Name Description

Jan Svensson

Mr. Jan Svensson has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tomra Systems ASA since April 24, 2015. He has been Director of the Company since January 19, 2012. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Investment AB Latour. He has held various positions within the Stenberg Group including serving as Chief Executive Officer between 1986 and 2003. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of companies such as Nederman Holding AB, Fagerhult AB, Troax AB, Hultafors Group, Latour Industries and Nord-Lock as well as Board Member of Assa Abloy AB, Investment AB Latour, Alimak Group, Oxeon and Loomis AB. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm in 1981. He is Chairman of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee of the Company.

Stefan Ranstrand

Mr. Stefan Ranstrand has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Tomra Systems ASA since August 2009. Prior to this, he held various management positions at ABB Ltd. (1991-2009) and at Data General AG as Sales Executive of Industrial Markets (1988-1991). He has also worked at Ikea Lager und Service AG (1985-1988). Mr. Ranstrand holds Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Linkopings universitet and Technischen Universitat Darmstadt.

Espen Gundersen

Mr. Espen Gundersen serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Tomra Systems ASA. He joined the Company in 1999 as Controller and was appointed CFO in 2002. In the past he was Vice President Business development of Selmer ASA (1995-1999). He has also worked at Arthur Andersen (1989-1995). Mr. Espen Gundersen holds Master of Business Administration degree from Handelshoyskolen BI (Norwegian School of Management). Volker Rehrmann

Mr. Volker Rehrmann has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Head of TOMRA Sorting Solutions at Tomra Systems ASA since 2013. He holds Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Computer Science from Fachhochschule Koblenz and Master in Computer Science from Universitaet Paderborn. In 2002 he joined TITECH through acquisition of Real Vision Systems. Between 1998 and 2002, he served as Founder and Managing Director of Real Vision Systems GmbH. From 1994 to 1998 he was Assistant Professor for Computer Vision at University of Koblenz.

Harald Henriksen

Mr. Harald Henriksen has served as Executive Vice President, Head of TOMRA Collection Solutions at Tomra Systems ASA since June 2016. He was previously Senior Vice President and Head of North America Collection Solutions of Tomra Systems ASA from 2011 till August 2016. He joined the Company in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Technology. Before joining the Company he held the position of Vice President of Business Unit Tactical Radio in Kongsberg Defense and Communications AS (2000-2004), Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Research and Development at Kongsberg Ericsson Communications ANS (1997-2000). He was also a part of the technical management and project management at NFT-Ericsson ANS (1990-1997). Mr. Henriksen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Salford in Manchester.

Elisabet Sandnes

Ms. Elisabet V. Sandnes has been Senior Vice President, Head of Group Strategy & Investor Relations at TOMRA SYSTEMS ASA since 2018. Elisabet Sandnes started with TOMRA in 2011 and has been heading up the company's Investor Relations function for the past seven years. She has also been engaged in various M&A activities, as well as strategic processes and business development initiatives within the group. Prior to joining TOMRA, Elisabet worked in investment banking for Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO (later Royal Bank of Scotland) in Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam/London focusing on M&A transactions within the power/utilities and renewables sector. Heiner Bevers

Mr. Heiner Bevers has served as Senior Vice President and Head of North America Collection Solutions at Tomra Systems ASA since October 2016. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President, Head of Central and Eastern Europe Collection Solutions at the Company. He joined the Company in 2001 as General Manager of Tomra Systems GmbH (Tomra Germany). He served as General Manager of Consumer Division Werner & Mertz Group between 1999 and 2001 and within the Marketing and Sales division of Procter & Gamble from 1986 to 1999. Ms. Anneli Forsman has been Senior Vice President, Northern Europe Collection Solutions at TOMRA SYSTEMS ASA since October 23, 2017. She holds Master of Science in International Business and Economics, Stockholm School of Economics. ESADE Business School, Spain. 2016-2017: Senior Director Head of Customer Experience Design, Telia Company; 2003-2016: Procter & Gamble; various leadership positions across global, EMEA and Nordic organizations (Logistics & Supply Chain, Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Experience, Transformation).

