Name Description

Alistair Dormer

Mr. Alistair Dormer serves as the Chairman of the Board at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since May 13, 2016. He also holds the position of Senior Vice President Hitachi Ltd and Group CEO Hitachi Rail, leading Hitachi’s group of Rail related companies world-wide. Hitachi is a leading Rail Systems provider with operations in the UK/EU, Japan, China, South East Asia and South America. Prior to becoming Group CEO in April 2014, he was Chairman and CEO of Hitachi Rail Europe. Alistair joined Hitachi in 2003 to establish Hitachi’s Rail business in Europe and now leads a group of over 10.000 staff with annual revenue of over 4B Euro. He has over 25 years of management experience in the Defence, Aerospace and Rail sectors and a deep knowledge of the Global Rail sector.

Andrew Barr

Mr. Andrew Thomas Barr serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since May 24, 2016. He has been Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Hitachi Rail Europe and Agility Trains. In March 2011, he has been appointed as Senior Vice President of the function Head of Projects, Operations and Maintenance. From 2005 to 2011 in the Hitachi Group as Head of Maintenance Delivery. Mr. Alberto De Benedictis serves as Vice Chairman at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since October 28, 2016. He was Managing Director of Finmeccanica UK from 2006 to 2015, Senior Vice President, Business Development of Finmeccanica Corporate, Italy from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Renato Gallo serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since February 27, 2017. From January 2014 to February 2017 he was Deputy CFO and Senior Vice President Management & Statutory Reporting of Ansaldo STS. From January 2010 to December 2013 he was Senior Vice President Administration & Planning Control and Reporting of Ansaldo STS. From January 2009 to December 2009 he worked in the Administration & Planning Control Italy Area of Ansaldo STS, taking care also of the merger of Ansaldo Trasporti Sistemi Ferroviari (together with other companies) in Ansaldo STS. From April 2001 to December 2008 he was the head of Administration, Finance and Control of Ansaldo Trasporti Sistemi Ferroviari, joining to the team constituted by Finmeccanica for the Ansaldo STS’ listing. From April 2000 to March 2001 he was the head of Management Control of Ansaldo Trasporti. In particular, he worked to the split of Ansaldo Trasporti in three new companies. From May 1984 to March 2000 he worked in the Administration, Finance and Control of Ansaldo Trasporti, playing different roles, including the Business Unit Controller. He graduated in Business Economic with 110/110 cum laude at the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Christian Andi

Dr. Christian Andi serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since November 4, 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Officer of the Company from September 1, 2012 until November 4, 2013. He was Senior Vice President Standard, Process, Quality and Information Technology Services at Ansaldo STS SpA from January 1, 2010 until September 1, 2012. He was appointed Vice President of Internal Audit of Ansaldo STs SpA in February 2006 and in June 2008, he became Vice President Processes, Quality and Systems. Within this function he has been assigned with the responsibility of managing group change programs. He worked for Arthur Andersen as Senior Auditor until 2001 and then for SIEI SpA as Head of Planning & Control. He began working for Ansaldo Signal in December 2002 in the Internal Audit department and was appointed Head of the Group of Internal Auditing in 2004. Edoardo Maria Giovanni La Ficara

Mr. Edoardo Maria Giovanni La Ficara serves as Executive Vice President Institutional Affairs External Relation and Communication of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since November 2015. From April 2016 he is Deputy Senior Vice President Sales & Bidding for the Railways & Mass Transit BU, retaining the responsibility of sales the Middle East at Ansaldo STS. Since July 2013, Vice President Sales Middle East at Ansaldo STS. From May 2012 to July 2013 he was as consultant sales director for the Middle East and in particular sales manager and ANM consortium representative for Riyadh Metro project at Ansaldo STS. From 1990 to 2011 he was in charge as executive of his family private group in civil and electromechanical engineering industry active in Italy and abroad having the representative role, institutional relations, sales and business development. He holds degree in Civil Transportation Engineering at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza; Member of the Italian Engineers Association.

