Name Description

Karl Perlhagen

Mr. Karl Perlhagen has been Chairman of the Board of Volati AB since 2006. He has been Member of the Company's Board since 2003. He studied Economics at Lunds universitet. He co-founded the Company in 2003 and had previously founded Cross Pharma AB. He is Chairman of the Board of Fridhems Intressenter Gladan AB, Fridhem Fastighetsutveckling Stockholm AB and Fridhem Gronskogen AB, and Member of the Board of Italo Invest AB (as well as in subsidiaries of Italo Invest AB) and Ullna Golf AB. He was previously Member of the Boards of Corem Property Group AB, Case Investment AB, ISIV AB and IMED AB, among others.

Marten Andersson

Mr. Marten Andersson has been Chief Executive Officer of Volati AB since 2014. He was also Director of the Company from 2012 until May 28, 2015. He studied Economics at Lunds universitet and completed General Manager Program education at Harvard Business School. Previously, he was Member of the Boards of SFS-Svensk Forsakring Service AB and Livforsakringsaktiebolaget Skandia (publ), as well as Chairman and Member of the Board of Aktiebolaget Gauthiod, among others. He has previously worked as President of Forsakringsbolaget Skandia and held a number of international positions within Skandia.

Mattias Bjork

Mr. Mattias Bjork has been Chief Financial Officer of Volati AB since 2009. He holds a Law degree (Jur. Kand.) and Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Lunds universitet. He is Deputy Member of the Boards of VQ Legal AB, Virtual Intelligence VQ AB, VQ Systems AB and Riddervold Bygg & Design AB. Mr. Nicklas Margard has served as Business Area Manager Consumers of Volati AB since 2016. He studied Economics at Lunds universitet, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Concordia University, Montreal. He also serves as Member of the Board of Micvac AB. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Besikta Bilprovning since 2014. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of John Bean Technologies AB and worked at JBT Foodtech.

Marten Sundberg

Mr. Marten Sundberg has served as Business Area Manager Trade of Volati AB since 2016. He studied Economics at Lunds universitet. He is Chairman of PGA Sweden International. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the business area’s subsidiary since 2000, and as President of Lomond Industrier since 2010. He previously served at SOMFY.

Mr. Patrik Wahlen has been Director of Volati AB since 2006. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee in the Company. Bjorn Garat

Mr. Bjorn Garat has been Independent Director of Volati AB since May 28, 2015. He completed International Economics program at Linkopings universitet. He has been Finance Director and Deputy CEO of AB Sagax since 2012. He is Member of the Board of Paco Holding AB and Manolo Holding AB, as well as Deputy Member of the Boards of LMG Distribution Aktiebolag. Christina Tillman

Ms. Christina Tillman has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Volati AB since September 15, 2016. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University. She serves as Chairman of the Board of House of Dagmar AB, Member of the Board of Coop Sverige AB, Corem Property Group AB, Corem Logistik Holding AB (publ) and Tobin Properties AB., and Deputy Member of the Board of Kattvik Financial Services Aktiebolag and Stocksunds Fastighet AB. Tillman’s previous roles include CEO of Odd Molly and CEO of Gudrun Sjoden Design.
