Augustyniak, Piotr 

Mr. Piotr Augustyniak has served as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. since July 7, 2014. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. He is a graduate of Uniwersytet Warszawski, Faculty of English Philology and the Faculty of Business Administration. He is an independent financial advisor. In 1994-2011, he worked for Enterprise Investors (EI) as an analyst, investment director and vice-president. In 2006-2011, he co-operated with EI as partner. In that period, he was responsible for the monitoring and participated in 40 transactions related to EI companies — sale of control blocks of stocks in the private market (Bauma, Agros Nova, Opoczno), entrance of companies to the WSE (at present: Asseco Poland, PEP, Opoczno, Teta, Sfinks, AB, Magellan). Mr. Augustyniak also performed financial restructuring of the Slovak logistics company STD Donivo (he was responsible for the preparation of and supervision over the restructuring plan involving negotiation with a group of banks financing the company). In June-December 2001, he served as President of the Management Board of Energoaparatura S.A. In 1993-1994, he was project manager and then head of a privatization team in the Ministry of Privatization. In 1992-1993, he was employed as a financial officer's assistant in a privatization foundation connected with the Ministry of Privatization. In 1991-1992, he worked as a translator for the New York Times (Warsaw). Mr. Augustyniak has acted as Member of the Supervisory Board of: Asseco Poland S.A., PZ Cormay S.A.
