PROS Holdings, Inc. (PROS), incorporated on August 29, 2002, is a provider of revenue and profit realization solutions. The Company provides its solutions to enterprises across the manufacturing, distribution, services, and travel industries, including automotive and industrial, business-to-business (B2B) services, cargo, chemicals and energy, consumer goods, insurance, food and beverage, healthcare, high technology and travel. Solutions for Selling

The Company's SellingPRO solutions include a set of configuration, quoting and e-commerce capabilities to deliver sales proposals through selling actions and pricing. SellingPRO includes various editions, such as SellingPRO Deal Desk, SellingPRO Smart configure-price-quote (CPQ) and SellingPRO eCommerce. SellingPRO Deal Desk edition provides deal analytics to a customer's sales team to analyze a large volume of opportunities and create proposals with prescriptive products, services, terms and pricing. SellingPRO Smart CPQ edition integrates PROS data science-driven price guidance with a customer's existing customer relationship management (CRM) solution to enable sales teams to create customized offers for each customer. SellingPRO eCommerce edition provides offer and pricing guidance through a personalized customer experience across sales channels, including but not limited to customer partner Internet portals and e-commerce Websites. SellingPRO eCommerce edition also enables companies to reach new sales markets and add new sales channels from a single product and configuration repository.

Solutions for Pricing

The Company's PricingPRO includes editions, such as PricingPRO Control edition and PricingPRO Guidance edition. PricingPRO Control edition helps companies centralize all pricing strategies and execution to create a single source of pricing information, manage and enforce pricing policies, change pricing strategies and eliminate pricing errors. PricingPRO Guidance edition provides data science-driven, market-based pricing and offer guidance to help sales teams negotiate pricing on each deal.

Solutions for Revenue Management

The Company's revenue management solutions are a set of integrated software solutions that enable enterprises in the travel industry, including the airline, hotel and cruise industries, through the application of forecasting, optimization technologies and decision-support capabilities. Its RevenuePRO suite of products include various solutions, such as PROS Revenue Management, which manages passenger demand with either leg- or segment-based revenue management; PROS O&D, which manages passenger demand with passenger name record (PNR), based revenue management; PROS Real-Time Dynamic Pricing, which determines optimal availability based on real-time evaluations; PROS PAV, which provides real-time availability and pricing to distribution channels, and keeps rules, fares and other data synchronized and deployable across multiple data centers; PROS Group Sales Optimizer, which manages the Airline Group booking process by determining optimal Group availability and pricing; PROS Analytics for Airlines, which identifies hidden revenue opportunities; PROS Network Revenue Planning, which delivers network-oriented fare class segmentation; PROS Cruise Pricing and Revenue Management, which allows customers to understand their consumers price sensitivities, track competitor behavior, and set prices and availability, and PROS Hotel Revenue Management, which helps customers to improve pricing decision making.
