Belcredi, Massimo 

Mr. Massimo Belcredi has served as Non-Executive Independent Director at ERG S.p.A. since April 29, 2003. He is also Member of Audit Committee of the Company. He served at IRS Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale from 1987 to 1991. He was Assistant Professor from 1991 to 1998, Associate Professor from 1998 to 2000 and he has been Full Professor of Corporate Finance within Universita Cattolica of Milan. He also taught in the University of Bologna (1994-1995), the Universita Cattolica of Piacenza (1994-1999) and the Universita della Svizzera Italiana (2005-2008). He has been Director of the Post-graduate course in Corporate Law and Economics, Universita Cattolica of Milan since 2004. He has been Independent Director of ARCA SGR SpA since 2001. He has also been Independent Director of Pirelli Tyre SpA since 2006. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1989. He has been Consultant to Assonime on corporate governance, bankruptcy, corporate and securities Law and Economics since 2000. He was Member of Recruitment Commissions for Consob (2000-2001), Member of the Working Group for the revision of the Corporate Governance Code issued by Borsa Italiana (2005-2006); Member of the Working Group for the revision of the Corporate Governance Code issued by Assogestioni (2006-2007). He was in the Editorial board of Journal of Management and Governance (1998-2000), in the Program Committee of the European Financial Management Association Conference (2004), and Member of the Board of Directors of the European Financial Management Association (2005-2008). He is also Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), European Financial Management Association (EFMA) and Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (AIDEA), as well as Director at Arca SGR SpA. He graduated in Economics and Commerce from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano in April 1987.
