TOKEN CORP:Says the company raised the consolidated mid-year outlook for the FY ending April 2016.Revenue forecast increased to 135,146 million yen from 133,071 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 5,918 million yen from 2,905 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 6,160 million yen from 3,176 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 3,882 million yen from 1,785 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 288.47 yen from 132.66 yen.Says the company raised the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ending April 2016.Revenue forecast increased to 288,046 million yen from 287,060 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 12,665 million yen from 10,732 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 13,244 million yen from 11,302 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 8,399 million yen from 7,133 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 624.07 yen from 529.98 yen.Comments that increased completed construction gross profit margin and decreased expense are the main reasons for the forecast.

TOKEN CORP:Says a Japan-based company will acquire 3,100,000 shares (23.01 pct stake) in the company from President of the company, Minoru Soda, on Dec. 16.Says the Japan-based company will hold 30.43 pct stake (4,100,000 shares) in the company, up from 7.42 pct (1,000,000 shares) and become top shareholder.Says Minoru Soda will hold 13.73 pct stake (1,850,400 shares) down from 36.75 pct (4,950,400 shares) and become second major shareholder.Says shareholding change effective on Dec. 16.

TOKEN CORP announced that it has lowered the consolidated full-year forecast for revenue from JPY 236,824 million to JPY 236,453 million but raised the forecast for operating profit from JPY 7,654 million to JPY 9,034 million, ordinary profit from JPY 8,143 million to JPY 9,687 million, net profit from JPY 4,848 million to JPY 5,893 million and earning per share from JPY 359.93 to JPY 437.48 for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2013. The Company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue due to decreased sales amount, but raised the outlook for operating profit, ordinary profit and net profit due to decreased costs.