Leonardo Impagliazzo

Mr. Leonardo Impagliazzo serves as Senior Vice President of RAMS of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since October 2014. He is Manager in charge of the team entrusted with the RAM analysis activities, as well as the Safety and Verification & Validation activities for Ansaldo STS’s products, applications and systems. September 2013 – September 2014: Vice President of Signalling - Engineering & Commissioning department – Manager in charge of the team entrusted with engineering and commissioning Ansaldo STS’s railway and underground rail signalling systems. November 2010 – August 2013: Vice President of Engineering - Signalling Business Unit – Manager in charge of the engineering team working in Ansaldo STS’s Signalling Business Unit. January 2010 – October 2010: Vice President of RAMS - Signalling Business Unit – Manager in charge of the RAMS team working in Ansaldo STS’s Signalling Business Unit. May 2005 – December 2009: Head of ERTMS Safety Cases – RAMS Manager in charge of guaranteeing the Safety, Verification & Validation of the ERTMS products and systems and High-Speed Lines. She started her career as a Personnel Consultant in a Recruitment & Management Consultancy firm. After six years she began to work as an HR Professional in industrial businesses. She gained her broad, international experience in HR leadership positions in prestigious companies such as General Electric (GE Inspection Technologies and GE Oil & Gas), based out of Germany and Italy; she led the global HR functions of the Honeywell Friction Materials Division and of Nordex SE, a wind energy company. She has an Humanistic background, as major subject she studied protestant Theology at the Universities of Bonn and Münster in Germany.

Ulderigo Zona

Mr. Ulderigo Zona serves as Senior Vice President of the HSE & Facility Management of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since 2014. He is manager in charge of Supply Planning, Construction & Maintenance activities. He has coordinated, over the past few years, the implementation and start-up of the driverless metro systems in Italy (Milan Line 5, Brescia, Rome Line C), as well as the underground system in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). He also worked in Australia where he collaborated on the creation of the operating implementation structure for the first driverless freight transportation system in that country. Since 2009: Vice President of the Construction & Commissioning department in the Transportation Division, as well as Corporate Technical Manager at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. Since 2001: Manager in charge of Construction Management at Ansaldo Trasporti Sistemi Ferroviari S.p.A., entrusted with coordinating all of the Logistic, Construction and Commissioning activities for the railway and underground rail transportation systems. He was also entrusted with the management of the sales development office of the Milan Metro and High Speed Power Supply units. He was appointed Technical Manager at Ansaldo Trasporti Sistemi Ferroviari and was vested with the Employer position pursuant to Legislative Decree 626/94 and Legislative Decree 494/96 (as amended). Since 1987: Employed at Ansaldo Trasporti S.p.A., first at the Signalling Division, where he took on a number of job positions within the Construction and the Factory functions, then at the Systems Division, where he was appointed Head of the Implementation function. He holds Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Filippo Corsi

Mr. Filippo Corsi serves as Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. He was General Counsel, Secretary, Vice President Legal Business Affairs and Litigations of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. from November 4, 2015. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. He obtained a Master of Laws from Cambridge University (2003); a Diploma in Business Accounting from the London School of Economics (2003); and a Master of Business Administration (2008-2010) from Imperial College, London. Filippo Corsi started his professional career with Arthur Andersen, where he worked in business consulting, moving to Baker & McKenzie law firm as an Associate in M &A practice. He joined Finmeccanica in 2003 as Manager - Special Projects and Financial Transactions. In 2008, he was appointed Head of the Legal Department of Finmeccanica UK Ltd, where he worked until August 2010.

