Philippe Aymard

Mr. Philippe Aymard has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Vilmorin & Cie SA since December 12, 2012. Previously, he was appointed as Director of the Company in 2006. He is Member of the Strategic Committee. Since 1995, Mr. Aymard has been Member Board at the Groupe Limagrain. In addition to that, Mr. Aymard holds several other positions, including Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Clause SA, as well as Vice Chairman of Cooperative Agricole Limagrain and Director of Groupe Limagrain Holding SA and Selia SA, among others.

She holds a degree in Administration from Nijenrode Business Universiteit and worked for multinational companies for more than 30 years. In 2007 she became Chief Executive Officer of Foresee, Climate Change Consulting Company, specializing in strategy and energy policy and climate change. Between 2010 and 2012, she was adviser in the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) in the United Kingdom. She is currently the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Port of Rotterdam.