Mr. Frank Hoehler has been Senior Vice President, Head of Central & Eastern Europe Collection Solutions of Tomra Systems ASA since October 2016. He holds MBA, University of Bayreuth, Germany. He joined TOMRA in 2015 as VP Sales Central & Eastern Europe; 2009–2015: SABMiller Brands Europe, Country Director Germany; 2006–2009: SABMiller Brands Europe, Sales Director Germany; 2002–2006: L’Oreal Germany, Key Account Director; 2001–2002: L’Oreal Germany, Logistics Manager; 1998–2001: Havi Logistics/Alpha Management, Assistant to the CEO.

Ashley Hunter

Mr. Ashley Hunter has been Senior Vice President and Head of Bulk Sorting TOMRA Food at Tomra Systems ASA since 2018. He has previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of TOMRA Sorting Solutions, Food at TOMRA Systems ASA since 2013. Ashley Hunter joined Tomra through the acquisition of Odenberg in 2010. He was Head of TOMRA Food – Americas & Oceania following TOMRA’s acquisition of Odenberg since 2010. From 1997 to 2010 he was President, Odenberg Inc., between 1994 and 1997 he was Engineering Manager – US, Odenberg Inc. From 1987 to 1994 he was Technicial Director, Lister Machine Tools Ltd. and between1983 and 1987 he was Industrial Engineering Manager, Hyster Automated Handling. He holds a First Class Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin received in 1982. He has held management positions in manufacturing and technical sales in capital equipment prior to joining Odenberg.

Mike Riley

Mr. Mike Riley has served as Senior Vice President and Head of TOMRA Sorting Solutions Food at Tomra Systems ASA since 2018. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Compac within Tomra Systems ASA. He has been CEO of Compac since 2015. 2006: CEO, Endace, a global player in network monitoring, listed on the London Stock Exchange; 2000: Chief Marketing Officer, Network Engines. Bente Traa

Ms. Bente Traa has been Director, Employee Representative at Tomra Systems ASA since April 2017. Traa joined TOMRA as a Technical Production Support engineer in 2012. Since 2016 she has been Project Manager in Collection Solutions in Asker, Norway. Prior to joining TOMRA, Traa was a Process Engineer in REC Mono Wafer. She started her career as a Consultant in SPT Group. Bente Traa received her M.Sc. in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.

David Williamson

Mr. David Williamson has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Tomra Systems ASA since 2008. He joined Tomra in 1993. He has been Production Support assistant in Collection Solutions Product Support department in Lier, Norway. Prior to joining TOMRA, he worked for the Danish company 2E Ellgard Equipment. He took his apprenticeship in Automatic Systems at Handverkerskolen Soenderborg in Denmark. He is a qualified Automatic Systems Technician. He was the employee representative for TOMRA Production AS between 2000 and 2007. He is Member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Company.

Linda Bell

Dr. Linda Bell has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Tomra Systems ASA since April 24, 2015. She also serves as Trustee of charitable organization. Dr. Linda Bell was CEO of PhosphonicS Ltd from 2013 till 2017. Pierre Couderc

Mr. Pierre Julien Couderc has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Tomra Systems ASA since April 29, 2014. He is Member of the Board of CIC Bank S.O. He also holds the position of CEO and Chairman Executive Committee for Groupe Euralis. Prior to joining Euralis in 2009, he held a number of management positions within the Danone Group from 1987 to 2009, including Executive General Manager at Jose Cuervo (2008-2009), General Manager Asia Pacific for the worldwide dairy division based in France (2005-2008), General Manager Danone Mexico (2004-2005), and General Manager Danone Argentina (2002-2004). Ms. Aniela Gabriela Gjos has been Independent Director of Tomra Systems ASA since April 2008. She is Senior Vice President Supply Chain at TINE SA. In the past she served as CEO of Ontime Logistics AS (2008-2013), Project Director at South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (2008-2008), as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations, Norway Post (2002-2008) and as Managing Director of Logistics, Ringnes/Carlsberg (1996-2002).