Massimo Mele

Mr. Massimo Mele serves as Vice-President of the Risk Management Function of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since 2013. He has worked at Ansaldo since 1986 and has gained extensive experience, starting from the design of fail-safe signalling systems and acting firstly as a manager in charge of the control system office at the Engineering Department and, then as a Chief Engineer and a Principal Program Manager for the Naples Metro Line projects. Subsequently, he was appointed Vice-President of the Transportation Solution Business Unit for Project Delivery (Europe, Americas, Middle East and North Africa). He graduated in Electro-Technical Engineering (graduation mark: 110/110) from the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. He qualified to the engineer profession in 1986.

Cristiano Crinisio

Mr. Cristiano Crinisio serves as Head of CEO Office of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since October 2016. In Ansaldo STS since September 2010, he has been the Head of Integrated Management System, and then the Head of Process Standardization and Improvement. Appointed Principal Program Manager in December 2012, he’s the Head of Project Management Office within the “Railways & Mass Transit” Business Unit since December 2014. From November 2007 to 2010 he worked in General Electric Oil & Gas as Lean & Six Sigma black belt. He started his career in 2002 in Alitalia Airlines Group within the technical service, and then he worked in Alenia Aeronautica/Finmeccanica group from 2005 to 2007. He holds Masters Degree with honors in Management Engineering at the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, International Certificate in General Management at SDA BOCCONI University and The University of Pennsylvania (Wharton). He is registered at the Order of Engineers of Naples – Italy.

Michele Fracchiolla

Mr. Michele Fracchiolla serves as Vice President of Business Freight Unit of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. since 2013. He has worked at Ansaldo STS since the beginning of 2011. He was responsible for the Australian business turnaround and managed to restore the corporate balance both by cutting costs down and establishing a different market position, thus achieving top results (e.g. Rio Tinto and Roy Hill). He started working at Elsag Datamat (former Elsag) in 2003,entrusted with increasingly higher responsibility levels until he was appointed chief director of the Logistic and Transport Automation Business Unit. He has gained extensive experience and knowledge of automation systems used for electric power generation, acting as a Program Manager firstly at Elsag Bailey (1996-1997) and, then at ABB (1997-1999). Next, he moved to the cable industry and worked at Pirelli, where he was appointed Manager in charge of the Green Field Project (which entailed building a new factory for optic fibre production) and, then, Purchasing Manager at Pirelli Submarine and Pirelli Cavi & Sistemi. He started his professional career at the Bailey Controls Company (USA); a company specialized in automated industrial processes. He graduated in Electronic Engineering in 1989.

Giacomo Galli

Giuseppe Gaudiello

Dr. Giuseppe Gaudiello is Vice President of Railways & Mass Transit Business Unit at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. Prior to this, he served as Head of the Standard Product and Platform Unit of Ansaldo STS SpA since September 22, 2011. He acted as a Manager for the signalling activity concerning the ACC, SCMT and ERTMS system lines, as well as a coordinator for the SCC/CTC and AV system lines and Manager in charge of Italy’s Subcontractor Procurement Department, from July 2007 until December 2009. Dr. Gaudiello acted as Manager of the signalling activity concerning the ACC and SCMT wayside lines, as well as Manager in charge of Italy’s Subcontractor Procurement Department at Ansaldo Segnalamento Ferroviario SpA, Manager in charge of the Project Management Office and Project Manager for the implementation of the SCC, ACEI and CTC systems from March 1992 until June 2007. He acted as a Project Manager at FATME SpA, in connection with the contracts for implementing the ACEI and CTC systems manufactured in Italy, from July 1987 until February 1992. He was a signalling system designer at Ansaldo Trasporti SpA, in connection with the contracts for implementing the ACEI and CTC systems manufactured in Italy, from July 1985 until June 1987. Dr. Gaudiello has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II from 1985.

Andrea Razeto

Mr. Andrea Razeto is External Communications Manager at Ansaldo STS S.p.A. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations of Ansaldo STS SpA since February 2006. He was appointed Project Financial Analyst at Ansaldo Signal in 2003. After a few years of experience in Administration Function, he was employed at the Italian branch of Akzo Nobel NV in 1995 as Credit Manager and Accounting Supervisor.
