Member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Brown has over 35 years experience in corporate business and finance. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of B-III Capital LLC and Director of Tau Capital PLC, an AIM-listed general partner of the Kazakhstan Investment Fund. Apart from this, he chairs the Board of Quorum Fund, a private fund investing in listed Russian shares. Mr. Brown has previously held such positions as Managing Director of Creditanstalt International Advisors, a New York-based subsidiary of Creditanstalt Investment Bank (CAIB), and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers in New York.

Fiona Larkin

Ms. Fiona Larkin is Finance Director of the Company. Ms Larkin joins the Company from Intergen UK Ltd, where she was Director of Business Performance and Financial Planning & Analysis. She has also worked at Franklin Templeton Investments and Price Waterhouse Coopers, and trained at Coopers & Lybrand. Ms Larkin hold an Honours degree in Law and Accountancy from the University of Edinburgh, and is a chartered accountant.

Craig Anderson

Mr. Craig Anderson has been Managing Director of Scottish Salmon Co PLC since 2013. He is to head the Company's management team from January 1, 2014.

Martins Jaunarajs

Mr. Martins Jaunarajs has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Scottish Salmon Co PLC, effective as of March 28, 2014. He is an Investment Director at AS BaltCap, a venture capital firm in the Baltic States. Prior to joining AS BaltCap in 2010, he was a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Capital Markets and Investment Banking Division at Parex Banka and Head of Corporate Sales in Financial Markets division of Hansabanka in Latvia. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Latvia.

Douglas Low

Mr. Douglas Low has been appointed Director of The Scottish Salmon Company PLC effective as of November 1, 2016. Mr. Low started his career in Aquaculture R&D, where his extensive operating experience included primary and secondary fish processing, and where he was a Company Director and Board Member. He gained considerable experience in nutrition and global Aquaculture as Chief Operating Officer for EWOS regional (Scotland, Canada, Vietnam) and a member of the EWOS Group Senior Management team for over 10 years. He will continue to provide consulting services for specific projects with Cargill Aqua Nutrition.

Viacheslav Lavrentyev

Mr. Viacheslav Lavrentyev has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of The Scottish Salmon Company Limited since October 2010. He also serves as Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Mr. Lavrentyev is Head of Corporate Finance Advisory with FMC Advisors Ltd, Russia. He has more than 15 years of experience in Finance and Investment Banking, and has played an integral role in the placement of Rambler Media on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He has also experience in the salmon farming industry and played a key role in establishing a Russian salmon aquaculture company, Russian Salmon, sitting on the Board from 2007 to 2009.

Philip Smith

Mr. Philip Smith, Ph.D. has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of The Scottish Salmon Company Limited since April 29, 2011. He has held Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director roles in blue chip aquaculture companies for 27 years, having had responsibility for businesses operating in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Americas, Japan, Australia and Asia. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Philip was CEO of EWOS, and thereafter Managing Director of Nutreco Aquaculture's Business Group Feed. For the last eighteen months, he has been CEO of the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), co-founded by WWF and IDH to manage and implement the international standards for environmentally and socially responsible aquaculture.
