Pasini, Carlo 

Mr. Carlo Fratta Pasini serves as Chairman of Banco bpm societa per azioni., since January 1, 2017. He carries out legal activities in Verona. He has held the position of Director of the former since 1995 Banca Popolare di Verona - Banco S. Geminiano and S. Prospero, becoming Vice-President in 1996 and President since 1999. Until June 2007, he also held the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the former BPVN and was Director and member of the Executive Committee of Credito Bergamasco, of which he later became Vice-President from April 2012 until June 2014. From July 2007 to November 2011 he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banco Popolare and, from November 2011 to 31st December 2016, the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. From July 2004 to July 2012 was President of the National Association of Popular Banks, after having held since 1999 the position of Vice-President and of which he is still a Director. He currently holds, among other things, the following additional offices: President of the Giorgio Zanotto Foundation (since 2001), member of the Executive Committee (from 30 May 2017) and Director of the Banking Association Italian (since 2008); member of the Steering Committee of the Giuseppe Toniolo Institute (from December 2013) and Director of the same Institute (since September 2015). Has also held the following offices: member of the Council of the Civic Museums Foundation of Venice (from 2010 to December 2015); Board member of the Studium Foundation General Marcianum (from December 2007 to April 2016). Finally, he participates in the Council of some Foundations and / or Institutes of a private nature; among them, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (since January 2014) and the Agostino Gemelli University Polyclinic Foundation (since April 2016), who carry out educational and welfare activities of particular economic importance.
