SK Innovation Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of petroleum products. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company mainly operates its business through four segments. The Petroleum segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of petroleum products including lead-free gasoline, kerosene, diesel and others. The Chemical segment which is mainly engaged in the manufacture of basic emulsifying agents including ethylene, poly propylene, styrene monomer, and chemical materials including synthetic resins, and others. The Lubricant Segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of lubricant products. The Petroleum Development and Other Segment which is engaged in the oil exploitation, battery, battery and electrical circuit material, management of subsidiaries and investment businesses.
